Got my ears pierced here! Love the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere.

After receiving a not so good ear lobes piercing experience at a tattoo shop, I came to piercing Pagoda to have some things corrected. Which they did, and Rosemary was fantastic.

Very friendly staff. I have sensitive ears & have just recently gotten brave enough to take out the earrings my ears were pierced with (professionally done, at a tattoo shop, after unsuccessfully having them done with a gun about 5 or 6 times throughout my life) & try something new. These ladies talked with me for quite some time & helped me feel better about making the decision to change them out. When I came back the next time to actually make my purchase the gal remembered me & helped me pick out a couple of pairs.These earrings do not have a normal back. The backs on these are so comfortable! Ive been wearing them 24/7 for a couple of weeks now, only taking them out to change them. No problems at all! They look & feel great!

Wonderful staff. Helpful and not pushy at all. They listened to what wanted and helped keep me in my budget. So amazing!

They did an okay job piercing my daughters ears. One side is a little crooked. But the worst parts is the quality of the earrings. She’s had them for about 3 months. But the backing of it a crooked from catching on clothes and it’s not very strong. I liked Claire’s earrings a lot better. I used Claire’s with my first daughter and I never had problems with the earrings for 4 years.

Ladies were super friendly, informative and fun. They helped us pick up something that would work well with my 6 mo. They were patient and helpful while we tried to keep her calm during the piercing. They do a military discount which is nice! Highly recommend over Claires. Better selection, prices and experienced piercers.

The store manager, Regina was super friendly, knew her jewelry and veryhelpful! She went above and beyond, spent almost an hour with me, helping me make the right choices. She pierced my ears and helped me pick out jewelry for my wardrobe. I opened up a credit line and will be a forever customer. Thank you!

If you dont go here at least once youll never know how good it really is!!

Had an emergency last night around 9pm with my tongue piercing...everyone was closed ...And Danielle was about to close herself ......and she was willing to stay open until she helped me out...She was amazing, very knowledgeable, extremly processional ....Thank you sooooo much Danielle and Piercing Pagoda company as a whole...New customer for life..

We had a great experiance! Danielle was awesome. Her happy, friendly, chirpy personality helped our 9yr olds uneasiness. She was very informative and talked to all of us even including our daughter into the conversations. Good selection of piercing earrings to choose from. We got a packet with more instructions and cleaning solution. Danielle happily answered all our questions. ~We didnt realise Pagoda was Inside Town East mall. Google directions took us elsewhere. Go through VonMars down the escalator and around the corner from Icing to find them.

Friendly staff however I think you should be on the website that you have to go to a licensed piercing shop for cartilage piercings.

Good food
