I always had great service from Micheal and he never forgot my name which made me feel good about coming back and asking for help. The books are going to be expensive at a university store of course, but I had no problems with returns and getting my money back if needed. The selection of candy and snacks is nice and the books for casual reading are a great bonus. The collegiate wear is super cool- I bought a bunch of Friends gear and gifts for my family over the years!

Textbooks are massively overpriced, but thats more of a complaint about the industry in general. On the bright side, they price match! Also, the staff is always really friendly and helpful.
