The service department quickly took care of my oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised that it was completed so quickly. Had I known they would complete it so quickly, I would have waited for my vehicle rather than drop it off. My past experience with other local service departments was much different. I would leave my vehicle with them early in the morning and it would be late in the afternoon before the task was completed. When it came time to make a new car purchase I kept this in mind. It impacted my decision to make my purchase with Pattersons. Im glad I did.
Dwayne Jackson went above and beyond. He was willing to go to the different centers and let me look at all of my options. We test drove vehicles from 2 different dealerships and he was patient with me. It was very hot and we were offered water at each centers. The finance manager was very efficient and got me out in time for the PeeWee Football game.
My son dropped his truck off with no questions asked and they called him when it was done. It was easy and so far so good! We will be back for the next service. Stran Smith recommended us to bring it there since my son goes to MSU, quick, easy, and good service. Thanks!

We set out to upgrade our vehicle. We stopped by Patterson GM and we were greeted by Daniel Bianchi. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles. I have owned Cadillac’s for 8 years. I am from Wichita Falls but my family and I live in Houston. My parents still live in WF. I was home over Christmas and called the service department. Told them my rear DVD player stopped working. I knew my vehicle was under warranty. It was not purchased at Patterson’s as we live in Houston. It was purchased at a Sewell dealership there. I was close to going over my miles for my warranty and knew once we returned home the warranty would be void. Called the Patterson Cadillac service department and spoke with Keith. Explained what was going on, and I have never in my life experienced someone so rude when dealing with a luxury class vehicle. He said they would only diagnose the vehicle only if I planned on doing the repairs there. I said ok, can I bring the car in today? He asked when we were leaving town I explained after Christmas exact words “ma’am I can’t help you till after Christmas, you know how many people that actually buy their cars here I need to help?” I as so disappointed. Many years back when my husband was stationed overseas during Iraq, Patterson took such great of my car while I stayed with family family during my husbands deployment. Now, during the Christmas season, what has happened?? Never again Patterson. And for the record I called Sewell, they checked my mileage digitally and said that would take care of no problem even if I was over mileage when I got home. No problem. Moral of the story, if you are still reading, buy a car and give your business to someone else. Obviously Patterson has more than they know what to do with!!!

Our vehicle had to have the motor replaced on warranty as it only has 77k miles on it, the process took longer than I expected but it got completed, it took a while to get the rental car approved through Hyundai but our car salesman was able to loan us a car for a week and I feel like that was above and beyond the call of service.
I had the most wonderful experience working with Patterson Buick GMC Cadillac. Brandon, the sales manager, helped me purchase a 2020 GMC Canyon SLE online and over the phone, and then had a driver deliver it to me 2 hours away the same day (free of charge). Unfortunately, I only had the truck for about a day before deciding I wasnt thrilled with the smaller truck and wanted my old Silverado back. I texted Brandon and he arranged for me to come get my old truck. I met him at the dealership at 7 pm on a Sunday night and we made the easy swap. Cannot recommend this dealership enough if you want affordable pricing, integrity in selling, and high customer service, this is the place to go.

Im not sure if its possible, but all Cadillac dealerships nationwide need to consider paying Harvey Johnson to conduct trainings on how to become an amazing salesman. Mr. Johnson somehow met every proposal I pitch to get my business. Not only is his customer service second to none, he know every dog-gone thing about the vehicles he is trying to sell. Although, I live in Lawton, OK. About 5 minutes away from another Cadillac dealership, it was a no brainier to take my business to Pattersons Cadillac. Definitely easier on my wallet!!!

There was a different service guy there when I purchased my car. I have had nothing but trouble with my car since I bought it starting with the 1st 2 weeks the transmission went out, they broke my windshield, i kept asking about the squeaky brakes and he had told me that they were just done but they werent. I didnt check the heater when i bought it and of course it has an issue and doesnt work right. My ac isnt working right and then it kept running out of oil and now it has this constant knocking sound that they keep telling me is normal, and I know it isnt suppose to knock like that. You can clearly tell by my tail pipe that the oil was coming out of it due to the black soot on it. I fell like they put stop leak in it and that is so unacceptable. Then they put green paint on my oil cap, not real sure why. The service guy now made me feel like he didnt believe me. He is very rude. When I said something about having issues with my car from the get go he told me that they dont have a crystal ball so I just need to deal with it. My tire sensors all went out and besides that now I am having to get new struts and because they are out also. I have had this car just barely a year and it suppose to last me the rest of my life. I paid 10000.00 cash for this vehicle and have had issue after issue and I cant afford to keep paying these bills to get it fixed because of course the problems i am having are not covered by the warranty I purchased. I cant afford payments on a new vehicle that is why I borrowed from my 401 to get this car. I have nothing but problems with it since I bought. I am so unhappy with Pattersons and the service department. I feel like they took advantage of me and my money and now they just dont care because they got theres and thats all that matters to them!!! I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Started car shopping at Mercedes and met Kendrick Jones. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable! Didnt find our car there so moved to their GM division. Kendrick was still able to help us out. Found our car online at another dealership, Kendrick met our target price, and had that car brought to Wichita the next day. Our overall experience at Patterson was exceptional...we would definitely go back to Patterson and buy from Kendrick again.
Purchased my 2015 GMC 2500HD from Tyler Cameron, at the Hyundai showroom. Have known Tyler & the Sales Manger for a few years. So, I decided to shop for my new truck with them. Emailed Tyler a build sheet from the GMC website, on Wednesday, of the truck I wanted. There were certain options I wanted on my truck. Received phone call on Friday to come in on Saturday, and discuss purchasing a truck. Was shown the specs on a truck, that was at another dealership. Went for a test drive in a truck that was on the lot, to check out the interior and features on a GMC truck. Came back from test drive and Tyler had found a truck with more options at a very little higher price. The truck was more than expected, bought the truck. Truck arrived at Pattersons, there were three options that had to be dealer installed. It only took 2 days to have the options installed. Took delivery of my new truck on Thursday. Tyler has been in contact with me, since purchasing my truck to make sure everything is going well. Couldnt ask for better service from a salesman. Am recommending Tyler to all the people I hear are interested in purchasing a vehicle.
