Had a new countertop installed at our restaurant, went with quartz and it looks amazing. Ive had customers come in and not be able to find the seams! Very good work from the install team, quick and efficient.

After trying 7 other granite and marble stores in town, we finally found the perfect one. We are absolutely in love with our tops and the service was second to none. You would be crazy to pick a different team. They were able to give us layout like none of these other suppliers. It was very visual up on a big screen and we were able to move our pieces just how we wanted them. They also had the best selection in town to choose from. We’ve used this company for two separate projects, first our kitchen renovation and now our main bathroom, laundry and powder rooms. They have the best selection of stone in the area and they allow the customer to choose what part of the slab goes where with computerized planning tools. I am so happy with the results! We had cash in hand ready to sign contract after finding granite we wanted. They sent us a quote and we wanted them to remove one of the upgrades added. They said it would take 4 days to get upgrade removed from quote and to resend the new bid. We even offered to make appointment the very next day to put money down to save slab we wanted. Long story short, We went with a different company that had the job done in less time then what this company had planned for just taking measurement. So glad we walked away!!

Getting granite throughout our new house build through Quality Granite and Marble was a great experience. We are competing the inside finish on the house without a contractor. The hands on experience with QGM was like we still had one! They were prompt, professional and handled issues, conserns and last minute plan changes (my bad!) fantastically. I especially liked their hybrid selection program where we got to pick out our slab from the mid-grade granite options. The price was reasonable, and it felt like going full out custom. The price was also a great value, less than friends who didnt get half the service. I happily recommend this company! Having Melissa McIntosh coordinate really added to the feel of this being contractor run, and she was as excited as we were to get the counters in! Excellent experience.

Avoid this place at all cost! We paid an arm and a leg for the granite to get the worse quality. After we addressed the issues with the shop, they offered to reinstall it for a cost! These are most dishonest contractors you will ever deal with.

Quality always carries a tremendous selection of unique granites along with endless quartz possibilities. Their staff and customer service are only the “best”! We know that when we send a customer there, they will be treated with utmost respect and a willingness by the team to make the experience a fun and exciting one. As a home builder, it’s important to us that pricing is competitive, but even more critical is the quality of the workmanship and installation. There can be situations that are quite a challenge to install without damaging what is around, and they always make it happen and always with the best attitudes. They have great attention to detail, going the extra mile to minimize seams. There is no doubt that they take tremendous pride in the finished product. We are blessed to work with such a fine business and recommend them 110%.

I would not use them for any Granite work, after they installed our Granite and installed the Oven i found that the countertop did not line up and whenI pointed this out they blamed the cabinet guy and refused to fix it and wanted me to pay more than the initial price to fix it.

They are lacking in communication and the office help has bad customer service.We had them come out to give us an estimate on cutting an overhang on our granite so we could have someone install cabinets and after cabinets were installed a matching piece of granite put on one of the cabinets we had on order. The man came out took pictures and and measured. We did not hear from them for a couple of weeks so we called and they said they lost our estimate so they sent someone else out the following week. That man said he remembered seeing the pictures and I let him know that our cabinets are in and we had 3 weeks until they needed them to be deviled to us. He said they would call the next morning and they would rush our work to be done since they lost our estimate. We did not hear from them again so we called two days later. The office said they needed to check on it and would call us back. Nobody called back again so we called again and finally got an estimate over the phone but would need to check to find out when it could be scheduled. We asked if there would be a discount for the problems and they said no. We were going to go ahead and schedule anyway because our cabinets are in at the store and we were tying to hold them off on delivering until the work is finished. We did not hear back again about when it could be scheduled so we called yet again. They told us they could schedule it for the 18th. The last day we can get our cabinets is the 16th so I just told them we are going to cancel because we will have to have our cabinets by then.

I did not have a good experience this company. They have a nice selection, however their service is lacking.When I selected my granite I was told that I would receive a project proposal the following day. I inquired two days later and was told they were behind due to the holidays. It is now 8 days since my initial visit and I have not received any communication whatsoever. For that reason, I went with another company.I did notice the names of many builders on slabs in the yard so maybe that is their focus. Either way, I cannot recommend this company.

I would highly advise looking elsewhere for Granite. They messed up several slabs and acted like it was our fault when they did the measuring. Would not recommend Quality Granite & Marble.

These people are awesome! Had to have an adjustment to the cutout (not their fault; we had to replace a faulty appliance) and they were willing to do it at no charge. Thats uncommon customer service! Thank you! And the countertops we got from them are beautiful. The custom shapes (including one very large one) for our kitchen turned out perfectly and look beautiful. Have had lots of compliments. Loved being able to pick the exact piece of granite for our countertops from their inventory. Overall, a great experience and quality product.

This was our first time having granite countertops, and we are so glad we chose Quality Granite and Marble to do the job! Ashley and Shay made the process of choosing our slabs, easy and fun!! They explained how the whole process would work, beginning to end. The proposal came back quickly and we felt it was quite affordable compared to competitors. The turn around time worked great for our schedule as well. The gentleman who came out to measure and make the templates were very friendly and informative. Yesterday morning the installation crew arrived and had everything set, and the sink installed in just over an hour! They even cleaned up after themselves. One of them explained how to clean and care for our new countertops. We absolutely love, love our beautiful new countertops! I cant wait to install the faucet and new backsplash to give the finishing touches. We highly recommend QG&M and will definitely be visiting them again for vanities and a wet bar!

Be aware of 12sq ft minimum purchases for granite. My project was too small for this, but the saleswoman was very upfront about that, and even recommended other stores to try. Very friendly staff!

After getting bids from other companys around town we chose QGM to do our granite counters in our kitchen. This was a remodel and they did an excellent job. The price was very good and the staff was very professional. We had a couple of small issues with install and the owner came out right away and had his guys out within a few days and made it perfect. Any big project is going to an issue or two and how a company Handels them is what it is really all about. I highly recommend them because they are honest and take care of business....we will be having them do all our counters and vanitys in the future. A+ from start to finish, they worked hard to give us only one seam countertop and one seam bar top, large u-shaped granite install. Installation was perfect with great attention to detail, granite looks amazing.
