They did a great job, & the guy that checked me in was SUPER KEWL wish I had gotten his name, big fella, & bald
I have used this place for tire. After today I will find any where else 8n town to get. Tires from here on out. 3.5 hour to wait for 1 tire to get fixed this place is a darn joke.
Good service, was running late so it took awhile for tech to come out and get me checked in. Had a few issues returning 2 of the tires, but overall their service was pretty good.
Over two hours for two tires and no one else was there for tires. So many things wrong. First they put new tires on front! I didnt ask for that! I asked for new tires on back, like it should be. I just cleaned the rims that morning and three rims have greasy hand prints all over them. And cant even put all value stem cover on. Two different employees saw it and didnt do anything about greasy hand prints or missing valve stem cover. There are two other Wal Mart service centers in Wichita Falls, go there!
The gentleman that worked on my truck installed all four tires and did it in a timely manner. I did have two lug nuts loose but I caught before leaving the lot. Not too big of a deal but just check afterwards. They have a lot of steps to follow and many vehicles a day. But aside from that great service.
Quick and convenient. Ive gotten an oil change and tire rotation/balance a few times now. Havent had an issue yet.
Slow. Every time I come here there’s never a car I front of me and it takes anywhere from an hr and a half to 2 hrs. Always see the techs just walkin tv around hood up on my car.
Always happy with tire mounting for farm trucks and equipment, but Walmart needs to ensure that auto dept customers move to the front of the line. People should not be paying for groceries and buggies full of junk in the auto dept.
3 1/2 hours is an unacceptable time to wait for a simple flat repair, you know Saturdays will be busy, schedule more help.
Go literally anywhere else. Arrogant guy checking us in who clearly had no clue what he was talking about (argued about TPMS sensors not working after install, I told him if he kept the sensor in the same location it would not change where the car reads the sensor, he wasnt smart enough to understand). I guess what can you expect its Walmart. To lazy to do the work right.
Went to put a set of used tires on car, state law says has to be 2/32 tread my tires are 3/32 and 4/32, they refused to put them on even though they pass texase state inspections law, assistant manager said its like ammo, federal law states 18 but they refuse to sell to under 21, for whatever reason walmart feels they are above and not bound by state and federal laws
Closes too soonVery helpful techs. Inside staff needs help.
Took along time for tire change due to late employee and couldnt get oil changed because of the long wait. I work over nights and this is usually my first stop.
They changed the tire fast.
Helpful and convenient with great prices
Fast service and helpful staff
