If you want horrible service, go to Pattersons on Jacksboro Hwy.Any programs you signed up at the time of your vehicle purchase, you might want to brush up on what those specific programs are called because when you bring your vehicle in for service, the employees and manager will have no knowledge of what your talking about.Good thing they keep files on their customers and apparently it only took a few moments to stop being lazy and look into my file to see that I already prepaid for the oil changes. Wow!Perhaps instead of being argumentative, check the file first and then based on real facts of knowledge you can service the customers vehicle without upsetting them unnecessarily.Its not a good business practice to be rude about things you know nothing about, and no there will be no repeat business...once my contract for oil changes expires.I even had it scheduled and they didnt even order the part needed for the day it was scheduled...whats the point of scheduling for something you are not prepared for?

Salesman was nice, but sales manager wasnt hungry at all. Didnt want to deal, and offered 3k less than our trade in was worth. He was happy to let us walk away. Selection of vehicles was sparse as well. Not the worst experience, but I likely wouldnt go back.

The salesman, Dewayne Jackson, was very patient when I asked to see multiple Challengers. Once I found the right one, he walked me through the whole process with a high level of professionalism mixed with a positive attitude and some well-appreciated humor.

He found just what we wanted, and quickly. The other members of the team took care of every detail and gladly took our money! They were super and we highly recommend them for all your auto needs.

Brandon Hay GMC Manager does an excellent job meeting the customers needs while making the sale. He is real straight forward cuts to the chase and provides information to pull u through the sale.The detail body shop group of guys and Alexis Hernandez detail shop manager at the main building does an phenomenal job with there craftsmanship. After the customer drives the yard with a brand new shinny car or truck the detail staff makes the customer feel like a million bucks. There attention to detail excels industry standards. They truthfully go above an beyond there call of duty.The Financial team does an excellent job explaining GAP insurance and additional insurance coverage.To finalize at the very end i was not to happy with the service dept at Dodge at the end. They failed to check if the back lights work. I didnt have the connections to connect a trailer to be legal ready on the road. They had a total of five days to get it together on my build of the truck. I feel like i was pressured to give them an excellent score. If they did there job right in the first place they shouldnt have to worry and convince the high profile, time sensitive client to give them a five star review. Im giving them a chance to redeem themselves. Lets see what they can do. I miss the old style of doing business at Patterson. Where the customer was treated with compassion and not just a number figure to get u out the door. My construction group, family, friends, and staff all have done business and bought a vehicle from Patterson group and will continue to do so but in this day of age something has to change if we all want to continue to do every day smooth transactions. It is a lot easier in this day and age to go elsewhere, but i believe in loyalty and commitment for a better tomorrow if we all do our part. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler. Had a great experience with Quinton. Thought everything went good until a looked over the paperwork a couple weeks later. They said they would give me $2500 for trade in for my car but in reality they only gave me $1800. That’s not right. They sure know how to take advantage of young people. They also said my payments would be $275/month but in reality they are $347. If I knew it would be that much I would of waited. That is too much for a college student. Will never give them my business again.

I dealt with Zac Ward in service. We had a mutual customer and they had a service breakdown. He was quick to help and we were able to work together to solve our customers needs. Its always good dealing with a dealership that goes out of their way to take care of customers.

Made an appt for a couple of minor recall items on my van that they said would take a couple of hours. Appointment was for 9 Am I was there at about 8:45 they pulled it in too do the work in just a few minutes. A little after 11 they pulled my van out. It set for about 20 minutes and they never brought me my keys, I finally went and asked for the keys and they told me to bring it back anytime tomorrow and it would take about 15 minutes to do the recalls. I made this appointment almost TWO WEEKS before I took the van in. I dont think they ever explained why I had to come back the next day. They knew exactly what the recall entailed and what parts were needed well in advance. But the next day they had it back to me in about 45 Mins. My instincts told me to take it to Henrietta to begin with but Pattersons was more convenient. They did offer me a ride home the first day which I declined because I had a couple of hours too wait. But I never dreamed I would be there over two hours and nothing would be done. NO ONE TOLD ME WHY I HAD TOO WAIT AND WHY IT WASNT DONE THE FIRST DAY. THE RECALL CONSISTED OF REPLACING THE THE REAR VENT WINDOW SWITCH (A TWO MINUTE JOB AT THE MOST} AND A POSSIBILITY OF A WIRE CHAFFING IN THE STEERING COLUMN. THE SWITCH DIDNT NEED TO BE INSPECTED IT WAS A STRAIGHT OUT REPLACE ACCORDING TO THE RECALL. WHEN IT WAS ALL DONE I DID ASK THE TECH ABOUT THE WIRE CHAFFING, HE TOLD ME THAT THEY JUST DO THE RECALL REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT HAS THE PROBLEM OR NOT. SO PLEASE TELL ME WHICH PART HAD TO BE ORDERED AFTER INSPECTION. THEY HAD ALMOST TWO WEEKS TOO MAKE SURE THE PARTS WERE ON HAND. PS I HAVE BEEN IN ALL ASPECTS OF AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE AND REPAIR ALL MY LIFE...

I took my Jeep in for routine maintenance and the annual state inspection. I travel a lot and rely on the vehicle to be working 100% of the time. Pattersons service people suggested some maintenance I had not considered and now I have even more peace of mind out on the road. I wanted to pay using points from my Jeep DrivePlus Mastercard. The credit card company made that difficult for 45 minutes or longer, but the young women at the service desk (Taryn, I think? -Im bad at remembering names) were helpful and cheerful and had a great sense of humor throughout the process and had the good sense to ask the right questions at the end so the next time a customer uses that payment method it will be easier. If the time comes to replace my Jeep I will do that at Patterson. I have been to Jeep dealers for service and repairs in several states-Idaho, Michigan, Kansas-and all were great, but Pattersons people make me feel welcome like family and provide the best service, a level above the rest.

As a fellow out of towner, I was 8 hours away from home passing through to Oklahoma. I lost my front hub 20miles south of here. These guys referred me a tow truck and had me on the rack, out the door, and back on the road in less than 24 hours. They replaced both front hub assemblies. Grade A customer service and repair. Ask for my man Heath in service, and he will take care of you. If I wasn’t located 8 hours away, these guys would keep my regular business. Awesome!

Although I did not buy a car from them, Aaron and the team were great. I test drove a car and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase. They were very accommodating and created a relaxed atmosphere. In the future, I will seek them out for my next vehicle.

Not a good experience

They dont stand behind there warrent

After dealing with multiple other dealerships, Patterson Dodge Chrysler Jeep was breath of fresh air. I actually reside an hour from this location but was able to work through a lot of my deal with their internet representative over the phone and through email before making the drive. The numbers had to be and were all straightforward in order to make the deal happen. Of course, the only number that I had to be there in person for was how much my trade in was going to be worth. Nevertheless, I was more than pleased which only left the paperwork to worry about. The finance manager was magical and it took longer to test drive than it did to sign all the papers. So as far as dealerships go, I gave it 5 stars because they earned it. Thanks Benny and thank you Cliff.
