If it was possible to give this company zero stars I would. Called them almost two months ago for them to come replace a broken window I have. I was told they had a 2-3 weeks waiting list, my name would be put on it and they would call me when they were able to schedule a day/time to come out. A month+ passed and I hadn’t heard from them, so I gave them a call and was told by the receptionist she’d check and see where I was on the list and would give me a call back. I didn’t receive a call back so two days later I called and left a message, still no call back. A few more days goes by so I call again (on a Wednesday) and I am told I’m on the schedule for that Friday afternoon....but hadn’t received a call to be told that...OH WELL I’m just happy to be on the schedule. Friday rolls around surprise, surprise they didn’t show. I’ll admit I got busy and it slipped my mind they were supposed to come so I didn’t call them, but I was home all day so if they came by I wouldn’t have missed them. Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed in how they run their business and am shocked they even still have one to run.UPDATE: I called today (Monday) to see if they actually planned on replacing my window or not. She told me she needed to check and see where I was at on the schedule....reminded her I was in the schedule for Friday but no one ever showed. Apparently they ran out of daylight and that’s why they didn’t come, if that’s true it would have been nice to get a call. Communication seems to be a really big issue for them. I’m happy to report our window was actually replaced today but unfortunately do not plan on doing business with them again.

Used them in the past for tempered shelves, mirrors, etc. Good results, if not the quickest. That was then. Recently, tried to get a mirror done for a cabinet. They simply didnt do it. Gave up after a few months. No communication. Connie has gone to screening all calls. Something bad has happened to the business. They just cant deliver anymore. Had to cross them off the list. Sad.

Quick to get your money and not do what they say. For example saying theyll be by that day to get the size and type of glass needed, not showing up and acting surprised when they come back a week later to install something they had on hand. It did not fit. Going on multiple months for what was quoted to take a week.

I have used City Glass in the past and have been happy with the quality and prices. This time was a little more challenging. I ordered a specific shape of mirror and it gave them trouble. After sending it out to be laser cut, twice, I changed the shape and am very pleased with the outcome. Connie went above and beyond and delivered the mirror at no charge. Thank you for the great customer service!

I have dealt with City Glass and Mirror for over two decades. This is a small business which has the ability to take on large projects. Like any small business it depends on running a very tight operation and often finds itself seeking additional help which isnt easily found. I have purchased mirrors custom cut, coffee table glass tops replacement windows and commercial doors. Mike Ledue, and Connie and Junior make sure that the job is done right.

Connie the front desk worker has an attitude and does not return phone calls. Most likely because they arent doing the work as promised.

Called on a Friday to get information about shower glass. Was told by Connie to send her a text with pictures of the shower and she would show the installer and get back to me Monday. Never heard anything Monday so I called on Tuesday and she said she sowed the person but he never said anything. I called again on Wednesday and she said the installer wanted to know if I wanted sliding or swinging. I told her sliding and she said she would have numbers for me that afternoon or Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon I called and Connie said they hadnt done anything, I told her to forget about it and that Id find another company. Dont go to City Glass in Wichita Falls.

Terrible to work with. Does not perform as promised or provide updates.

This was some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Inability to keep commitments, unwillingness to communicate, refusal to return phone calls, unprofessional.

Very disappointed with City Glass promise to replace a window in 14 days and it’s been over a month. They came out July 19th, measured to window and said it would take no more than two weeks, which would have been Aug 2nd. I called numerous times, talked with Connie. City Glass is a glass company so there’s no reason why it’s taken a month and we still do not have a window. Connie promised me Mike would replaced it yesterday but he didn’t show. Called her again this morning and was assured he would be at the house between 4:30 - 5pm but he did not show again. We’ve been waiting for the new window so we can put our house on the market. Sadly I hope this review will save someone time and frustration. Should have gone with Binswanger Glass.
