Wow. Thank you so much to the workers that helped me today. I had an idea in mind for my sons birthday chip bags but was stuck and decided to go here and the workers Sierra and Erika helped me so much. They helped me figure out the sizes I needed and recommend the type of paper that would be best. I was even able to cut out the papers with their equipment. Thanks! Will be back soon.
This location is clean multiple employees ready to help real stingy with supplies I sell online since mercari offers a deal on shipping thru them Im going to forget shipping thru them and spend the dollar and ship ups at the quad ....The manager is great and so are employees
Great location and friendly staff. Easy and usually quick. My only complaint is that sometimes when it’s busy, some customers do a lot of printing at the self-service printers, which takes a lot of time. This leaves other people like me, who only need to print one or two copies, waiting long periods.For example today, I waited about 5min and decided to do another errand and come back. When I got back about 10-15min later, one customer who was still there from before I left was using one of the only two available self-service printers. He was copying what seemed like a novel. It was very frustrating.Maybe just put a time limit on the machines when it’s your busiest hours?Otherwise, my wife and I always have a great experience here. Machines are never broken, always have ink and never print poor quality!
Came around 6:30 pm today (Thursday 7/1) and this staff,(I wish I knew the name) was super friendly and nice. Will come back again:)
Customer service is important and today, this location didn’t shine. I asked to see if some paperwork could be printed earlier (in a rush) and the girl had a negative attitude from the beginning (straight black hair, rockabilly look). She had a -get outta my face!- attitude about her and flat out refused to rush the print. It takes seconds to print, but she referred me back to the time of my order. I guess they’re gonna have to throw it away. Not coming back here.
Great location and friendly staff. They don’t try to upsell packing supplies some other stores. Nice to be able to get drop offs on Saturday as Walgreens sometimes doesn’t go out until Monday.
Excellent customer service
I went in to the store to the Fed Ex self service computers. After attempting to pay several times, the computer prompted me to ask for assistance. When I asked the worker, she implied that I probably didnt have enough money on my cards. I informed her that I had plenty of money and that wasnt the issue. Her response was that it had been working all day. I left feeling embarrassed. When I went across the street to Staples, my card worked fine and I received the copies I needed for a new job. No thanks to the Fed Ex employees.Before assuming that the customer is the problem, at least look in to the issue to confirm. Maybe it was as simple as a cable becoming detached.

Great, place to pick up your packages during the morning. If its an expensive package, I always reroute it to this location.
The staffs told me that she will re-pack my stuff and take care of it 7days ago. Today I checked my package still there.
Well they have good service but very very very expensive .I just spent a couple of minutes in online which said 8 minutes . it didnt feel like that then 2 page printout and 3 page fax cost me almost $10I asked if i take the pen with me and they dont even give out at pen, which is like what 50 Cents .I never seen such a cheap attitude for a company. they should be ashamed of not giving a pen away.
Was shipping an $800 letter opener. It was double tubed (outer one from Fed-Ex) with ample spacing between tubes. To avoid a $12 tube shipping fee I built a square box for the tube. I was told that because Fed-Ex didnt provide the box I wouldnt be assured reembursment were something to occur in transit. Even if I added an extra layer of cardboard I was told that though I paid for insurance I would not be given packaging approval. The excuse was that the label might be torn off. I had with me a roll of clear tape and said that I would tape the hell out of it. Then I was told that I would be granted approval if I showed the supervisor the contents of the tube, which I did. Still, I was denied approval because ultimately the item was not boxed using Fed-Ex cardboard. Absurd.
I try not tot use FedEx if I dont have to. Unfortunately, I cant control what service others use to ship to me. My package took a week to get out to me because it sat in a warehouse for 3 days. I asked for it to be held at a location near my house because I would not be available to sign for it. They tried to deliver it anyway, adding another day. I went to the location they were holding it, and they said it wasnt there. I now have to wait another day to get my package, and hopefully someone will spend more than a minute looking for it and be able to find it tomorrow.

I usually drop off a medical machine every with a prepaid postage. The individual attempted all kind of excuses in an effort to FORCE me to buy insurance claiming that there was a new policy. I knew he was wrong because I have dropped the same box with equipment twice before without any issues. This guy is up to no good thief.
Wanted $10 for a box to ship an iPhone. Doesnt include the price for the label. Thats rediculous, who charges $10 for a cardboard box?!? My label was already was already prepaid. I can ship an iPhone with usps flat rate with a FREE box for around $7. Very disappointed they tried to charge $10 just for a box.

This office has closed, which I found out after parking in front for an hour early one morning waiting for it to open. Directs you to their nearest office in Fullerton. Go to the Santa Fe Springs office. Doesnt open until 10 but I always get good service there.
