My service technician explained everything and made sure I agreed to anything he thought needed done. I trust them to take care of my car
They only know how to service Subaru cars. If you buy a used car from them take it somewhere else
Brought my car in at 10 for a 10:30am appt to do check up, a recall, and a check on my windshield wipers. Online it was estimated as a 3-4 hour service. The service agent rather condescendingly told me that the car needed to cool down before service and that it would take until towards the end of day. I was given a ride back to my apartment. At 5pm, I get a call that my car is ready. I ask about the recall and windshield wipers, and he says that he needs to check on the windshield. Half an hour later, I get the follow-up call that they looked at it. He then tries to tell me that it is too late for me to come back to pick up my car that day, and that the driver is gone. I insist on picking up that night, and miraculously the driver actually is still at work and is headed my way.The driver was wonderful-- talkative but sweet and said he kept an eye on my car because he knew hed be coming back to get me. The service person seemed to not want to do his job, and talked down to me. I also highly doubt that they needed 6 hours to wait for my car to cool and get the service done, while forgetting about one component. I would go back here out of necessity, but not by choice.
Coming here is *always* at least $100 than I am prepared for.
Great service. Bought a used Subaru from out of state. Had airbag recall so I took it in. Scheduled routine maintenance for that following week and used a loaner for the day while they worked on the baja. Total for expenses was quite lower than expected for car dealership. The service team did a great job taking care of us and our first Subaru. Thank you to Jeff Rush,Josh Sherman, and Michelle Bruntz for ther great service!
Comfortable waiting area, free ride home (if needed), friendly service personnel. Your car will be returned cleaner than when you dropped it off. Sometimes difficult to reach service personnel by phone, calls not always returned. Special thanks to Angela.
We contacted this dealership to take advantage of an offer. The offer is great but from the start they only gave us half the information even after we made sure to ask and make sure they had included everything since we are from out of state. Then we went to finances and it all changed and turns out they didn’t include anything. We then had to jump through hoops to get them to do their job which they still didn’t do right. They didn’t go off of our states regulations they just assumed it was the same as kansas even though it’s in the contract. Then they refused to fix anything after lying to us several times and doing a half way job when they had all the information and we took their word on double checking things. They will never get our business again even for an oil change. Even though we had a great experience with that part which is why they get a two only.
This place is always great. Scott Thomas does a great Job with making you feel at ease. Prices are fair and I always feel like they took really good care of me. No pressure atmosphere.
I went to Subaru of Wichita for regular service, and had a nice experience. Very clean waiting area, quick service, and friendly staff.
Subaru of Wichita service center is great ! The service technician was courteous and awesome! The center was clean. Got my vehicle taken care of in a very timely manner. Wonderful experience!

I went in for an oil change, warranty replacement part, and to see what was going on with the air conditioning. The video link was cool, everyone was professional acting. I liked that I could make my appointment online. The problem is that they left my car a mess, charged me $60 for a basic oil change, and didnt put the caps back on my air conditioning lines.I texted & left a message the next day. No return anything. I called the next week. The young lady I spoke to was kind & understanding, saying the supervisor was good about returning calls. Now its the next week, still no return.Im a new Subaru owner, so chose to spring for the more expensive dealer oil change to also make sure people looking under the hood were the best. But Jiffy Lube wouldnt have left my door greasy and stuff scattered in the back seat. And the Honda dealership never tried to upsell me so much that they forgot to actually include recommendations on the report/receipt the main concern I had: the AC.Every body has an off day, but not returning 3 msgs is not excusable.
Really great people
Clean and friendly, but took two days for an oil change and minor service work.
Good service and a lot of info. Hospitality great.
The worst car buying experience ever ! The manager just as well called me a liar and said he would rather not sell me a car, 3 days later I took the car back for them to look at the front end for pulling to the right side and they said it it has a longer drive shaft which causes the car to pull to the right when accelerating I didnt know front wheel drives had drive shafts. So I took it to Firestone where they had to do a wheel alignment and rotate a couple of tires and it started pulling to the left and that cost me $185.21.Went back to Subaru showed them the paperwork they said the person I need to talk to was with a customer and would call me back, that was over a week ago.I guess I got the shaft !
