Our business had changed locations and needed another door sign. They had the graphics from a door that we previously had done so I called about changing the background color, using the same graphic, and gave them the dimentions of the door. They let me know that they would be able to have it done beginning August with a cream background. When it was not up beginning August, we called. They told us they didnt know the background color. So again we confirmed it. We called yet again on the first week of September. They said they were working on it. It is now end of September and it is still not yet up. I called to give them yet a fourth chance to make it right and was told that they just got the background color of magenta. I told him it was supposed to be cream, and he let me know they have not even started it even though they previously told us it was being worked on. We will take our business elsewhere from now on. I would not recommend.

We have had our windows tinted on at least 10 vehicles here and never once had an issue. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. This is the only place in Wichita that we even consider when it comes time to tint our windows.

Just had my windows tinted a week ago, I was super impressed with how quickly they could get me in, how quickly the work was preformed and how nice they were to work with. I asked for 30% ceramic tint, the work took a little over 2 hours for 5 windows. It took about 4 days for all the small bubbles to go away but after one week the windows look amazing.

I had an excellent experience with E GraF-X. I had my car full vinyl wrapped and tinted. Covered up the factory black paint and switched to a vibrant blue. The final product took my breath away. Ive attached photos of before and after. The staff was friendly and laid back, very easy to work with. The prices were quite competitive and they are prompt with customer support. I would highly recommend them if you need vinyl or tinting services.

They did an EXCELLENT job tinting my 99 camaro; which is a fairly difficult car to tint due to a huge rear hatch glass and 17 year old frameless side windows. Great price, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they only took 45 minutes when I was originally told it would take an hour and a half. Not to mention I got a lifetime warranty.

Took my Fiberglass motorcycle trailer in today to be covered with clear sheets to protect from rock chips. Appointment at 11:30 they started on time, completed in about an hour, excellent work. I would highly recommend.And the price was right

From the phone call for my appointment through the entire installation, everyone I met from here was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. The amount of time given for installation was spot on and the price was on par for several other installers I contacted. I am very detail oriented when it comes to my vehicle, and the work performed was outstanding. I would not only highly recommend these guys, but any time I am needing tint or vinyl work done, I will be back!

Had them install window tint and a clear bra. I went to pick up the car and I noticed bubbles and errors in the clear bra. I was told it would settle a few days later.A week later it looked worse. I called and they asked me to bring it in to look at it. The installer came out looked at the car and told me that yeah I knew that car was going to come back to be fixed when you picked it up.I dropped it off again to have a new clear bra installed.Went to pick it up and there are bubbles, wrinkles, lines, and dirt under the clear bra. And the car was now dirty because it was left outside in the rain. I pointed out the errors and I was told that it the best we can do.Special bonus I recently noticed that the rear window tint has a cut out for a brake light but my car doesnt have a brake light in the back window.

The staff was friendly, got my truck done in half a day, it was done fantastic. Would recommend this business to anyone. Their prices were very good.

The tint they put on my car looks perfect. There are no flaws or scratches that I can find, and all the edges look professional. The work took 2-3 hours and I was able to get scheduled in a day for this service. Like all tint jobs, I was told there will be bubbles that would go away after a day or two. This was true, and the bubbles went away perfectly. I really couldnt be happier!

Tinted windows on 2 of my cars today. Removed tint on one & re-tinted, new tint on another. Previously tinted windows on another car also (3total). Never had an issue before. Staff is down to earth and pleasant. Appointment was available immediately.

Talked to a lot of the bigger tint shops in town but called EGraf just to check price and theyre one of the few who offer the rare Lunar tint and for the price they were the best deal in town. Got it scheduled and done in a day and havent found one imperfection. Was very happy I chose Egraf and you will be too.

Took new car in for tint and to have dealer logo removed. Logo was removed by rubbing back n forth damaging the finish of the paint. Wish I could post a pic on here its awful. While removing logo the person placed tools on trunk lid leaving more scratches etc. I know because I jus detailed it. Now it will need buffing and more detail to have some of the scratches removed. This place apparently does not pay attention to detail. Never again.

Had a JVC car stereo installed, they own alta-mere as well nice job, a lot better than my old stereo. now i have bluetooth and great music.
