My phone dealer, i often frequent their as well . Its very close too. The people there are friendly, and helpful. Allways a deal happening that brings in the customers .

My experience with metro was A-1 ...especially with great employees like Indy and Shannon they were exceptional and very informative .. they need there own store and couple dollars of a raise..!!! I appreciate there great service and dedication with smiles on there faces .. especially Indy ... great team ... !!!

Last time I visited Id have rated Aplus for customer service. Most recent time I was there, that particularly lady would get a F.

Great service if you plan to stay near wichita. I was told I wpuld have coverage a couple hours west...no service what so ever. Tried to unlock my phone since we had been customers for 4 years and was told I couldnt unless I had the phone for 6 months...they just sold me the upgrade before we moved and never onced mentioned it not even when I asked if I would have coverage when we moved. Closer to denver you have text and occasionally call service still but no data. Staff need to be better informed so they can provide better information for their customers. We switched carriers, have had coverage in all of our travels so we wont be back to metro.

Best visit EVER this Manager Amanda was FANTASTIC. Easy to talk to and was so happy to switch.

Its a bit pricey when you first get started.

Confused about service. I am due for an upgrade-new phone but have to pay new phone price. Called customer service. They said I need to go to a different Metro store for different phones. What??? Not happy!!!

We had to get my daughters phone replaced. The insurance plan was difficult to navigate at times.
