Rockytop Countertop was recommended by a friend of ours to replace our old laminate counters. Overall, the quartz countertops were cut, polished, and have a nice quality/look to them. We are happy with how they turned out. Although their communication and scheduling was very poor, we would have likely gone with another company if our friend did not recommend them. Further, during the removal of our old countertops, our cabinets and bar were cracked and torn out. We contacted Rocky and he came out to look/get measurements for repair. We thought this was going to get taken care of quickly, but then did not hear anything back for a month. I followed up again two months later and still did not hear anything back. We found out Rocky had an injury, but it was never communicated to us. We waited another few months until I reached out a final time. He scheduled a time to look and then never showed or communicated why. This has been a six-month process and we are having to deal with the damage they caused ourselves. Overall, we would not recommend the risk.

Hopper Granite installed 4 bathroom countertops with Granite. Their customer service was great as well as their craftsmanship. I will definitely be using them again.

In 2016 I found a hundred year old piece of marble for my Victorian remodel. Rocky was the only person I could find that would cut it to size and mount two undermont sinks in it. He did a phenomenal job and the bathroom ended up winning an award from this old house I havent needed any granite or stone since then but know I will go to him if I do.

We were promised a new bathroom countertop from Rocky with the purchase of our new home. (The previous owners had lots of work done by Rocky & said if it would help them sell their home, the new owners could pick out the bathroom granite when they moved in.) Everythings seemed to go well up until he was supposed to come install it back in August. Blew us off (dodging/ not returning phone calls, no showing appt to install). We have finally given up 8 months later.Update: After posting on social media, the countertop was installed the next day. We like the piece of granite and the install was quick. However, the matching backsplash that was requested & agreed on in August when all of this was supposed to happen, was no longer offered as it was not cutat the time & now no matching pieces remained (Im assumimg as I was told they would check & let me know but I never heard another word). It was nice of Rocky to offer this incentive to new home buyers (us) but left us with a mess and a bigger project than we wanted. Yay, we get to learn how to do tile now 🙄
