The customer service was amazing. Some fellow seniors and I went in looking for assistance and came out smiling and happy. We had a fun, friendly, and all out amazing time. Customer service is good, but shady hidden fees. Warranty covers hardly anything and you have to pay half. Don’t have them pick it up from anywhere if it breaks down. You get charged the towing. I used to send people to Rogers. Now I will not. I will never uses this place ever again

Ive gone with Rogers Motor twice now. It was a great experience. The Men & Women up there have been super nice & helpful. The worked with me to also get my vehicle fixed when I had mechanical issues.Its to bad their Vernon location closed down, but I still recommend their Wichita Falls location to my friends or anyone who has asked.

If I could give it negative stars I would beware of Stacy shes a snake. Almost had my truck paid off when it broke down so I had to use the payment money to get parts and had a mix up with the insurance company so they came and got the truck. Before when I still owed 4 or 5 thousand I went behind on my payments but there was no way they were coming to get the truck instead they waited until I had only 2 payments left to come get it. Stacy is a snake beware!!
