Today I went to this location to buy a refrigerator and the lady was so helpful and very nice...I definitely recommend this place to buy any appliances that you need...Thank you so much for being so caring...We definitely recommend this place.

Lady at front desk was really nice. Said if I didnt find a set I liked she would help me find close mismatched set. But I found a really nice set. Came back to get it and a man at desk was very nice, as he helped load.

The first refrigerator I bought did not work well, but they worked with me until I had one that works well. I want to thank the gentlemen that answers the phone, he was very polite and understanding. To the gentleman that picked up and delivered each refrigerator, i appreciate your hardwork and dedication. To the repair guy thanks for coming out several times and being honest. To the owner, thank you for working with me until things were resolved. Sorry I dont remember names well.

Appliance Outlet picked up rental appliances from a Wichita apartment when the renter inadvertently called the incorrect phone number for the rental agency. Appliance Outlet offered no receipt, and secured no written authorization to remove the appliances. When the renter discovered, approximately two weeks later, that Appliance Outlet was not in fact the rental agency with whom the contract existed and contacted them to retrieve the appliances, Appliance Outlet indicated they had sold the appliances. If I donate unwanted items with essentially no value to the Salvation Army, they provide a receipt every singe time. When I have arranged to have anything removed from my homes in decades of home ownership, I am asked to sign off authorizing the removal. And yet, Appliance Outlet provides no documentation of such transactions whatsoever. For Appliance Outlet not to provide any documentation or secure any written authorization that would have immediately alerted the renter to the fact that they were not the rental agency in question is shocking. This complaint will be submitted to the State of Kansas Attorney Generals Office and I vigorously warn unsuspecting consumers from engaging in business with an organization that is disorganized at best, but more precisely disreputable and fraudulent.

Went here looking for a used dryer.Found one that was $170. I bargain with the attendant an they let me get it for $130. Sweet.I would recommend this store

Bought a freezer and put a stove on layaway. The freezer stopped working 2 days after the 30 day warranty. They wouldn’t even call back. We got it fixed not through them. The stove we no longer needed so we had to put the money towards another appliance and got a refrigerator. We picked it up and moved to another state. Literally only halfway cooled for 1 day before getting warm. Now we have to get a new refrigerator and are stuck with a $400 piece of garbage. We are out hundreds of dollars because we went here. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Made a GREAT deal on a washer...it was used but looks new for a fraction of new price. A year and a half later it still performs flawless. Thank you Appliance Outlet!

Its hard to impress me. This place could have at least tried to.

Came to pick up a washer for my work and only 1 lady was working. She didnt have a dolly thats straps worked so we struggled with that, asked if anyone was there that could help load it to discover that we were going to do it ourselves. Me, being a 23 year old female with a broken wrist and my male coworker. I drive a Chevy Silverado with a lift. I understand my vehicle being high and me being disabled is not their problem however I was under the impression that someone would be there to load it. It has been only 2 months since this happened and the washer is already broken. Was not the best experience in my case.

Found a good used fridge, brought it out, set it up, works great. People there were very friendly and helpful. Will use them in the future.

Very friendly & honest staff. Ive had a used refrigerator from there for for almost 5 years and it still works great.

I spent almost $800 on a washer and dryer, that were broken the first time I used them. In the end I had to pay more money to get it properly resolved. Avoid this place like the plague. They will never see my business again.
