Amazingly this store didnt have the over the bathroom sink item that I needed. I bought this one from here two years ago 😥

My curbside pick up was available right on time. Easy ordering through the app.

Out of everything... you would think this location would stay stocked but its trashy and dirty and always out of everything.

Bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING here. No reason a bathroom should be this horrible. I’m talking spots that obviously haven’t been cleaned in ages not like one day. Grime and nastiness everywhere.

The lines are always busy people are a little bit slow but the self check out is not bad and I think the staff needs to be a little bit more friendly.

I went to this Wal-Mart to purchase some king size pillows. While there, I had an online return that I was unable to return online. They told me I would have to go online because it came from some market place even though I told them I could not do it online. The clerk then tried to do it for me and she was unsuccessful. They asked me to step aside while they got the manager. I waited while the manager walked by me twice and she never said a word. The second time I asked out loud how long they were going to make me wait. The front end manager ignored me but another employee went to her and then came back and instructed me to get in line again only this time ask for the other clerk. Waited in line again and second clerk told me they could not exchange it because it wasnt theirs even though I bought it at Walmart. I asked her what the right thing to do was and she dismissed me. I gave her the two shirts I purchased from Walmart informed her she could keep them or through then away and that they were basically stealing from a customer. Meanwhile the front end manager never spoke a word to me.

The store was not overly crowded, especially for it being back-to-school shopping time. The store was tidy and clean and the staff was friendly. I was able to find what I wanted without any help. The aisles were clearly labeled and the layout of the store was easy to follow and find what I needed without spending too much time searching. I was shopping for moving supplies and was able to get what I needed, however there was not enough Large sized boxes. Some places in the store could be restocked.

I love this place. The A/C is among its greatest attributes. I always find bargains. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I get a homey feeling when visit its Customer Service desks.

I appreciate new ways to shop, like pickup and scan & go. Pickup is pretty good. There is always some problem, so far, that makes Scan & Go slower than a regular transaction. Sort of defeats the purpose. The employees that monitor the self check out do not have much training on Scan & Go. A lot of the exit door associates don’t seem to know what it is, either.

Mens restroom was pretty dirty. Avoid the bathrooms. Otherwise fine!

Great service Peaches was friendly. They do get busy very fast so just come in with time it took about 1-1/2 hr to get my service done. Witch wasnt so bad.

The checkout lady in the cosmetics department was very nice and friendly.

Needs sturdier shelves. I accidentally broke one. Other than that, its a Walmart. Reliable and predictable.

We have yet to have a good experience with this Walmart. Its closer then new market square so works in a pinch. The Walmart in New Market square and the one in Goddard are much better. The employees are much nicer and necessary items are much easier to find. Those stores are also cleaner.

I dont like Walmart but this particular location has a manager who is not understanding, assumes that you are returning stolen goods if you dont have a receipt, and most recently, this store is rushing customers out the door at 10:45.

I hate recycled air get actual air conditioning in summer I dam near pass out getting too hot in winter I freeze to death. I now call Walmart hell because my system can not stand 30 minutes in there and I sweat so bad my immune system crashes so to me it is a living hell. Will not be doing Christmas shopping here. Anyone with auto immune diseases should not shop here.

Asked at least 5 workers for help at the paint counter and tried to find a manager for over 20 minutes and none if them knew where the worker was. Then a manager just happened to walk by who was able to help me. They even called over the intercom multiple times and nobody came until the manager showed up.The manager did not even know how to mix paint. Service was terrible

For a Wal-Mart this place was very clean & the shelves were stocked.

The store is dirty the self checkout are really dirty. This place needs some serious cleaning. The staff never want to help or get rude when you have a question. I understand people are rude but doesnt mean they have to be rude to the next customer.

Highly disappointed! Its 8pm in the evening and they only have one cashier. Someones more worried about there bonus verses customer care.

This is my go to store. It has everything you need for a grocery run and the associates are very helpful.

Clean, organized, friendly workers. Shelves were stocked. My go-to for anything and everything when out of town.

I came to Wal-Mart to buy gas and get true help I needed as homeless person living in my van but as facts show others lied and refused to let me get that help and are using those customers to steal and buy beer at 30$ to 40$ worth a day while also paying for a motel at 56$ a day instead of looking for work then threaten my wife and refuse to let me get what I needed to get back to work but they still are panhandling on walmart property hurting customers good faith to steal buy drugs and beer to party in motel after I did as I stated and got gas to return to work I will never return to that walmart after threats to damage my van and threats to my wife it is great by God to be working again not panhandling to got true help

We come here for the pick up service. The young guy with the long hair is probably one of the the most professional associates I have experienced. He is always polite and asks if we want the bread and eggs up front. Come to think of it, the best service I remember having is from the associates who bring the groceries out and place them in our car. A+ for these car pick up folks.

Its Walmart. You know what to expect. Not the best one in town, but also, not the worst.

This is one of my least favorite Walmart stores in Wichita. Ive ordered things only to have them cancelled because they were out of stock. Ive also ordered things and had them marked as picked up when they werent. In the end, everything is okay. I mean...its Walmart. You get your reimbursements. But this isnt one of the better ones.

One person to check out 12 ppl walking around the self check out checking receipts moving away from human contact. Before long we might have to pay just to go in. Like sams. Guess Target just got some more business.

Never keep things stocked. Even no paint. Went and shipped elsewhere.

Thank you Steven in pharmacy. I was completely out of insulin and on covid leave so I couldnt come into the store. I called up the pharmacy and asked if there was anything I could do. He set me up with easy pay and walked out my prescription, setting it down in the backseat through an open window. I had no a/c and running a temperature and he made the whole process quick so I could go back home and rest. Thank you I cant express that enough

Well stocked. I had no trouble finding everything.

Every walmart is laid out differently and this is not my Walmart. However i was able to find everything without asking an associate.

The only complaint I have is they had every self check open, but not one excepted cash. Only one register open, that took cash and it was lined up in to the clothing dept. They had two money center people, standing around. Two customer service people and three register leads standing around that could have been checking people but instead came up to the only cashier and told her there was no one to give her a break or lunch. I wont shop at a place that disrespects its employees like that.

You can find many things here. Thats all I can remember from this place, I went there about 2 times. There is a pharmacy for medicine, and a food.

The people here are helpful and the money center woman there has gone out of her way to help me in figuring out what is going on with the money transfer.

Sometimes they are out of the things on my usual buy list, but the car and truck batteries are great, my last ones lasted 7.5 years.

My goodness. 250 acres of tiled covered cement. Glad I dont live nearby...shopping insanityWith knee and back issues. Quite a full selection of offerings,Aisles upon aisles of shelves.Grabbed a few necessities and ran for the nearest exit.

Waited an hour for their auto center to refuse to patch a tire that we tried to plug on our own and wouldnt hold. Its their policy. Wanted us to buy a new tire instead. Poor customer service. Will not be returning. Avoid and give your business to a company who cares.

Every time Im n any Walmart the line for alive check register person is too long!!I always ask a manager type person to call for extra checkers & always am ignored.It seems to b n ALL Walmart stores. People are tired of this & Walmart is having merchandise stolen by self scanners not getting EVERY item and Walmart doesnt care since they take is as loss.LETS STOP SHOPPING WALMART!

Overall my experience anytime I go is good. I have went on a few occasions and asked an employee where Islea or any isle is and thry have no idea how the store is laid out. I use the app now that I know about it but it would still be useful to be able to ask an employee

Walmart is always a hot mess express. All the self check out lanes were card only. I was paying by card anyway, so it wasnt an inconvenience to me. But it did happen to affect a couple in front of me. They had to go back out to their car. I went to a different lane to check out.

25 check out booths and they only ever have 4 in operation. Walmart should hire a Quick Trip manager to show them how its done.

Employees are friendly store is always clean usually not a long wait in line either

Auto Center customer service is horrendous...mechanic waiting on checkout customers while my wheelless car is on the rack waiting for new tires to be put back on; on cell phone instead of working on my car; answering auto center phone when my car is on the rack. Had a 10AM appt that lasted 2 hrs. Ill never go there again.

Working on my rubber band ball and they keep them rubber bands STOCKED! Its getting bigger!

Clean and the isles are pretty spacious, so you dont feel crowded. The line went pretty fast and the cashier working terminal #SC010932 was helpful and kind. Its one of the nicer Walmarts here in Wichita, Kansas.

West Kellogg store has monkfruit on the VERY TOP SHELF where it doesnt belong and i have complained, but the man said its not his area to put it in its proper place !!!! I can Never reach it, been like that for MONTHS !!! SO I CONTINUE to order from Amazon instead of 6 blocks from my home

This place must be going out of business. Can’t go through any self check out with cash but they’ll only allow one lane open among the 12+ aisles they have and god knows how many employees just walking around doing nothing. Went to cosmetics to be checked out and the employee walked up to the register then walked away and ignored me. My experiences only get worse supporting this store so I’m just done supporting it now.

I only use grocery pick up. I love the pick up process. They always bring my stuff out rather quickly. Always friendly and fast.

I always get just a bit disappointed with the cashiers at this Walmart. The neatness of hair and clothes is what says, and said, everything about anywhere I ever represented. The bathrooms sure looked better when I stopped in on the way in. The baskets were so ready and right there ready to grab one at the middle right where its supposed to be. Awesome. When I came upfront to check out I did have quite a deal in my cart as I had the plants along with some grocery and store items. There were only, in the very middle of the afternoon 3 cashiers and self checkout, which Im disabled and self checkout isnt an option for me. I got out and in a timely manor I was just surprised. I basically had a blast spending way way to much at my favorite store this year so far for deals in gardening

Customer service lacking. Hate self checkout. Corporate America has shown a lack of concern for the customer when the customer has to do the work themselves. I would rather deal one on one with a live person when checking out.

I purchased a Tracfone data card. I did not get home with it on 3/5. I called to no answer. And went into store and a manager named Bonnie came to assist. I was very appreciative of her positive attitude and she was able to replace the data card for a new one. I am a honest person and I appreciate her believing me. Every time I shop, I have never been in trouble with any of your stores, my checking accounts are mine. I t looks like to me your workers are shopping off my list and than my food starts coming up gone from my house. Just last Sunday I shopped and left the store and parked my car and caught one of your workers following me. Its a Good thing I didnt go home at that moment. Time was 11:45am

Good prices on some school items and I all was reasonably priced.

I called two different stores in Wichita Kansas. the E Pawnee and Maize Rd said and waited and no one answers the desk at customer service this ridiculous.

Walmart was great as always. Good selection, had everything I went for, and check out was friendly, with an invite to shop there again. Couldnt ask for anything more.

At self check out wal mart has updated their machines with no coupon button to click to redeem. walmart person at selfcheck did not know what to do. had to wait for assitance to finish checkout. no one at walmart gets trained properly
