Trent was very helpful in finding us a mattress that would be a good fit. He didnt push an upsell, knew what to have us try based on our initial preference, and gave us a great deal. In and out within an hour with a mattress we are confident well love.

We worked with two different sales associates and they were both super helpful, patient and friendly. We found the bed we liked then decided we needed to think about it for a couple of days. Good idea! We found a deal for the exact mattress on their website but instead of ordering it online we called the store first. They actually beat the online deal and threw in free delivery. Moral of the story? Always check prices online and then give the store a chance to match. Maybe they will!

This was my first time buying a mattress for myself that best worked for me and Paul made it a wonderful experience. I did not feel pressured and I was shown a variety of different types of mattresses so I would know what I liked the most. Update 11/3/19I had files a warranty claim on my bed. Bed had a manufacture defect that could not be avoided. Went onsite to Mattress Firm where I originally purchased the bed. Paul McKee was still working here ! He helped me pick out another bed. This time I upgraded myself to a much nicer bed. Everything worked out very seamlessly! I recommend to go see Paul McKee if you’re needing a new bed——————————I came here just to look and feel what I needed to get for a replacement bed. I had planned to visit other mattress stores but I’m glad that going here first was the only visit I needed. The first person that came to us was Paul, and he educated us on many types of bed that could be the best match, and we have found it! I definitely recommend coming here for your replacement bed. We spend a third of our lives in bed, don’t sleep on deciding to get one. Just do it !

I purchased a king bed from the one on maize rd and i paid cash i decided to cancel my order because it was taking forever to get here and i need a bed really bad. They refused to give me my money back and now im having to wait 15 days to get my money. I will never shop here again my fiance needs a better bed because he was hurt in the military and is now a veteran and this is how we were treated. The manager lady at maize is horrible at customer service ahe threatened us over the phone to try to keep from us requesting a refund.
