My first visit to Cheltenham store, was great. A young lady helped me, she is very pleasant and took time with me. Im 73 and yes I ware jeans. Her name is Shay, thank you so much I will come back to this store.

Ok, so to be fair, this shop has great print quality and great pricing. And if you catch them on a good day, the staff is a lot of fun. However…Much of the staff tends to make it very clear that they hate being there. Their priority is to find reasons to get out of doing a project rather than looking for solutions. I will leave clear instructions and always get a call later from them and have to walk them through simple tasks.They don’t lack intelligence, they’re just kind of lazy. I’d take more stars off, but I actually feel a little sorry for them.They have the attitude that they have enough business and they don’t need you. So they did lose my business, not that it matters to them.

City Blue Print has been our go to print business since the 80s. Always consistently high quality everything and really great people to work with. We have tried the box store copy machines on the weekend when we needed something and their large format machines do not produce as good of prints. City Blues real estate signs are excellent too. Cost effective and perfect art work. All A++.

Customer service is top notch; and it feels good to support local business. The prices for the services they offer compared to places like Office Depot or even UPS is competitive. I recommended them recently when I overheard what UPS was trying to charge a lady to get some of her books bound. Only downside is their hours, I work 9-5 like most so its hard to come in unless Im off during the week. Wish they were open on Sundays.

Wow, truly impressed with the service here, they offer rock bottom prices and they were even able to offer next day printing at no extra cost for a big project. Highly recommend them!

I dont usually rate my experience with businesses, but this one is the exception. I called City Blue Print about creating a large poster from a photo. They pointed me to their website where I could simply upload the picture to them. They sent me a quote almost immediately and called about a half-hour later saying it was done. Thats what I call service. But, then I pick up the poster and it looks more like the original than the original (which is about 45 years old, so a little worn)! Great work. Great experience. An 11 out of 10!

Good quality, quick turnaround, good price. Was amazed by the attitude of the person working the front desk. She helped me as needed but was a bit rude about it. It was an exceptionally humid day and the building was uncomfortably warm, so maybe that’s why she was acting that way.

The team at City Blue, especially manager Ryan Gronniger, are absolutely fantastic. They have made numerous, last minute accommodations for us when bigger printing stores have been unable to. We now go to them for all our needs knowing they will make it happen! This is a perfect example of why supporting your local stores is vital. Went in for calligraphy supplies, and now I love this place already. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they offer a student discount (which I was given after mentioning that I like to use my calligraphy pens while taking notes in school to improve my handwriting and style). Theyre helpful without being pushy. I will definitely be happy to shop here again! Also worth noting: they sell some very unique notebooks/sketch books with covers from old books from (it would seem) local libraries. I love that theyve repurposed books this way, and the notebooks are extremely charming and varied, with covers ranging from heavily worn/distressed young adult books to less used-looking covers. They also had some with covers made from old vinyl records. I just thought these were a delightful and unique product that I found super cool, and felt I had to share about them! =)

The staff at City Blue Print was incredibly helpful and flexible. They met me after hours so that I could pick up a job that I needed for part of my engagement proposal. They really came through in the clutch and with quality work! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking! I cant thank them enough.

City Blue Print, Inc. has a saved us several times when other shops couldnt turn work around quick enough for us, and theyll be the first place we go from now on for vinyl graphics and other signage needs. And their prices are super reasonable as well! Cant recommend them enough!

Wow, they have a great supply of Art supplys everything you could want. This is a full service copy and image location also. From 8 x 10 to huge blue print size copy and prints. They also service and sale levels and survey equipment. One of two places in Kansas that sale and service high end transits and autoleveling gear for construction equipment use.

I went here last year to get a few pieces printed and would never, ever go back. Decided to post a review, because its been recommended to me so many times for printing my art, and it would take some serious work on their part to get me back. Id rather go with a non-local printer (which is saying a LOT, coming from me, as I love supporting local business) that would give me the quality and price point I need to sell prints at a reasonable price than go back here.Work quality and QA was terrible for me. I accidentally sent the web size of a piece I wanted reproduced and NO ONE contacted me to tell me the image quality was off or to ask if I was sure I wanted that piece printed at that size with the low quality of the original. This is a common type of mistake for people to make--did no one even LOOK at these pieces as they were coming off the printer? Or, heck, did no one even look at the file size before printing and think, Hm, that seems a little small for even an 8x10?And the other two pieces I got back were of entirely miserable color quality. Id sent original scans that Ive since had reproduced by other companies, even Redbubble, and the colors have not been nearly as washed out and bland as they were on the giclees I ordered through City Blue Print.Id say their prices were decent, but when I didnt even get a product I could reasonably sell, I dont think I could even give them that.
