For some reason every time I go David ends up helping me. He’s great, does his job well, and is friendly. This store is always well staffed so even if there’s a line it moves at a good pace. I highly recommend this UPS store.

This store is great. I have had the help from everyone on this staff. Great guys, they really help with so much, from Notary to mail boxes and supplies.They move the people through quickly. Busy store and they handle it .

I have been in this store quite a few times in the last few months. I usually send my prints to the library but with them being closed due to Covid-19 I found this UPS to be very helpful.We also had to do some Amazon returns and I am always pleased with their costumer service.They are quick to try to get you in and out without feeling rushed on your end.I seriously have no complaints on my end thus far.

This is the most unprofessional business I have been to lately. They lost my package, refuse to take my complaint and are unhelpful. Avoid UPS and especially this store.

It’s was closed and let us in and we made a copy really fast and I was relieved cause I had to make the copy! I didn’t get his name though

This place is a different store when bruce is not around, lacks supervision and respect, discourages service, one kid who spent most of his time playing with his phone most of the time i was there even recommend FedExIm a 19 year ups employee.

Nice guys working there. Although the printer leaves much to be desired. Was currently up for repair so it might be working again.

The worst customer service. I was yelled at by the clerk who is obviously frustrated with her work. At the end, they stole my package that was being returned to Amazon.

Dropped off a book to return to Amazon during Presidents Day and they had me in and out within a couple minutes.
