Definitely a great place to enjoy a smoothie, ice cream, or a meal! There is usually a decent wait in line, especially on the weekend. I really enjoyed the chilaquiles during my most recent visit. The flavor of the asada was great. My only complaint was how thin the asada was. Definitely a great place to try if you are tired of the usual ice cream/dessert restaurants.

I love this place! I think it is a hidden gem in Wichita. You rarely find places with a variety of fruits for dessert or different things to eat. Easily one of my favorite, little out of the way places. The Hawaiiana, Ensaladas Fruitas, Churros, & Elote are awesome! If you have never been here, I recommend going at least once. It may become your new favorite place. I know it became one of mine.

Well to start off, this place is really good for frozen treats such as ice cream, frozen pops, mangoniada, And some other things. It has food, fruits, and snacks. The food there is really good, and I enjoy going there! I recommend this place, but sometimes its quite full. Other than that its good there, to eat there or take home.

This is my favorite place to go for an elote and I haven’t turned back around to find an elote elsewhere since I’ve been coming here. The other elotes are just not the same as Tropicana’s. I came in today Monday, October 25th at around 4:05 PM and the ladies working at the front were super sweet and helped me find the perfect burrito for me to bring home to my boyfriend! He was super satisfied with his Tropi Chicken Burrito and that just warms my heart to see my man happy, enjoying his food! I highly recommend this place they are outstanding!

This place is pretty ingenious. From Mexican food to protein smoothies to ice cream to fresh fruit and everything in between. Its not a really fancy place but it is nice and the food is very good. One of very few places in Wichita that has actual fruit. Its not fast food. I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes, after standing in line for 10 minutes. Plenty of places to sit though! Seems very clean and the staff seems pretty organized and nice.

It was my first time going here.The lady that took my order was very nice and friendly. Very patient. I didnt get her name though. She made me a custom juice.The torta was good but Ill have to ask next time if they can make it not cooked.Took a picture. It probably would look way better if I took it there versus after driving all the way home hahahaWill be coming back for the ice cream and funnel cakes!

First time here I was impressed. From mangonadas to funnel cakes . To tacos and quesadillas. Very unique place definitely recommend everything I got here tasted great

Delicious. This place is so close to my house, and I didnt know it existed. Great variety of food, snacks, and desserts. My friends suggested it to me for lunch, and know Ive got to take my kids in for some good eats!

Our kids have made this restaurant their first choice to visit for Saturday brunch as a family.

Every time i go there to pick up a called in delivery order it takes a minimum of 20 minutes before anyone comes to the pick up section of the counter to help me. Most of the time they say they dont even have the order and then i have to wait even longer. Never got good customer service here.

I did not have a pleasant or positive experience at this establishment. I initially was excited to visit this place as it had all the things I enjoy all in one locations. But when I got there to order lol were rude because I do not speak flaunt Spanish. The wait time for my order was over 30 mins. And I only ordered two items. Which were a smoothie (that they made when I first ordered) and the taste and texture of the smoothie was off. And it was melted and didn’t taste go good at all. I also ordered two street tacos that were cold. I didn’t have any add on fees but my total was over $20 over two items. Overall the service was terrible and I don’t recommend any Asiatic- Moorish American visit any of these establishments at any location.

I’ll start off by saying I don’t live nearby here and yet I willingly go out of my way to get food, drinks, snacks, and desserts here all the time!Everything I’ve had here taste like what I can get in either San Diego or in TJ Mexico!SOOO GOOD!The staff is always so nice no matter how busy they may be!

The combo of fruit and spicy was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff was super nice. It is primarily a spanish speaking staff, but they are very understanding and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I really enjoyed this experience.

We came in at 9:30 (30 minutes before close) on a Tuesday night and the place was packed. We were still able to place our order within 5 minutes and probably waited another 10-15 for our food to come out. Nothing unreasonable. And it was worth it!! Delicious food and yummy agua frescas! We will definitely be back!

Best tacos I have EVER HAD!!! You should also try the corn. It is served in a cup and is delicious. The desserts are like nothing you can get anywhere else. Holy moly. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Moving into a new city can be challenging when you have to find your new favorite places like where to get your favorite ice cream fix, and I am so happy that we found ours here! Tropicana is nothing but great so far everything we have try has been good and my daughter loves her bubble gum ice cream cone and my mother loves the mangonadas. This is now our ice cream fix to go place ❤🤤😍

The cashier got my order wrong and when I address the error she refused to get my order corrected. I’m so disappointed in this place, drove an hour to come eat here. I don’t recommend this place because of very poor quality customer service. I’m sure there’s better places to eat in Wichita.

This an absolutely a must for folks that like nothing but real fruit in their drinks! They have a huge menu varying from sandwiches, tacos to deserts like churros or funnel cakes. The staff was very friendly and handled the big crowd very efficiently.

Had to satisfy my craving for mangoneada. I’m so glad there are more places to find it locally. And they make a large that is perfect!

I cant believe I havent been back to Tropicana and almost 2 years their food is amazing!! I ordered a ceviche tostada it was so fresh and crisp. I also had the fried tacos, lets just say I wasnt let down at all! I wont wait another 2 years. See you all soon. My tip is to call ahead to place your order I had no wait.

I went in after seeing a mango seasoned on FB. They had it here and called it mango enerte(?). Anyway ordered it and know the next time Im in Wichita will get it again. In looking at the freezer case of ice cream a person could easily pick a different flavor daily and not run out any time soon.

The food is great as well as the service. If you are unfamiliar with this place as I was then you need to know that despite what the description of the food says, they put hot things on it. It may be hot sauce, spicy Tajin or crushed red pepper. At least this was my experience both times. Now I know to order without anything hot specifically. The freshness and quality of the food are top notch.

OMD the Tostada Ceviche and Tacos Dorados are AMAZING! The homemade ice cream is the best! Great customer service, great selection, and great prices. Will be back MANY more times!

Food is good love coming but today I felt embarrassed.I saw people in the store all sitting and saw people going in so I decided to go in I waited five minutes to place my order out of nowhere they asked me if I would like to place my order I said yes then they said “we’re closed we can’t take your order”.... in my experience I’ve learned that in customer service if you don’t close your doors and people are still coming in you must attend them and the most disrespectful thing to do is “kick them out”. Like I said I love coming here but that was embarrassing and just BAD customer service.

This place is everything!!! Love their food. Always get the tacos Durango. Might have misspelled that but its amazing. The chicken kind is the best. Their ice cream amazing and their juices as well. Just everything is good.

This is a fun place to eat and get a sweet treat. It is locally owned and well taken care of. They have a great variety of ice cream flavors as well as specialty drinks. I ordered tacos and they were very good. They are naturally on the spicier side. The birthday cake ice cream flavor was a hit for my daughter. The flavored corn is also very popular here. It is a relaxed atmosphere, almost cafeteria like seating. Very open, inviting, and comfortable.

Came in here around 7:30 with my parents, brother, and my daughter to grab a quick bite. Didn’t end up getting home until 9:30, and I live right around the block. The food was super bland, and it took a good 45 minutes to get out to us. 20 minutes after we ordered, my brother went to check on the status of our food, and the cook hadn’t even started our order yet. It took so long that my brother, who was strapped on time, had to leave before his order even came out. There weren’t that many people in the restaurant. Awful experience.
