I was running later than planned and only stopped to check prices and availability, as it was close to closing time. However, I was welcomed and shown around by Nohora, with no pressure to hurry. She was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses, and pleasant to talk to. She showed me a wide variety within my budget and didn’t pressure me to go any higher. Easily the best experience buying a bed.

Our sales representative was Nohora Urrea Talarico she was very very helpful! We was in 3 different times checking out different mattresses each time very patient and answered all of our questions. We explained what was wrong with our mattress that we had that we bought from Mattress firm i asked if we could get a warranty claim on it. She explained the process to us. We put in for the warranty got it so we tried different mattresses the 2nd time we was there. Explained the benefits of each mattresses . We had 3 mattresses we was undecided on went back 3 time narrowed down to 2 she again explained the benefits.3 time we went with our warranty letter she did appropriate paper work we decided on the mattresse we wanted. I want to thank Nohora for being fun and joking around each time with a great attitude doing her job . It was the most pleasant buying experience I ever had!The deliver drivers were very professional and very nice guys . Work very hard getting the bed frame set up and asking me how where I wanted it. .there again the delivery driver went above and beyond . Oh not to mention they were early and very motivated . Cautious of the walls and furniture brining the mattress and frame in.The whole experience from buying, getting the warranty and delivery was a awesome experience. Got to the store with my husband and all went well. Nice lady helped us. We found the bed we wanted and proceeded to pay. Plus we were supposed to have our old bed removed. When the delivery crew got to my place they refused to take the old mattress. Said it was too dirty to dispose of? I called the store and was informed that if the bed was dirty that they wouldnt take it. Okay? I ask why I wasnt told this in the store when I paid for the removal. I was told that she was sorry she thought Id understand that. Then the delivery guys told me they wouldnt leave the new mattress because I had bed bugs!!!! I have never been more offended in my life! I DO NOT have bed bugs. I would not recommend anyone ever being put through that kind of offensive behavior from a store you just spent almost a grand in. I will never shop there again. Great way to lose future sales. Disclosure of information pertaining to the sale of a product should be paramount. Not treating a customer like an inconvenience would definitely help.

The sales lady was as quick as I wanted to be. Showed me two mattresses she had that were in stock and in my price range. The decision was made in ten minutes and I walked out the door with my mattress within 30 minutes. Excellent experience!

Trent gave great customer service when we came in on Memorial Day he was very polite he answered all of our questions he was able to show us different options and although we had not planned on getting an adjustable base he showed us the adjustable base and all the different options and we were sold! When we found something we really liked but ended up being a little over our range, he got us a great deal in the bed, pillows and delivery. I did shop around even though I got a print advertisement from Mattress Firm. I know retailers have been depressed with Covid 19 but I did not feel pressured. My questions were answered and I was able to get a name brand mattress in my price range.

I have had to exchange my mattress but it wasnt because the product wasnt good. I just discovered I am not one for a memory foam mattress. I guess my old body wants a standard mattress. My salesman, Trent who is also the store manager, has been very helpful. They stand behind their guarantee of 120 days to exchange beds. A shout-out for Norho who is extremely easy to work with and shes a wonderful gal. Also snaps to Zach, I have not met you but we have spoken on the phone, you are very good at handling phone calls.

The memorial day sale was amazing! Ned and Crystal were wonderful and friendly! I walked in not completely knowing what I wanted and they were very helpful. I was in and out with a new mattress in under an hour! My parents even bought a new mattress. It was one of the best mattress buy experiences I have had.

We had a great experience purchasing a mattress at this Mattress Firm location. The salesperson was super nice and wasnt pushy at all. We told him we were looking for a good mattress for a guest bedroom, so we didnt need a top of the line mattress. Just something nice for guests. He laid out our options without a lot of fluff making it easy for us to make our purchasing decision. It was close to the end of the business day when we went in, but he didnt try to rush through the sale. There were problems with the payment going through on their computer, but he very patiently worked through them even though it was keeping him late. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location.
