Recently had our windshield replaced on a 2020 Odyssey and was not satisfied nor pleased with the job. We went up to the shop on two separate occasions to try and have them rectify and fix their mistakes, but both the service technician and his supervisor were very passive and did not care to make the situation right. The trim around the windshield was placed incorrectly (lifting up from the glass, leaving a gap) and we were told that we had brought our brand new vehicle in “like that.” The service technician at the dealership looked into it, and sure enough, the trim was glued down when it was not supposed to be. Instead of getting a call from Binswanger letting us know they did not replace the trim correctly, or that they were having trouble, they completely wrote us off. We are now having to take our vehicle to a body shop that actually knows what they are doing. Save yourself the time and money, do not use this company. I plan on calling their headquarters as well to file a complaint.

They custom fit a glass top on my 20 gallon aquarium and it fits like a glove... Perfection achieved and at a good price... U want custom glass done right... Ok... Go with Binswanger Glass...! These pple have talent and experience...!

Timely and great customer service. Only problem was when I asked for an installation date they couldnt provide an exact date or time. They did call two days later asking if they could come over then.

If youre in an 18 wheeler, drop your trailer at the flying hook and bobtail over. Might be 3 miles away.In all honesty, you couldnt ask for a better group of people. From the young lady in the office with the big heart, to the guys in the shop with the great personalities, they were all fantastic.I had a full windshield put in my peterbilt 579, called at 2 in the afternoon and was in the shop by 930 the next morning. Cant get that at a dealership.The price???? 400 dollars cheaper than a dealership.Support your local merchants, we need businesses like this one as much as they need us.

Took them over a day to get me a little piece of glass and they didnt got the measurement correctly. 1/4 off is very important but had to staff it with silicon so I managed to fit the glass where I needed it.

Wrong information given on the phone regarding time involved. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend and will never use again.

Very friendly and helpful! We were just passing through on 287 and got a rock thrown at our windshield by a truck. It ran immediately. We called them and they told us to come on over. They worked us in and we were in and out with a patch in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service and experience!

Second time Ive used them for auto glass replacement, best price in town and work is done in the scheduled time frame.

I have used Binswanger to install a bathroom window and a new mirror. They were very knowledgeable about the best materials needed for the project. They showed up on time and the installation was quick, and the price was super reasonable. I will definitely be using them again!

A rock hit my windshield and cracked it this morning and they had me in and out by the afternoon! No appointment just took me right in. Then they helped me talk to my insurance to get it covered! You can barely tell where the crack is now! Will definitely be back if I have another issue.

I have a 2013 F150 Platinum that needed a windshield replaced after a hail storm. These folks ordered my glass within one day, scheduled the following, replaced and allowed me to keep my truck overnight to make sure there were no issues!Excellent glass replacement professionals. Now I NEVER in my life have even considered writing a bad review. However after this recent experience I’ve found myself wondering how certain things can take place legally.First off I witnessed the secretary have some form of mental breakdown on a daily basis. Her desk looks like the hospital halls in a zombie movie. It is a miracle any amount of work can be conducted.Secondly I had come to find out there is no training structure whatsoever. So in between the mental breakdowns the secretary would be training me. This task became more and more daunting as I realized she can barely see the screen to read due to failing to get prescription glasses for the past few YEARS.The on site manager who at face value seems a nice guy whom I thought I had good report with is mostly absent. It seemed he is so busy he has little time to address the issues at hand.Lastly there’s this little troll of a woman. Now let me start off by saying I have a huge heart for people and especially those who have had a difficult life no fault their own. However I learned very quickly with this person this was an example of karma. My first day meeting this person she barked orders at me and told me deal with it because it’s in my job description. This individuals cold demeanor and social inadequacies almost resembled Smeegle from lord of the rings.....almost.I received the call from this slimy little creature the day after compiling a list to further condense a messy inventory count she made more confusing just out of laziness and poor penmanship. A call where I was informed I was being let go because I could not “multitask”.Now had this much less anything at all been brought to my attention in the form of a warning or even an option to improve something I would understand.What I am trying to say is the horrible hours coupled with the stressful work environment and low pay should allude to an embarrassing fact. I would rather work fast food or scrub toilets than be insulted with such an egregious waste of time.DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Went to pick up my glass and the couldnt make change for a $20. They made no attempt to accomadate and suggested that I go get change and come back very poor customer service.

Repaired my windshield without an appointment. They were very kind and despite me walking in they were fast!

Tried to get an estimate on replacing a door at our business, took three weeks to get an answer and that was only after I asked if he has forgotten, which he had. Then had to ask again that day after he forgot again. Tried to get an estimate on how much just to replace the glass and couldnt get any answer.
