I located the car on line and was able to get a value for my trade plus make a deal, all from my desk. Great dealership for both buying a new BMW and getting it serviced. This is our second BMW from here and have had a great experience both times. Chris Emery was great to work with. We had quite a few questions, but never felt like we were a bother and he was very easy to get in contact with. When we had car trouble, he met us at the dealership on his day off to see that we were taken care of and had a courtesy vehicle to use.James Rose, the service manager, has been great at taking care of us and our BMW. When we have had a problem with our vehicle, it has been repaired quickly and with frequent updates. If you’re looking for a BMW and a great experience, I don’t think you can find a better dealership!

Outstanding sales and service department. I have bought BMWs from Moritz in Arlington, Classic in Plano, BMW of Dallas and BMW of Austin. This dealership is smaller, and that is a great thing, and possibly their biggest advantage over the monster dealerships in the Metroplex.You get greeted and welcomed by your name, and the treatment is always great. The BMW service advisor Dale is the best. He goes out of his way to make sure that you understand the service needs of your car, he inspects all the cars when they are done, and in general is a very caring and service oriented person.I was surprised to see that they got a negative review, but then I realized it was someone from out of town who -apparently- got stuck in a voicemail system. That may be frustrating, but says nothing about the people that work at Pattersons, and or how their BMW service is. Reading that silly review made me realize that people are quick to send a negative review if something does not go their way, but remain silent if everything goes well. I am guilty of remaining silent, I have had our cars serviced here many times, and never had an issue, and thus never written a review!With several BMWs in my family in service at BMW of Wichita Falls, I can assure you that they (again, Dale is the BMW service advisor, and the person who will greet you first) will always take excellent care of you.If you are interested in buying a BMW, this place is worthy of your visit.

Chris Emory did a great job getting us into the exact vehicle we wanted. We saw cars on the lot and in the system that were close to what we wanted, but not the perfect vehicle for us. With Chris help we were able to order the exact vehicle we wanted and had it built to our specifications. Delivery time was about two months which was impressive considering the vehicle was built in Munich Germany, and shipped to Wichita Falls. Everything was exactly as ordered. The delivery process was smooth with a few pleasant surprises from Chris. There was never any pressure or sales games during our purchase process. Based on our past experiences with Pattersons, we expect the future support to be great!

Chris Emery is the best. By far the best buying experience (X5) that my wife and I have gone through buying a vehicle. The customer service is far superior than what we experienced while shopping at Classic BMW here in Plano. Well worth the drive to purchase the vehicle from these guys. They leased a car to my mother who very clearly has dementia, she has aphasia and cant speak but it didnt stop them from selling her a car. After it got so bad we put her in a home that costs 5k a month we returned the car as she cant use it and explained the situation to them, even though they definitely shouldnt be ripping off dementia patients in the first place. Years later they are still trying to get at her money for the lease on the car they knowingly sold to a dementia patient. If you want to deal with the devil go here.

Myself and partner were moving from Florida to California over the weekend in my X5 with 22 foot uhaul following. My “drivetrain malfunction” light came on when we were getting close to this dealership and panic set in quickly. I quickly googled the closest dealership and BMW in Wichita Falls came up only 15 miles away. I called and was put in touch with Mr. Rose and explained my situation to him. He told me the Service center would be closing soon but that he and one of the Service mechanics would stay and wait for me to see if my car would make the ramainder of our trip.These 2 men not only helped reassure me they would get me taken care of,but did it all with my car full of my dogs that were moving with us.I was able to stand there with the mechanic and he answered all of my questions,and I had many. We haven’t had great experiences with BMW Service stations in the past but I have to say this kind of assistance went far above what I expected and or hoped for.Iam sure this is common place at your dealership,I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone involved,your kindness did not go unnoticed!

I would like to thank Kendrick and the Patterson Team for the good experience we had in getting our new BMW. We came in to get a look at the cars and specifically wanted a manual transmission. We test drove one of the vehicles they had on the lot just to get the feel for it. We fell in love with the way the 340i handled. They didnt have any and Kendrick did everything he could to find us one to get it shipped to us. We originally found one we liked, but since the other dealership was unwilling to work with Wichita Kendrick hurried and found us another BMW that had a better price and more goodies that we had originally wanted. We love the car that we got and we love that Kendrick was able to find us a manual transmission with all the extra stuff we asked for. I also want to thank everyone for staying late in getting all the paperwork done and for even staying to show us an overview of the vehicle and how things worked in the car. If I could give this place zero stars, I would! DO NOT EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS!!! We spent almost $8,000 on repairs this summer and have had issues with the vehicle ever since. After nearly $8K in work the check engine light was still on when we got it back?! They apologized and picked the car back up and fixed it apparently (OH AND MADE US PAY FOR THEIR HACK TECHNICIANS BOTCHED REPAIR WORK)?! You can read my husbands review below for the story on that whole debacle.We NEVER had issues with our X5 until BMW of Wichita Falls touched it.And now lo and behold the check engine light is back on and we are getting a reduced power, engine malfunction message. The car completely died in the middle of the road this morning, 2.5 hours away from home!The whole reason we bought a BMW diesel was because we wanted a safe, reliable car. My husband had previously owned a 335d sedan and had ZERO issues with it. So when we wanted to get an SUV for our growing family we looked for and bought and X5d. German diesels are known for their longevity, and it has always been such, until we let BMW of Wichita Falls touch it. It now needs to be seen by them again?! I hate the fact that I have to deal with this dealership again. I should have taken it to OKC; or any other BMW dealership for that matter. But Wichita Falls is 45 mins away from home OKC is 2 hours.I really love that fact that BMW of Wichita Falls told us that most people wouldnt put this much money into a car with over 100,000 miles. Do they not know that Mercedes-Benz actually rewards their customers for hitting high mileage milestone? Apparently BMW would rather you sell you car for scrap once it hits 100K vs. them having to work on it.We looked at Mercedes diesels SUVs, and in hindsight probably should have gone that route. So if you are on the fence between Mercedes and BMW... Mercedes has far more faith in their vehicles than BMW.

TL;DR, BMW trained technician damages aluminum head, charges customer for parts and labor to fix the damage he caused. Vehicle in shop for nearly 2 months, $7456.39 in repairs. Vehicle is headed back to the shop soon because their shoddy work failed (today) about 2 months later.Ive avoided writing this review because I was waiting/hoping to hear something/anything from BMW. I filled out the post repair survey around 2 months ago and havent heard back yet, so I guess its time to write some reviews.This whole ordeal began in May 2018 when I took me vehicle (2010 X5d) in to have a broken exhaust manifold stud replaced. I diagnosed the vehicle myself and took it in to confirm my diagnosis and have the repair done. I could have done this repair myself; and in hindsight wish I had, but I dont have an air conditioned garage and I wasnt keen on doing this repair under a carport in the summer heat. So I took it to the professionals and the experts confirmed my diagnosis.After running the codes they also suggested I replace the DPF (diesel particulate filter) and the active DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) tank. I knew it was going to be an expensive repair bill, but this is basically the first time Ive ever had to spend money on the vehicle, other than routine maintenance, in over 100k miles. So I told them to go for it.The initial repair job took a little over 1 month: replace exhaust manifold studs, gaskets and related parts. Replace DPF, active DEF tank and related parts.Once completed the vehicle was trailered to my home about 1 hour Northwest of Wichita Falls. My wife takes it out for its first drive and not 5 mins later the CEL (check engine light) comes on. Call the dealership, they come pick it up and trailer it back to Wichita Falls. Around 20 days later the vehicle is fixed/ready and it is delivered to me at work on Altus AFB.And now, about 2 months later, something is seriously wrong with the vehicle again, and it is absolutely, without a doubt, related to the previous repairs.So as you can see there are many reason why I would give BMW of Wichita Falls a 1 star rating, but the #1 reason is the fact that I was charged for parts and labor to fix a BMW trained technicians mistake.How do I know this you might ask? Two reasons:#1.The Heli Coil and associated labor I was charged for on the invoice to fix the damaged threads in the aluminum head.#2. The physical evidence on the extracted exhaust manifold stud.I always keep the old parts whenever I get work done on my vehicles. And one look at the extracted exhaust manifold stud told me and any other mechanic Ive shown it to exactly what happened.The physical evidence clearly shows that the stud was incorrectly drilled at an angle (not straight), thus causing damage to the aluminum head, necessitating the use of a Heli Coil to repair the damage.I asked the service manager if it was a common practice to pass the cost of repairing their technicians mistakes on to their customers. Because in my experience (I used to be a mechanic), when I broke something while working on a customers car, it came out of my paycheck, it was NOT added to their invoice!The service managers excuses, justifications and explanations were infuriating to say the least.And now here we are. The vehicle is heading back to the BMW trained technicians in Wichita Falls soon. How long theyll have it this time? Will they break something else and then charge me to fix it? Only time will tell.

This is my third BMW purchased from Pattersons with zero complaints. I currently live in South Texas and I still drive the 9-10 hour trip to make my purchase from them even though Corpus Christi BMW is only an 1 1/2 hrs away.
