Called, scheduled,...and waited. Called again on the day they never showed. Left a message and they never bothered to even call me back. Called Eagle Doors instead and he showed up that day and got my door fixed at a reasonable rate. Apparently Texoma Door and Gate doesn’t care. Fine!

Kalle and Josh really helped us fix our garage door motor. Overhead door was going to charge us twice as much.

We have used this company twice to fix our garage door on our rental property this year. They are quick to get out and do the job, however in march 2020 they replaced 1 spring and in October 2020 went out again and then replaced both springs. Kallie sent me an invoice and then I questioned the repair. Why did they replace both springs when they just did 1 in march and she has yet to reply. My husband and i have left voicemails, sent her text and emailed that we would like to understand why both springs were replaced when they said they should last 5 years or so. We have informed her we are trying in good faith to pay this bill however she wont call us back. How do you expect to stay in business if you cannot provide good customer service or return calls to get paid? Please call me so we can take care if this.

$95 for a 5 minute house call. We had an issue with the obstacle sensor on our garage door opener and we called these guys first. Very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly, but the only work they did was re-strip the wire lead going into the garage opener. Weve hired quite a few plumbers, A/C techs, carpenters, etc. here in the WF area and weve never been charged anywhere close to that amount for such little work. Didnt even provide a receipt. By contrast, Hall Building Products removed a broken torsion spring and replaced it with two new ones (45 minutes worth of work for two people) and only charged $90 for labor. Recommend calling them first.

Called Josh...10 degrees outside with more snow coming. Got there exactly when he said he would. Got it back on track, with a little preventative maintenance checks...a life saver! Thanks Josh!

I was needing major repairs for my 2 overhead shop doors last week. Angies List provided me with 4 companies in Wichita Falls (about 25 miles from my residence). After checking reviews, and going with the one which seemed to be the best, I chose Texhoma Door and Gate. When I called, I was told that they would get back to me early the next day, or as soon as they were available. Around 2:00 PM that same day, they called back and said they could here at 2:30 if okay with me. At 2:30, David and Kahler arrived at my place. After a thorough triage of my doors, and the motors on each, I was told that one motor was no longer serviceable and the other needed cleaning and a new switch. Since I was locked in, or our, without the new opener, I gave them the go-ahead and they went to work. In 2 hours, the work was done. They had replaced the one new opener, cleaned the other, replace chains, replaced wall switches on both doors, programmed the new remote, cleaned up all trash/old parts, etc., and were ready to go. They were absolutely marvelous in their work, knowledge of their job, and professional attitude toward their job. The rate was very reasonable for the job done and distance travelled. David came back 2 days later and brought me a new, universal remote for the old opener, programmed it and was on his way. If I ever need service for my overhead doors, there will only be one number to call. Thank you Texhoma Door and Gate.

Were investors new to the WF area and was hoping to give this company 17 units to replace doors on but after brief interaction with the receptionist Kailie today we are considering only doing two units.(waiting to see the quality) Josh and Ben were helpful and professional but the Receptionist was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. You never know who is on the other end of the line when u rude and say things like we dont know these people.

Is this a real company??We asked for a receipt and the lead guy said they dont carry any?? I had already found it odd the crew that arrived said it was cash only, then could not provide me with an invoice, receipt, or any documents for my taxes.Due to the fact I do need this for my taxes, I will have to mention this instance when my numbers are off by this amount.The work so far seems good, although this was a call back, and fix call, but still charged.

Texhoma Door & Gate has great customer service. Called early Friday morning asking for a quote. After receiving quote, received a call back in less than an hour stating the parts are available and could install my garage door opener, the same day. (That’s awesome) By noon two polite gentleman were installing my garage door opener. Quick and Friendly Service. Look no further they are awesome

We initially called Overhead Door to repair our garage door opener. Ourolder garage door opener actually had the Overhead Door logo on it.They told us they couldnt even come out to the house (in Wichita Falls) for 6 days. Moreover they stated that they could not work on our older garage door motor because it did not have door safety sensors installed. We called Texhoma Door and Gate. They sent someone later that same afternoon and had it completely fixed and running smoother than before within 24 hours and for $40 less than the quoted price Overhead Door gave us. I will be recommending and calling these guys first from now on.

I called concerning a cable coming off track on garage door. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, he came within 30 minutes fitting me in before leaving for another job out of town. Within a short time the door was fixed and working great. The rates they charge are very reasonable and the workmanship is great and he was honest. Thank you very, very much for the service.

I purchased a home last March, and with that, I purchased a home warranty. Of course, one of my garage doors break, and I am forced to use the home warranty service. Choice Home Warranty contacts Texhoma Door and Gate.To cut this short, Texhoma Door and Gate has skipped out on two service call appointments, without so much as a phone call. The person answering their phones is completely unprepared and never calls you back with a resolution to the problem. I was forced to call the home warranty service again today, and they are giving Texhoma Door and Gate a 3rd chance. I’m praying they actually show up this time.After getting the techs there, the problem was diagnosed and taken care of in under 30 minutes

Contacted them for repair of garage door, was told a technician would be there early the next week at the latest. 15 business days later I still had not heard from them. I contacted Overhead door and had a technician on site and the repair completed within 2 business days. Guess who will get my business in the future?

We Had 2 Large Electric Garage Door Openers The Worst Job Ever The Service Manager Was At My Home all Day and the Garage Door Openers Were New and After Doing 3 Times of Service Call the Openers STILL Dont Work TERRIBLE Workmanship I Wouldnt Trust This Company To Pour Me A Cup of Coffee Let Alone to Install Garage Door Openers VERY POOR SERVICE AND TERRIBLE Service People!!!
