The best customer service I’ve ever had. They have amazing service and excellent work. I replaced my stock radio and with zero issues.

They were very nice and attentive, only reason I did not give them a 5 is because they dont competitively price their labor, call 3 other shops and was quoted 4 hours on labor they wanted to charge 6 to 7 hours for labor and they charge from 15 to 20 dollars more per hour than their competition... Price shop... However they are very nice....Love their customer service

The work I needed was done, seemed to take a bit longer than expected. Overall Im content with the experience. Will be back eventually for more work. Earned my trust more in one visit than a 3 digit place on the west side... Thanks

I had an overall great experience with Joad, the new owner of the Radio Shop, in May 2018. They installed a Custom Autosound radio in my 1979 VW Super beetle in record time, and I couldnt be happier with the install. They kept me up to date and ensured they called with price updates, detailed options, and expected finish time.Additionally, when I brought the car back for a corrective issue they responded with enthusiasm and over-the-top professionalism to make the problem right. An absolute A+ for customer service.

I cant speak high enough about the remarkable service I recently received at the Radio Shop! They have excellent expertise and their attitude is about helping their customers realize their desires. I am totally thrilled with the car stereo they installed. They took the time to really find out what I wanted, when I didnt really know what I wanted until they helped me. This kind of quality service has largely vanished in our society, but Radio Shop proves it is still possible to receive great service!

Have dealt with them in the past with cruise control and remote start and was happy but made the huge mistake to try somewhere else in Wichita for remote start for another vehicle. I had nothing but trouble with it for two years. Came back to Radio Shop and Jonah helped get it fixed for a great price. I definitely wont make that mistake again!!

5 stars from the moment I called to the moment I finished and walked out the door! Jonah is exceptional. I chose to get my speakers fixed at The Radio Shop souly because of Jonah “gives good phone!” He is very knowledgeable with everything, and made me feel like I was getting the best bang for my buck. This was my first visit to The Radio Shop. It wont be my last. I needed a car stereo, but nothing fancy and didnt want to break the bank. Joad was awesome. He took the time to run through numerous options, features, pricing, etc. I got a great sounding system with professional, timely installation for the right price. This last road trip definitely rocked. This is what shopping local is all about. Highly recommend. And yes, they have way more than just car stereos(auto start, back-up cams, blu-ray players, etc.). Just got a back up camera installed in my truck, they did an awesome job. Rick is over the top with customer service, and the staff was very professional. I recommend this place! Came here and got my DVD player in my vehicle looked at the same day! Joe was able to find me a great deal on getting another one put in my truck!

My Dad went here to get his factory radio put back in. They told him it was $65 just to check to see if the radio still works and $50 to put it in. When he got his bill they had charged him extra for the soap, towels and whatever they had used in the process of putting it in. Since when do places charge extra for washing their hands and drying them. All that should be part of the price, not extra. My father is a senior citizen, he doesnt have money to just blow on stuff.

Last February I treated myself to an aftermarket radio, a new amp and 12 enclosed subs. I overestimated my ability to install all the new aftermarket gear and called Rick at The Radio Shop for help. He said to bring it on over and he would put a tech on it and get me all set up. After a false start and a miscommunication between myself and a tech, Rick generously offered me a free installation on another radio. He did better than that. He graciously made sure that all of my new aftermarket gear was professionally installed. He had the radio settings right where they needed to be. All I had to do was to get in and turn it on and WOW! I love the new sound in my 2006 Jeep Commander. We do a lot of RVing and this is the vehicle I pull my travel trailer with - its going to be really nice to have such wonderful sound while were on the road. The Radio Shop has had a lengthy run in Wichita and the reason is Ricks attention to customer satisfaction and honest practices. I will bring my next installation job to Rick for sure. Thanks Rick! You really made my world light up - Im loving this!

Took my car in because CD player wasnt taking any CDs. Took them almost 2 hours to take a stock radio out. Told me I would have a quote by the end of the business day. Didnt hear anything. Call them the next morning, nothing. They finally decided to call me. For an optic lens and a new arm was almost 900.00?! Rip off city. Then I have to schedule another appointment just to get my radio back? Wont ever be recommending this place to anyone. Totally ridiculous!

I had an OEM Audio Plus system installed in my 2016 Tacoma back in April and The Radio Shop did a great job! There were a few issues with the kit that was shipped to me and they communicated directly with the OEM Audio guys to get it worked out and taken care of. Great customer service and attention to detail. The installer (Sasha) was quick to keep in touch with me as well.

If you want to waste your money go thereJust for them to look at your radio is $102.13All they want to do is repair it for $400.00 or try to push you to buy a new radio at $400.00 or moreThey really do not repair as reasonable rearedThey are just a rip off business and would recommend them to anyone

I got a nice remote start as a gift but exchanged it for some new speakers and they were very nice and easy to work with.

Today I found out that I was charged money for a diagnostic and their diagnostic on my stereo was COMPLETELY INCORRECT!!! This place is TOTALLY incompetent. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I spent over $100 on a diagnostic - they told me it was a blown speaker. I argued with them repeatedly telling them there is no way the speaker is blown. Today I took it into another car audio shop and they CONFIRMED that there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with my speakers. The issue is actually the sound processor. The audio tech told me it’s an issue they have seen multiple times! My speakers cost around $1000 per pair. If I had followed this companies diagnosis I would of WASTED all that money! Complete ripoff! Buyers beware!!! Places like this shouldn’t be allowed to be in business. If you don’t know what you are doing just say so! Don’t charge people for diagnostics and give them bad information.

Sasha replaced the screen on my vehicle and its working better than when I purchased it. I would highly recommend their products and services!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our cars navigation system was vandalized, the screen was completely shattered. We called them to see how much it would be to replace it and the girl on the phone said we would have to schedule an appointment and bring it in to get a price. Ok, did that. Our appointment was at 1:30pm, the front desk girl told me she would call me within 15-20 minutes to let me know what the price would be BEFORE any work was done on m vehicle. Because the place was kind of grimy and barren, I decided to walk leave and with my son to the Museum of Treasures to kill some time. After an hour and a half an no phone call, I decided to call and see what was going on. The girl seemed clueless and didnt have an answer for me and said she would call me back. By then, 2 hours had passed and I decided to have a friend pick my son and I up. I had to go get my carseat out of my car so she let me in the back, it looked like my vehicle hadnt even been touched yet, but she insisted that they would have a price for me very soon. Two and a half-hours later, I called back and she STILL did not have a price! I decided to come get my vehicle, and VOILA! Magically, a price was given to me. I told them I was frustrated and wanted to go somewhere else, but the owner insisted on charging me $80 just for looking at my car and finding the price to replace the nav system! At NO point was I told there was a fee for my car to be looked at. No mechanical was done on my car at all and upon dropping my car off, I insisted that no work would be done on my car without me knowing the price first. I did NOT pay his ridiculous fee and would never recommend this place to ANYONE. The front desk girl is completely forgetful & did not bother to call me back once! Even to say, hey I know I said I would call you back in 10 minutes, but I apologize, we still dont have a price.

It proved to be a very difficult part to find, but The Radio Shop had one in stock. They sold it to me at a dealer price so I still made my profit on the part, and saved my day for sure. They did a good install in my Miata.

Expensive! Required 50 percent downpayment and I have to wait 10-12 days for the part to come and remedy the fix.
