The staff is great came in to get crocs and they went above and beyond to help me . Just to add, I had first went to two Journeys in Fort Worth at Hulen mall, Journeys and Journeys kids which neither let me know about all options you could order in store or online as I was looking for crocs size 4 girls, the lady working at Sikes center not only let me know about all the cool options but actually pulled it up on a screen and showed me how many different styles they had and different options within 3 minutes of me being in the store, I appreciated the fact that she seemed to care about what I needed and wanted to help me to get it delivered to the store or straight to our address .I will definitely come to Journeys for all our future needs .

We went in this store today. There was 2 girls working. 1was buying something when we were there and the other just acted like she didnt see us at all. We were looking at the hey dude shoes. And went to another store a bought 2 pair...their loss...I found what I wanted and was able to buy them anyways. This store sucked at customer service!!!

Bought my two kids and myself new shoes today. They were super busy but took great care of us. When they had trouble finding my sons size, everyone pitched in to find the box in the back.

I wish I could give no stars. This place is nothing but thieves, trying to steal from a 19 year old girl, which just started her job. She bought a pair of shoes for work 2 days ago, found and old pair she can use for work, decided to take them back to save her money, and they told her no, they could only give her store credit. The lady told her, that the store manager doesnt like it when they give refunds. Well thats not store policy, they have never been worn and she has a receipt. She should have been giving a cash refund. What kind of place would steal from a young lady. So save your money, and please go somewhere else, nothing but thieves here...

Ive never had a problem when I come here and I love that the sales staff is helpful but not pushy about trying to make a sale. Dani is my go to girl and she is always a delight whenever I come in.

I worked at the one in Wichita Falls TX at Sikes Senter Mall & it sucked ! GMs were really young & had a horrible line of communication. Wanted me to use an app to communicate rather than a simple phone call. Crappy hrs too. Dont work here. Managers really irresponsible.

Awful place to work for! The GM, Matt Smith, (the mohawk guy) steals sales from his employees constantly! He has employees do booze runs for him to get captain morgan 100 proof from the liquor store, thus why he smells like booze all the time because he drinks up there. Theres no dress code in the employee handbook; however, he forces employees to wear collared shirts on weekends. If they dont wear a collared shirt they either have to go buy one, or go home for the day. Also if you dont make your monthly goal thats set by corporate you get written up even with a GM that steals have your sales by watching you talk to a customer, then when you go to get the shoes and come back he tells you to go clean the store and takes the sale you should have had. The way the company works is you get minimum wage, but if you sell enough you get 5% extra. Every 2 weeks is a pay check but youre lucky if you make $200 a paycheck with the way the GM steals sales and cuts down your hours once youre there. You may be there for 2 hrs and hell say sorry but i gotta send you home were slow. Thus making your paycheck nothing hardly for you to live on. Not to mention the GM hires people saying theyll be Assistant Manager and then place you in the sales associate position to get you use to the company and then hire someone from outside the company 4 months later.

I dont think there is anything wrong with this store, but they dont carry anything that I would wear or buy.
