Walked in this past week looking for silver hoops (plain type, no diamond or studded etc.) The lady wasnt sure what they had, so she asked another associate. The other individual said she wasnt sure either. Right after that, both went to help other customers and left me without even a sorry or we have this etc. Completely ignored me the rest of the time. First time I ever walked out of a store of any kind feeling so dumbfounded by poor customer service. I guess since Zales felt I wasnt going to purchase anything, I was a waste of their timeNot recommended ---Blunt Reviews-

My fiance and I went into the store in Wichita Falls on Friday the 22nd of January to inquire and about a ring we have been waiting on to come back from being sized. There was what appeared to be an older lady and a man in the store. The lady was sitting at a computer behind the counter and the gentleman was also behind the counter but was busy doing what appeared to be some sort on counts. Neither of them acknowledged us until we walked up to the counter and asked them if they could help us. At that point we informed them as to why we were there, but the lady never got up from the stool and the gentleman never came to where we were. In fact they both acted as if we were interrupting whatever they were in the middle of. They were rude to say the least. I am an area manager for a large retailer and I would never accept this from any of my employees let alone the managers. I Will go elsewhere and spend more money before I will shop this store again.

I’m so incredibly in love with my wedding ring set from Zales! I received amazing help and support from their team, ESPECIALLY Hector at this location. (10/10 recommend asking for him when you go!) He was incredibly helpful, professional, and did everything he could to make sure I was 100% satisfied!

One employee that was helping another customer waved at me. Two women (who were not assisting customers) saw me and my father come in, but continued to work on the computer. If they had said, “someone will be with you shortly”, I would have been happy to wait.I have worked for a sister company of Zales, and I know that this is beyond below the standard of customer service that Signet should be expecting from their stores.

Stood in the store for 15 minutes before an employee acknowledged me, let alone made eye contact with me, to let me know someone will help me. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever experienced they just lost a $2,000 ring I ordered, they received an empty box and just said they had never seen it arrive empty before, I would never use this company or this location unless you are desperate. Staff is very friendly but the company is a joke. Orders take over a month for them do not even receive what you ordered in store. Pathetic.
