Staff was super friendly and helpful. The shop is really clean. And the treats were perfection. Highly recommended.

They started offering milkshakes. We were in a hurry so we all got milkshakes to go. It took them literally 30 minutes to make four milkshakes. The milkshakes were way too runny and two of them were made incorrectly. One was a key lime pie flavored and it had no lime in it! Yes it was busy, but if you advertise milkshakes on the menu youd better be prepared to make them in a timely manner. Also they were like $7 a piece!

We went in because they have a dairy free option for my daughter, who has a dairy allergy. They didn’t know how to work the cold table and the coconut milk wasn’t freezing correctly. When they finally got one of the ice creams made, Brooke put moldy strawberries on it! She took the strawberry off and replaced it with a fresher one! I told her that the I cream needed to be remade and she acted like a 2 year old, and told me she wasn’t making a new one. She refused to serve us after we paid and would only refund us our money. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would also recommend firing Brooke.

Although it took quite some time for our order to be taken, it was worth it! Hands down some of the best ice cream Ive had in recent times. I got the #11 Jungle Love and it tasted very fresh. I think the prices are reasonable and it was neat being allowed to see the process of the staff rolling my order. Will definitely be back for more.

Stopped in an hour before closing for a mini family reunion. There were A LOT of us. Both employees were friendly and worked quick to get us our ice cream. Great attitudes. Great service. Great ice cream! Highly recommend!!

This is probably the best tasting rolled ice cream in town. I have been to many creameries that offered rolled ice cream and they can’t possibly beat this one. An Asian girl helped us out and she was very sweet and made sure her customers were well taken care of. Love their flavors; specially the ‘Strawbella’ which comes with strawberries, graham crackers and Nutella.

This place was awesome! Tons of options for flavors and toppings. They also ask your name so they can write it out in syrup before they roll out the ice cream, and it makes for a very cool video!

Tried this place and definitely coming back. Had the Mucho Mango (crushed mangoes and strawberries frozen with condensed milk) - to die for! You are even given 3 additional toppings with each order. I added double mango and strawberries 😊

The price for what we get is a bit crazy. The rolled ice cream is nothing different then ice cream in a cup. It wasnt bad just not my taste of enjoyment.

Ladies are nice and friendly. Cool place to watch you favorite flavor of ice cream being made. Many different flavories and a good place for the kids after school. Also if needing your pictures printed they have two printers for that.

Ice cream tasted like nothing - super bland and thin/watery. The employee was very light on toppings too, and end product was NOT worth the cost. Employee also let a family cut us in line because their child was throwing a fit, and we had to wait 15+ mins to order even though we already knew what we wanted. Not good.

Hit this place up late one night, and can say I really enjoyed the experience. Great ice cream, enjoyed the outdoor patio, and a clean kept place... including the bathrooms. They also have selfie printers setup so you can take a photo and print it right in the shop (iPhone only supposably). Very cool place.

We wished there was a tropical flavor like pineapple, strawberry, mango or like a lemonade flavor...this was like the 4th or 5th time weve gone with the same flavors to choose from in two years. Wed be glad to help change up the menu with the option of free tasting??!! I would caution you that if you are nut free for allergy reasons you tell them every step of the way because on all three of ours it was marked and still they were made on the same table as Nutella everything. They offered to remake but being the thrift I am, didnt want the ice cream to go to waste or be annoying to people waiting behind us because they were busy. I didnt die this time...I just like breathing better than ice cream for some reason. I wish theyd go back to flaming the marshmallow again. Was kinda cool!

Horrible experience. First, the employee working the register did not have a mask on. He also allowed who I think was his daughter to go into where the ice cream is prepared to grab a spoon for herself. Second, the customers were not required to wear masks while they were not eating, and the building was so full that there was no room to social distance from the people without masks. If it’s that difficult to enforce a state-wide mask mandate, I suggest only allowing customers in the building to order their ice cream, and require them to leave once they have received it so they can eat elsewhere. Lastly, the system in which they make the icecream needs work. We had ordered much sooner before some of the customers and were served last, but this was the least of my concerns.

Not worth $6.29 per cup of ice cream. Staff couldn’t have cared less about customer experience. Every single one of them looked, talked, and acted like they hated their job. Took several minutes to be acknowledged and then 30 mins to get ice cream. Long line of customers with only two people making the ice cream and at several times just one person making ice cream. I’d rather have store bought then go back here.

Nothing sugar free! Horrible place! Dont waist your money!!! Oh and they dont offer anything sugar free! My kids complained about how nasty their shakes were pretty sure it was strait condensed milk. NASTY

I went with my brother on a nice hot summer day and there was only one worker in there and he was not polite or patient and kept asking what I wanted as if he forgot. Maybe it was just the worker or I just didnt know how to order there.No shade to them the place is clean interacts with their community and has a positive environment.

Ive tried rolled Ice cream before and wasnt impressed at all however this place was different. The ice cream was great and with toppings I picked out the very friendly staff made works of art that I wasnt sure if I should eat or put it on display.Thanks

It is a neat place to go and the ice cram is very good. There are 2 drawbacks that we have when we go. All seating is for 2-4 people so our family of Six struggles as we have 2 little ones. Also they only have one size cup and it is too big for a small child to hold on to while they are trying to get icecream out. We started taking a small cup or bowel when we go becuase we got tired of our kids droping the cups on floor and loosing the ice cream.

Currently been standing in line for 10 minutes with at least 10 people waiting for ice cream & not one worker is making any ice cream. Employees were standing around talking, & laughing while guests were piling up. Very unsatisfied with customer service.

Great rolled ice cream place, tons of ice cream and toppings available, clean and spacious. A bit on the expensive side for ice cream, but worth it for a special treat.

This place was lots of fun, we’re from out of state and exploring the area and we came across this place! Always wanted to try rolled ice cream, and my son though it was so cool! They were busy but they took time to write my name in the ice cream, and make sure we got everything we wanted! Loved this place! It’s a little pricey, but the experience was fun!

The ice cream is okay, more of a novelty for the kids due to the process of rolling the ice cream than quality dessert. They were out of some of the toppings when we got there shortly after they opened...and the srawberry on my sons ice cream was half brown and rotted. It was so obvious there was no way they missed noticing that, but wed already had to rethink what we wanted due to previously mentioned lack of toppings I didnt want to even deal with it. My son loves this place so of course well be back.

This was a much better experience for my husband and I than the last rolled ice cream place we tried in town. They actually care about food allergies. I feel like you get a great value for your money. Overall we are super satisfied and will probably go back.

This place is very good. Nice staff and clean place to eat. They also have very fun activities for kids while parents can talk or let their kids run around and tucker themselves out!

First time my son has had ice cream from any sort of restaurant establishment, as he has allergies (currently dairy and egg, after outgrowing some other allergies). He loved everything about it. The only reason its not 5 stars is watching an employee leave the kitchen while wiping her hands on her pants and the girl making ours asked another worker for an item closer to her and the coworker used tainted gloves while grabbing it, which makes allergen requirements hard to uphold.

Not surprised by the bad reviews about the employees and clearly they have not been addressed. We were in there last night and the service we received was awful. I get it they’re teenagers but they need to be taught to show some respect and manners and be thankful they have a job!

I was so offended by my treatment that I wont return. The was no line & I had questions. Instead of trying to give good customer service, I was just repeatedly asked my name for the cup & rung up. I left without purchasing & wont be back. The are too many other options to go back & be treated like that again.

This is one of those trendy ice cream places that vanishes in a year, likely due to bankruptcy. Similar to the frozen yogurt places. Or any carpet store ever. But as a concept its a fun idea. Your ice cream is loaded with custom toppings and rolled flat on a super cooled plate, then peeled off in rolls and served with more toppings on top in a cup. Its a bit pricey, but its unique and fun. Well worth a try before it disappears overnight :).

Ive been to both rolled Ice cream places in town and this one seems less busy and you get to pick your 3 toppings. Can you say BONUS!? And the staff is the best ever! They are so very kind this place is a FAVORITE for sure. Oh and they have a photo wall so you can literally have your face on their wall... AWESOME SAUCE!!!

This is like the best rolled ice cream ever. Very, very delicious!! Go there and tell the folks in there you want to get a number nine with whipped topping on top and also crushed Butterfingers on top. If you do that one time I would say you will definitely, definitely be back and you will be telling others to go there as well! I am sure the other things on the menu are also good; I just got the number nine. They also have a punch card......buy nine bowls and get the tenth one free!! Do yourself a favor and go right now! They are open daily.......Noon until 9 PM and on Fridays and Saturdays they are open until 11 PM.

First time here. Id do some things differently after this first order. The concept is very interesting. I will be back again. The ice cream was tasty and seemed very fresh.

Experience was fun. Ice cream was delicious. Strawberries were rotten with large brown spots on them. When I took them back to the counter and quietly told the girl that she might want to check the rest of them she said okay, offered me another strawberry and continued working. I never did see her check the current supply they were using out of.

The young lady working was very nice and helpful. Its a really fun experience and delicious ice cream. This is an absolutely perfect location for kids. The price is a bit high, but definitely worth it considering what you get from it.

Fun experience to go with kiddos, as the ice cream is being rolled fun design and shapes are made. Once rolled the ice cream can topped with a variety of candies, chocolates, cookies, and sauces. There is not a lot of variety on the ice-cream itself (only vanilla or chocolate base) but with the mix ins they can make a lot of different flavors.

This is such delicious ice cream! They have Vegan ice cream and it is so good! I am also allergic to soy. It is soy free too! I just have to be careful which toppings I use. I love this place!

Im not from Wichita, I came down to do a little shopping. So after me and my kids were done, I wanted to surprise them with something cool. As we walked in, we werent greeted, mind you I have worked customer service for many years. We pretty much just got this look from an employee (really wish I got her name), like she was annoyed. Ice cream was ok, dont think they put much dedication into their work. But that is not the point, customer service was horrible.

Went during their opening season and really enjoyed the atmosphere even though it was crazy busy. I tried the smore ice cream rolls topped with graham crackers. It was a little too sweet for my palate so Id suggest going with something fruit favored. The staff was nice, and they can write your name into your ice cream before rolling it, or will draw their logo which was cool. Definitely tip them! The manager handed us coupons buy one get one half off. Worth going to again!

Visited Kansas from Ohio this weekend and decided to give this place a try. Ice cream was great and I loved the idea of pictures on the wall. Staff was super friendly and fast. Very unique place and would go back.

What an awesome experience! The kids had a blast watching the employees design their ice cream creation. Soooo many choices to choose from. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Being able to take a picture, print it from the provided printers and put it on the wall was a fun, unique touch. I have a feeling this will be a regular stop for our family in the future.

This is the first time I tried rolled ice cream and it’s so good. This is the place for a person with a very sweet tooth, it was too sweet to me I felt. If your a first timer they will explain and tell you everything. Friendly and nice atmosphere.

Best ice cream ever! A wee bit crowed but, very organized in the whole process. One thing that might be useful is you can have Latte,green tea or cream as the base in what ever set up you go for.

Pretty pricy. Try to share one with a pal. Ice cream not too sweet because they expect you to mix in so much good & candy. One size dish only, everybody pays almost 6 a bowl. We pad over $19 for 3 people. Been there - done that, dont think it was good enough to go back.

Love this place just wish they had another option for lactose free other than coconut milk especially for people who are allergic to nuts and lactose. And I wish they were open just a little earlier but that is just wishful thinking.

Fun to watch them make your dish of ice cream. They even write your name and/or make a picture with chocolate syrup so you can see (they write/draw upside-down so you can see it right-side up on the other side of the glass). Lots of choices on type of ice cream and toppings!

Freezing Moo catered my wedding and it was AMAZING! Coordinating everything was a breeze; the marketing manager was prompt and friendly and in a handful of emails, we had everything all set up. Staff showed up on time, with all of the goodies, and all of our guests just LOVED it! We hosted a vegan wedding and no problem with options. Several of the ice cream bases can be made with coconut milk, so we got to have vanilla, chocolate, coffee, and matcha :-D And there are plenty of Friendly toppings too! When I first mentioned vegan options to the marketing coordinator, she personally called the manufacturing companies for the different toppings just to make doubly sure they were indeed Friendly. Talk about above and beyond! We also wanted brownies with our ice cream (because, well... ice cream and brownies) but their supplier doesnt make a vegan version; so they were totally willing to accommodate and let us supply our own brownies from a local bakery (Hooray for Nice Bites, too!) to use. SO, if you dont want a stuffy old wedding cake with gross frosting that no one really wants to eat, you can have Freezing Moo ice cream that is delicious, AND entertaining, AND a total hit with the guests, AND you dont have to worry about what to do with 50 slices of leftover wedding cake.TLDR: Service? Prompt and friendly. People? Fun and super accommodating. Dessert? Vegan friendly options, delicious, entertaining and a smash hit with party guests. Overall experience? Worth every penny. Skip the stuffy cake; book with Freezing Moo!!

The people making Icecream were rude. Not exciting or fun too watch at all. Very disappointed too pay this much for icecream and experience that my daughter had been begging me to do. Only too not even have the girls smile or make eye contact with us.
