We purchased a Luxury Vinyl floor and had it installed in June of 2020. After about 8 months we began having problems with the integrity of the flooring. Continued to get progressively worse. Harry Street stood behind the installation and replaced it. Exceptional customer service. Rare to see a company stand so squarely behind their name. I highly recommend Harry Street.

I purchased carpet from Harry Street and it was a great experience. The product is outstanding - night and day better than Menards for the price. 9 months later it is holding up great. Customer service was excellent throughout the process. My carpet installer (Redd’s who was also fantastic) picked up the carpet and pad from Harry Street the morning of installation with no issues. I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Harry Street.

Great customer service, prices were very competitive, even with big box stores. Decided to have them carpet my upstairs living room, two bedrooms, and I purchased LVT from them.

We had them install Onyx panels in our shower. We like the product, but are dissatisfied with the quality of the installation. The two installers rushed through the install job, each earning over $100/hr in labor as the installers are paid per job, not by time or effort required. They were cutting corners and I’m the one left trying to fix it and make it look nice. We may buy Onyx products from Harry Street in the future, if we need to, but their installers won’t be doing the work.

They took the time to listen to our wants and needs, then sent out the crew for measurements. Everything went as planned thanks to everyone being willing to go an extra step to make everything perfect. Their huge warehouse has tons of samples to view to make sure you know exactly what you are ordering.

My sister brought in my terminally ill mother to do some shopping. My mom has very limited time she is able to be on her feet and limited breathing capacity. They spent over 2 hours in this place, NO ONE asked to help them. They both saw the employee standing around chatting with each other, and standing around doing NOTHING! My sister asked for help, they waited for 15 minutes and when no one came to help...they decided to leave. When they finally left this horrible place, someone finally asked if they could assist them. My mom being her awesome self, told them how it was. SHAME ON YOU HARRY STREET CARPET! YOU MAKE ME SICK!!

Very nice large store with lots to choose from high quality carpet, flooring, granite and much more. And there staff was a pleasure to work with helping my folks who are in their eights while some other places where not so nice to them.

Women are very rude when you call. They talk to you like youre an inconvenience. Also calls arent returned. I was trying to support local business as a first time home buyer and was severely disappointed. Ended up going to a big box company that wanted my business

I have bought all my flooring and countertops for my rental houses and the two houses Ive built for myself. Ive never had one issue with jobs they have done. Great place to do business.

Ive purchases all of my tile and carpet here for years. We purchased a home 3yrs ago that had poorly laid carpet. I called and Joel had someone get me an estimate the next day and a few days later a crew had my carpet all stretched in a little over and hour and cleaned up as if they were never here!
