It is what it is. Inexpensive trendy juniors clothes. Fitting rooms are open. They take online returns in store, but bring your original method of payment or you will need a return trip or get store credit. The young ladies working the register were very efficient and nice

Recently my wife and I attempted to make a purchase at the Wichita Forever 21 store. There was a sale rack near the cash register that had a display that said $9.99. New arrivals ( not starting at) as the store manager attempted to explain to me and ran away like a scared mouse. While trying to purchase the item the clerk at the register tried to charge me $24.99. People this is a clear example of deceptive advertising. Even though Forever 21 has great products their business model is is lacking in ethics. The store manager lacks customer service skills and needs to be re-educated in his customer service skills.

7/10 because I couldnt find any size 14 jeans and the ones I did find werent the same ones as the smaller sizes.

Decent value for tween clothes but the floor tiles are literally pulling up off the concrete which makes it a dangerous shopping experience and tacky

Love shopping here for clothes but not very good selection the forever 21 store online has better clothes wish they would get more styles like the online store.

This is one of my all time favorite stores. They have nice clothes that are priced affordably. The sales cannot be beat. I have like twelve dresses that Ive gotten for under ten dollars and probably close to 100 shirts or pants for under 5 dollars. The staff at this store is usually super nice and I like that they have someone specifically for running the dressing room. The styles and selection carried there is awesome. Truly have something for everyone.

I was in here with my 17-year old daughter and realized just how old and unstylish I am. But the store is fine otherwise.

I came to Forever 21 because I needed a jacket, and they were right up front AND they were on sale! I ended up getting TWO different jackets, because I liked them both and it was such a good deal. I looked around a bit more before I checked out, just to be sure I had what I wanted, and the store was wide open enough that I wasnt crowded by either clothes racks or other customers. The cashier was friendly, and I was glad that I went to this store first. I love my new jackets, and would shop here again!

Great selection of clothes most of the time but the quality isnt always the best. Definitely fair since it is just a trendy fast fashion store. It has wonderful pieces for the very cheap price!

I would not recommend this store unfortunately. There return policy so so confusing(because of their bad employees). Also their employees are impatience,rude, arrogant and arguing when you go for return. I had worse experience with them. Forever 21 you should train your employees properly how to behave with customer.

I would not recommend this store to anyone unfortunately. The return policy is horrible and not clearly stated. The old lady helping us was awful. I have never had a salesperson be so rude. I’m pretty sure she needs to find a new job. Low quality goods and low quality workers.

First time in this store. Was shopping for my granddaughter and didnt see anything we wanted for her. Of course shes only ten. Kids are hard to buy for these days, especially when they are so tall.

Wife loves this place. I think its got a great atmosphere. My problem with the place is now my daughter loves it......there goes any money I thought Id be saving!!

So forever 21 if you guys didnt know has afterpay. Which is this new thing where you buy things online and it splits up in 4 different payments taken out of your account every 2 weeks, (I know this because my work has it). Well I bought $200 worth of clothes with it because I wanted to stock up on some spring clothes. They didnt work out the clothes fit really weird. So I looked up the policy and it said that I can exchange it out or get a merch card which I had no problems with. So I called the store and they didnt know what I was talking about and ultimately said that I couldnt return it. Okay?? So I still returned it because the mall is on my way to my other job and i got a return slip from online saying just to bring in the box and thats it and they send it off. So I brought it and the cashier was rude. She called me basically a liar and I had to prove to her with the email she tried denying my stuff and then she was complaining the entire time that I was a waste of her time and that the transaction was bogus. I was shocked. I later learned she was the STORE MANAGER! I am shocked. I typically dont try to leave such long reviews or bad reviews but I did try to call customer service and I havent received anything back.

From this store I love that it has a wide variety of products, clothing, shoes and all kinds of accessories, it has very good offers especially when there is a change of season, the service is excellent, it works inside the shopping center.
