Had a fun time getting my eyebrow pierced. My piercer was a great sport

The whole place is very clean and sanitary. I felt safe during my piercing and Justin was really nice. So worth the price (which was completely reasonable for piercings)!!

Clean. Professional. Reasonably priced, but bring cash or be prepared to pay fees at the in store atm, its a cash only business. But NOT friendly. Maybe because I was a walk in, idk... was really looking forward to the experience of my first piercing... walked out feeling McPierced. Served but unsatisfied. Will not be going back.

They made a commitment to do a tattoo. We even confirmed it with them and they said theyd be able. But then cancelled it after we had spent all day waiting. Also my friend got a piercing on the same day, the guy who did it admitted multiple times that he didnt care about the quality and just wanted to get through as many people as possible. His first mark was poorly placed so she asked him to move it, so he started complaining and got very rude. All over a terrible experience, I would not recommend.

Ty did a great job on my cover up. He put purple over black and made the black disappear... Blew my mind!

Went here today to get tattoos with my kids. We showed up as walk ins and worked with @abztattooz. It was a great experience. Best experience Ive ever had just walking in some where. Artist was nice and collaborated with each of us on the design. Listened to our ideas while also letting us know what would and wouldnt work and giving his own ideas. He was gentle and patient with my daughter. It was her first time getting ink. Made an appt for my son because after much discussion they decided going a little bigger and giving him more time to design it would be better then doin it today. His work was clean. Lines were clean. Highly recommend!!!

Jcooper is the best.. I just had my first in detail tattooed on today and it looks awesome and I love it. Im planning on going back sometime soon to get my other tattoos done at this location and hopefully by Cooper.

Wonderful people working and very clean and friendly workers

The piercer did not use a clean needle for each snake bite and did not sanitize his hands before putting on gloves. Wasted 80.00 and will never go there again.

Went in for a friday the 13th tattoo after reading their post saying they would do everybodys tattoos regardless how many people! It was on their post on facebook. We waited 3 and a half hours to get told as we are finally got inside to go home! Very unprofessional, would not recommend coming here for one of their events!

I had my tongue pierced here on January 18th, 2021 and overall it wasnt a terrible experience. My main issues really were that they didnt seem to require masks at all, and that the piercer put a regular sized bar in my tongue. Thankfully, I didnt really have an issue with swelling but I personally just feel like that isnt okay? In their defense, Im still pretty new to body mods (and am obviously not a piercer) but as far as I was aware youre supposed to put in an extra long bar to allow for swelling. All in all, I didnt really *dislike* the experience, but I dont plan to come back.

My sister and I had such a good experience getting tattoos here. We came in only a couple hours till close and they were super friendly about everything. They weren’t intimidating and made sure to be very precise about what exactly we wanted. It was her birthday and Ol Crow tattoo shop turned us down after waiting 45 min because their artists “had migraines”. They also told us they’d have to change our designs because it wouldn’t look good at the other shop. Idle Hands was so open and friendly and super willing to make our tattoos look how we wanted. The artist, Ty Dough, even made sure we weren’t in too much pain and had great conversations with us. Seriously, I’ve never had a better experience anywhere else. The prices were great, he worked with us having issues with the ATM, and gave us his card to come back if any lines were messed up. Seriously a fantastic experience and my sister was so glad she had such a good experience on her birthday. Don’t bother with the other shops. This place is the best. I’ve also gotten a tragus and cartilage piercing here in the past and it was great as well. Their new shop is beautiful on the inside also! They stayed open an hour late for us. I have been to Idle Hands for my last three tattoos and one piercing. Every experience there has been excellent. The artists, including Paul and Dan, are helpful, talented and competent. I will definitely go back for my next piece.

My sister got a tattoo recently and although the stencil was very well done, the line on the actual tattoo were not straight at all. I would not recommend coming to this place unless you wanna think about James Charles. Also the guy did not like Nicki Minaj, me and the barbs will be canceling him.💅💅

An artist named Ty just put two new fresh tats on me. I came in with half an idea of what I wanted very basic. He suggested some extra things and took my idea from great to excellent. 10/10 would recommend him. His work was very crisp. Line work is the best I’ve seen. Very cool and down to earth environment and are willing to work with you. Great quality for great price.

Waited in the waiting area while the piercer smoked a cigarette out front. He didn’t wash his hands after coming in. He also touched his face with his gloves on. Very unclean for a piercing place. Let alone during this time.

Great place to get a Tattoo, i got tattooed by Josh Cruse and he was very helpful with ideas and feedback, very talented. He even gave me advice on where to eat which was great as a foreigner! .. over all super place.

Went with daughter. Clean place, well mannered men considerate of a mother in the house :). I appreciated that very much. My daughter was very happy with Ty and his work. He was professional, worked with her very well to make sure the tattoo was exactly what she wanted. If I were to get a tattoo I would definitely go there as well as recommend the establishment for all ages.

I got a nose piercing that was done wrong and prevented me from getting a hoop (which I told him I eventually wanted) and I ended up having to take it out and let it heal then get it repierced. What was supposed to be $45 turned into $100. Plus he didn’t wear a mask in reference to the virus and pandemic. I called several times after I got the piercing because it fell out the first night and it took a week for them to get back to me. I had to DM a tattoo artist there and have him get in contact with the piercer. He pierced it too low causing a whole bunch of blood and unnecessary pain. When I got it redone, it did not hurt near as much. Overall, very angry with the whole experience.

Best experience by far. I have had work done at 2 other places and this was by far the best customer service Ive had. Very professional and very reasonable prices. Dan was awesome when I told him my idea and he cranked out this amazing drawing in about 20 minutes. Artwork was exceptional. I would def recommend Idle Hands.

Highly dissatisfied with their work. Do NOT get anything done to your body here. I went in for multiple piercings. After the first one, I asked the artist to stop because of the inaccurate parallel structure of the piercing. Rather than listening to my concerns the artist continuously claimed it was straight and that “he’s been doing this for 12 years.” If they can’t get a simple aligned piercing right then I don’t want to imagine how a tattoo would come out.

I have had my last two tattoos done by Paul. He has done an amazing job. He takes my ideas and turns them into beautiful tattoos. My little brother has gotten all his tattoos done by Paul as well. We will most definitely continue going there to see Paul. Everyone else is very nice as well. And it’s a comfortable atmosphere.

Called to get a price of a piercing and I think the person who answered was either drunk or stoned. I had to repeat myself several times and finally had to yell my question... Ill go somewhere else.

First time getting a tattoo. My artist was Steve. He was nice as could be and did a phenomenal job on my tattoo. He helped me find exactly what I wanted from size to color. He was great to chat with and made me feel very comfortable. It was a great experience and I highly recommend you go here to get any tattoos done.

Ive worked with Paul on two tattoos now, and my wife has three from him. Hes very straightforward, honest, and hell either do what you want or refer you the best he can. Hes very meticulous, and wants to make sure he makes a piece you enjoy for a lifetime. Id recommend him to anyone!

Paid sixty dollars for them to suggest they pierced my nose in a spot I didnt even want. Im assuming he thought my other hole had closed. And I wanted them to line up. Paid $30 for a nose ring ... Got infected and fell out. Never had this problem w any of my piercings before and I pierced my nose myself the first time. Ill never spend my money there again. Sixty dollars for a nose piercing. Hilarious

Cesar did an amazing tattoo on my arm. His work is really great, very talented. I love the piece he did for me and the one he did for my husband. I would recommend this shop, the environment was really relaxing and welcoming too, friendly staff.

Very friendly staff that helped my daughter and I better the design we brought in. We were laughing the entire time our tattoos were done, so it went quickly and we didnt concentrate on the pain we were feeling. Our tattoos turned out beautifully. I am wanting another tattoo, and will definitely go back to Idle Hands to have it done.

I got my eyebrow pierced here and had no issues. Sterility standards were just not what Im used to being able to expect--jewelry wasnt autoclaved before being inserted. Mustve not been a big deal, though, since I healed fine.

Very professional and fast I was happy I could get in cuz a couple of other places couldnt get me in because my baby wasnt allowed to just sit with me while I got my ear pierced. But they were so nice and fast. I was super happy with everything. No infections ear healed fast defiantly will be returning for my next peircing or tattoo.

Bobbi (?) did a great tattoo on my husband that wasnt the problem. The receptionist was the one telling the artist what the people wanted. Bobbi then drew it and was starting to place the design only to find out that the receptionist didnt tell her that my husband wanted lettering to. Why didnt this artist actually talk to my husband before the mock up? Also I was there to get a tattoo myself but was ignored. I was spoken to once by the receptionist and she made the decisions it seemed. We will never be back as the service was terrible.We were there for over an hour with a tattoo artist not working on a client. The receptionist acted as if Bobbi was the only tattoo artist in the place.Oh and I dont enjoy a tattoo shop filled with teenagers who the receptionist was more than happy to explain in detail how to get notarized notices from parents. One girl was gone less than ten minutes before she had her magically notarized paper.

Firstly I want to say I dont know anything about the talent or professionalism of the artists or piercers. My frustration is on the business side of operations. I went in for my first visit ever because I heard about the Friday the 13th piercing special. My friend and I were told an hour wait. After two hours only 7 people had been called back. We also noticed several of the same staff members had 4-6 smoke breaks during this short time. My friend and I decided it was no longer worth it to wait around. I had to go up and tell the lady we were leaving and we were still 6 or 7 people down the list. I had thought there would have been a better plan or system in place to expedite the process. Im unsure if Ill ever be back.

I have gotten 2 tattoos from here...my only 2 and from Josh and Cesar. Everyone was very nice and professional. Sometimes you might not get started right at the scheduled time but its worth the wait. Plan on getting more.

I went for the Friday the 13th special. We waited to get pierced for 3 hours.. the lady at the front desk refused to give anyone a time estimate of when they’d go. I understand it was insanely busy, but I feel like they should of been more prepared. However, once we finally got back to be pierced it was great! Dan was very funny and wanted to interact with us. I was terrified, but he was very fast and distracted me while he pierced me. Overall we had a great time, and the wait was worth it

My girlfriend got her Labret done here and we called and they said that at her age (15) she could get it done. We got there and the piercer was getting angry at her saying shes too damn young and irresponsible to take care of it and to prove him wrong although she had a nose piercing and septum for well over 2 years. She might be young but shes very well responsible. Overall the piercing looks great and he did a good job.

Dan is AWESOME! He is incredibly personable and drew all of our designs exactly to our liking, not to mention gave an excellent price! Will go back, and would recommend him to anyone!

Awesome job by Dan- he was so insanely quick with my nose piercing- he had the stud inserted in about 5 seconds (no joke). Also, there was no pain afterwards (at least for me). Will definitely be returning here for future work! :)
