This is the best Verizon store in Wichita. If anyone needs a new phone go to this store ask for Jackson. This man went well beyond the call of duty to make sure I was set up with my new phone. He even stayed an hour past closing to make sure everything was set up properly. This man was incredible! I will not go to any other store but this one!
I went into the store on Maple and Maize and there was a line to be seen. Sam came over and asked what we needed and Sam said he would get with us as soon as possible. Sam was very helpful with our problem and walked us through the process of placing a claim. That wouldn’t work so Sam assisted us buying a new phone. Sam was helpful and thorough.
Professional and knowledgeable staff. Jackson walked me through the entire process and I left confident in my purchases and how to use my new phone and tablet.
Verizon has to be the worst cell company. I hate we switched out business account over. The I store representative lied about what our credits would be applied to and what our bill would be monthly. Then when I get our bill I notice a phone number not associated with our account for $0.97 a month. Why when we get the second bill the phone number was cancelled? So now Verizon apparently has people adding lines without our authorization and then when I want to report their fraudulent activities they tell me I can because I’m not an authorized user on the account. Why do I need to be a authorized used on the account to report your companies fraud? The owner has added me over a month ago and I have yet to be updated on the account. Corporate refuses to do anything regarding the fraud activity. So basically y’all just have reps adding lines for just pennies to meet y’all numbers? Been on hold again to speak with a manager for over an hour. Worst decision of my line and it is hurting the business.
They are friendly but mistakes that are made is your fault not theres even though they dont tell you what to do about new service. Customer service on the phone is bad itself. Go to AT&T it is better
Zack was very knowledgeable and helpful. Compared with the clown that didn’t care about helping me at Best Buy, Zack was light years ahead in customer service.
Jackson was knowledgeable and very easy to understand. I would recommend him highly.

I cannot say enough good things about this Verizon location and the people who work here. I came in with a rather complicated request. I was greeted warmly as soon as I entered even though the staff was busy with other customers. They reassured me they would be with me soon. A young man named Tyris assisted me. Due to my particular situation, I needed to be at the store two different days. Tyris got everything taken care of for me in an efficient, kind, and positive way. His customer service was over the top! I also noticed that the whole place had an incredibly positive and energetic vibe. Even when they are busy, each customer is treated as if they are the most important person in the place. I get the impression that this kind of positive, above and beyond customer service is the norm here. Thank you Tyris and this Verizon location!

Went in to upgrade my phone and was taken care of quite promptly. I was helped by Martin, and he was very friendly and offered/explained services and products he thought I’d be interested in in a way that didn’t feel like he was trying to force me into something I didn’t want or need. Overall, I had a very positive experience and I love my new phone. Thanks again, Martin!
My wife and I visited this location to get a new phone. We were greeted promptly with great friendliness. We were quickly given to Daniel so that he could help us throughout the process. Daniel was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. He waited an extended period of time with us to ensure that the phone was completely backed up before clearing it. We had a great experience and highly recommend this location and especially Daniel.
Zach was amazing! Kept good conversation, about everything. No just business. Suggested accessories that would be great for my phone. Always kept me posted on what he was doing. Quick and thorough! The facility was calm and clean.

5 stars are all for the employees Daniell and Tyris (hopefully Im close on those names). The store was a typical store, but they really worked to help us and other customers through issues. They were both very knowledgeable of everything related, the systems they use for setting things up, all the options and best deals, and the devices. I cant sing their praise too much. As we walked in I heard another employee talking to a customer like a used car salesman and had me nervous. But Daniell was great, patient and really listened to what we were trying to do. Tyris was there when she had a question, he was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. I had to go back the next day to finish one thing and he was working again. I listened to him working through some new phone issues with the person before me. His customer service and effort to do the best for the customer were impressive.
Tyris was the sales consultant who worked with me. He was one of the most pleasant young gentleman to help me in a long time. He was knowledge and explained things well to me. ( plus he is a handsome young man). The best experience I have had there

Would have given a 5 star if it wasnt for the other Verizon employee at the store in the evening on 11/18/20. The gentleman had me come in asked me to wear a mask and checked me in then told me it would be a min or two. There was a lady sitting down already in the store ahead of me that he was talking to and helping. This was no big deal, as she was there before me and my young nephew. Shorty after we walked to other ladies walked in and the gentleman who was just finishing with the customer ahead of me walked right to them and preceeded to help them with no check in or even telling me anything. I was just ignored and left standing in the store as if I wasnt even there. Im a long time Verizon customer and was in for an upgrade from a broken phone. My plan of spending the money with them instead of another retailer was fastly going away and I was about to leave when Daniel walked into the store immediately greeted me professionally and said give me just a minute and ill be right with you. He was polite and very helpful. I informed him that I was very irritated with the other gentleman for how I was treated and he acknowledged my concern and apologized. Had Daniel not been there I would have left to take my business elsewhere.

Had no idea this was not an actual Verizon store. They did not do what they said they were going to do the first time I went in there. I discovered it, but thought they had handled it the second time I went in - which was to pick up my pre-ordered device. Now Im 30 minutes into a phone call with Verizon who appears to be making it all right. Sorry, but to the sales rep who told me anything less than a 9 or 10 is a failure on my part regarding the Customer Satisfaction survey, I guess youll be getting a failure mark....and possibly a return...
Martin never gave us our trade in promotion credit we had agreed upon. 10 months later our trade in credit still had not been applied. Throughout those 10 months we kept trying to get answers only to get the run around treatment. He lied, and cheated us. Essentially stole our trade in devices. Verizon never helped either, pretty much gave us the silent treatment. Cut ties with Verizon. Never trusting a third party vendor like Victra again. All in all Victra screwed me over $1600.
Gave good service and were able to help me get upgraded much easier than other companies have. Will absolutely go back if when I next upgrade.

Just failed car salesmen there. Absolutely horrible!!!! Go anywhere else. They messed up my Verizon account so bad Ive spent hours on the phone and chatting and its still not corrected. They HAD to upgrade every phone on the account just to get 1 phone upgraded. Save yourself the time and the headache and go anywhere else. Ive reported them to Verizon. 0 stars if I could
Nice staff person. Process to go from personal to business account was terrible. Tablet data kept failing, staff person had to use cell. Tablet, desktop to complete transaction. Almost 2 hours 1st day...computer issues. 10:30 appt today and got done at 12:15. Nice staff does not overcome a flawed process.

My fiancee and I went into this store, worked with Kendra and she was awesome. She got my fiancee guided through the trade-in of her old iPhone 7 to the iPhone 11 Pro Max and there were no issues at all. She also got a sleek looking blue case and tempered glass screen protector set up for a reasonable price and a few seconds of installation. We are 100% satisfied!

I placed a phone upgrade (Christmas gift) online and set up this location as my in-store pick up. When I arrived, I was not allowed to pick up the phone without activating the phone. I explained it was a gift and I had done this two years earlier for a Christmas gift as well. They would not call to verify, nor let me have the phone, so I cancelled my order. I drove to a real Verizon store at Kellogg & West Street and had my new phone within 15 minutes. And, I did not have to activate it just as I wanted. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra 7 minutes to the real Verizon store on West Street and save yourself a lot of extra time and frustration. I will not return to this store

I was at the store yesterday inquiring into a new iPhone 11. A young man named Zach, was quite helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased my phone from this retailer based upon Zachs helpfulness and knowledge. My concern was backing up my existing phone and transferring everything to my new phone, plus syncing the phone to my car.
Very dissatisfied! They suggested that our group switch to a business plan without alerting us to the fact that we would be paying the promotional fees for all of our paid off phones. The fees were currently being credited to our account. I discovered this information within a 10 minute visit to the store at real Verizon store at New Market.
Not a company store so much more expensive... Im becoming more disappointed in Verizon as time goes on . The quality of most of products arent very good

I hate this company I wish I could give it ZERO stars but I had to pick one. They don’t deserve the one star I listed. I’m so upset at this moment. I have called and cancelled my service with Verizon specifically because of the Assistant Manager Chris at this store. I don’t understand how companies allow people to mis-represent themselves and the company. The young man that helped me today was great but the Manager Chris Selle is horrible. When I log on to google to write a review I see that the company allows their manager to write a review on the store. What???! Who does that??? Isn’t that a conflict of interest? And it was written a week ago. And when you look at it the owner responded to him! Like hello Mr owner how the hell do you not know that is your stores Assistant Manager writing fake reviews to get people to come to your store?????? Don’t go to this store they lie to you they promise you the world to get the sale then you get the bill and you are shocked at what you see. And they do nothing to make it right. This location should be shut down.. If they are going to allow an Assistant Manager to not only write a fake review but to represent himself as the Store Managers boss like what does that make him a District Manager or a Regional Manager or whatever. How about a FAKE MANAGER! I will scream it loudly do not go to this store. BUYER BEWARE. Ordered two phones four days ago and they show no orders under my name. Never received an email showing the order was placed, because it obviously wasn’t.

Let me first begin this review by saying I only write reviews for 1 and 5 star reviews. The world doesnt care about moderate satisfaction or mild inconvenience. To say working with this Verizon is a inconvenience doesnt do the public justice.I have visited this imposter Verizon store twice. The first time, I went in to inquire about upgrading my phone because the S9 has been a disappointment and performs poorly with the simplest of phone requirements. I meet Daniel. Daniel is a young hopeful who has seen the Wolf of Wall Street and the Boiler Room as his only sales training. He walks up, insert average poorly planned compliment and introduction, and were off to the races. Daniel asks what Im there for today. I ask about updating my phone. Daniel says, Perfect, and when you upgrade today, you get a free tablet with an additional line of service. Ok. No. Im not here for additonal hardware. BUT, when you get the additional tablet, it comes with additional data. DANIEL. I HAVE UNLIMITED DATA. Lets focus on the thing I came to pay for, not some free thing I dont want. We cant get there. He asks me if I have any kids, relatives, grandparents or anyone who could benefit from the free tablet that obviously doesnt benefit me. I realize Im wasting time, so I let it fizzle out before parting ways. Ill come back in a few months when Daniel has been fired.I go in today. Well f×ck me, there are three people working there. Some other kid, Daniel, and someone who appears to be a sales manager. I get Daniel. What are the odds? Im fantastic with faces, so he can probably sense my disgust. He walks up and says, Are you staying comfortable out there? to which I responded, I was here a couple months ago to inquire about an upgrade and you helped me. He breezes right over that one and after getting him my account info, I tell him again I want to upgrade. I tell him I want the S10e. Its basic. No bells no whistles. His response is, We do have a special on, to which I raised my hand to stop him. Im here for what I want. Make this easy. He then asks me for a minute and hell be back.Now, Im already in disbelief, but people learn when they get on the job experience. They grow. If this doesnt work out, hell, I can at least see what Daniel has learned. Im in construction sales myself.About 10 minutes later, Daniel comes back with a sheet of paper full of print and a pen. He thanks me for being patient, FLIPS page full of print over and starts writing. He says, Now, the S10e is a $755 phone, and the monthly payments are $31.46. He glances back at his sales manager who is overseeing the whole thing. My repsonse is one of bewilderment. On this same day, the S10e is $599.99 on my Verizon app, on their website, on the Best Buy website and cheaper a few other places besides Amazon. He looks back at me like I should have expected $755 all day and couldnt possibly think anything different because, ya know, its not like I came through the door knowing exactly what I wanted. He looks back at his sales manager to which I shortly responded, Im done. I dont know who to blame. Daniel or the sales team that is raising him. This Verizon, however gets a 1 star because of two experiences. Well deserved.
