The staff was very friendly. An odd place over all. The is a lot of random stuff for sale from hookahs, cigars to door knobs.

I LOVE the fact that I can walk in the store and they know what kind of shesha I am wanting!! They always have a smile no matter what time of day it is...one afternoon she was going to lunch, already had the store closed up...saw me walking toward the store, opened back up so I could get taken care of...THAT...is customer service!!! Im sitting in front of the store right now and its about 20 minutes after it should be open and that just showed up.....I love the pricing and the best rolling tabacco in town is here....they do give military discount on purchases 50 dollars or more....I love customer service....this was the only time I know of that they were late opening ... I would give more stars if they changed policy on military discount

Went to Shisha Tobacco for the first time today to get some CBD products and the owner Jeanie was very helpful. She new so much about CBD and got me exactly what I needed. I will for sure be back to buy =]

Jeanie is my favorite person. She knows everything about everything in her store and she wants to help. When youre looking for smoking accessories COME HERE FIRST. Shes got a wide array of pieces to fit various budgets. This store is holding Towne west above water.

Came in for a globe for an e pen. was told adamantly that they are universal. Attempted to disassemble the ecig at the joint of the same size. Trigger button assembly comes unsoddered in process. I go back in and explain to the rep they are not universal and I am now out a pen. The manager offers me a free adapter (4.99) and the salesman says oooh. I say adapter for what? I get my money back, but they just wanted to screw up my old gear to get me to buy more kit from them. Ill never get caught dead here again.

The highest in town WHOA!!! And I thought The Humidor was high! To give you an example the Havana Honeys were $22.. $15 elsewhere Wow!
