Ive been to other Hurts, and this one was a bit lacking. We came for breakfast around 8am on a Monday. There werent very many donuts to choose from and no way to tell what the donuts were. No little signs with type, etc. The staff were very nice and the donuts I purchased were tasty, just not what we have seen from 2 other locations we have been to.

I went in looking for a verity of specialty donuts.Not only was the young lady who greeted me but also served me. She had an amazing, polite, and had a great work attitude!!!She was very knowledgeable about what she had to sale and thier prices. She worked with me on picking out what I thought my family would enjoy. She didnt raise the price.The items were fresh tasting and delicious.

I had very high expectations hearing from friends and family. The rumors are true! These donuts are excellent! They have a lot of interesting combinations on the donuts that made them really stand out to me. Every donut we tried was great.

The Apple 🍎 Fritter is massive. It could easily feed 8 people and tastes so amazing! Highly recommend

CUSTOMER LOST!! This place sucks!!! Have on more than one occasion driven from ValleyCenter to purchase items. Items that you would think would be available. Fritters, old fashioned donuts. And this morning I went for that fall flavor that I would have was a no brainer. Pumpkin Spice! I was told by the you lady working the window. We will not have any Pumpkin Spice today. Well they need to realize that they are losing sales as a result of not having certain items. I am they type of person who will drive off without purchasing anything. I guess I am just going to have to look at Daylight Donuts. Hurts have broken my spirits. I will never put the effort forth to buy from them again.

Pricey but so worth the trip. $16 for 7. So ya better save up. But its not an every day event for me. So yummy!!!

Great place. Nice and clean. Also kid friendly. Donuts were awsome and areas to eat were nice and laid back also donuts were plenty. Had a maple long john and an old fashion and an apple fritter. All three were amazing! The old fashioned donut was the best my wife and i have had. We dont care much for sweets but this was good. The ladies were very nice and let us know what the prices were and what the choices were.

We had key lime pie donutes, anazing. These guys make extravagant pieces of mouth art !!

Never heard of this place ever. But I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wichita or any locations they have. Children for sure would love it. Very impressed with what they offered. Amazing apple fritter, which would take me three days to eat(huge)

This place is awesome fresh donuts of all kinds. They also have a giant connect 4 game the coffee was great. The staff was super friendly and polite. You could tell they had a passion for their jobs! The atmosphere was so laid back, welcoming, and warm. It was a very clean place also. I enjoyed the industrial rustic feel as well as the warm smiles upon walking into the shop. They have cups you can purchase that are reusable which so cool too. All of this and I havent even talked about the food yet! The donuts were so big, soft, and had a really great texture. The coffee was fresh and hot. It wasnt to strong either but was smooth.

A truly fantastic donut shop! I have yet to be disappointed by anything they have created. And for the price, there is nothing better than a randomly selected dozen donuts to start the morning out and bring a smile to my coworkers face.

Brought the whole family! The kids were so excited to see all the different choices. Service was great, donuts were delicious, and everyone was happy!

Last couple visits went earlier in the day amd the selection was really low, and then a couple of the doughnuts were overfilled like got a strawberry filled and I scooped almost 3 FULL spoon fulls out and still had alot in it to make it enjoyable

We love Hurts! Super cool atmosphere. There is a small sitting area off to the side for a larger group. Plenty of space in the main dining area to eat. They offer the beat old fashioned donuts on the west side. Drive thru is convient if you are a regular and know what you want.

These are the best donuts around. Each donut is huge with fun flavors. I highly recommend for a fun special treat. The cookie monster donut is just the cutest. They are open 24/7, very clean inside, and the staff was helpful.

Maple bacon long johns...thats all!

Some heavenly donuts. I found Jesus in their lattes. Overall it was a very HOLY experience! I will definitely be round again.

The owners are a young married couple, whos energy make this amazing place. All employees are well mannered and trained. The facility is cleaned more than often by the hard workers. The owners are here working hard along side their employees & the prices are LOW!Highly recommended place to study, socialize or snack!

Quite the assortment of gourmet donuts. I tried some of an Oreo cheesecake, dirt and worms, cookie monster and lemon. All were fantastic!

This is our go- to place for donuts! They take their ambulance full of donuts to surrounding cities to sell. It may be a bit pricey but the size and quality makes it well worth it! Love all the creativity in design and flavor choices!

Only three stars because GLUTEN FREE options are only one day a week and no variety, they were under cooked.

Open 25 hours a day 8 days a week you can always get your sugar fix. However I feel that outside the standard glazed which are by far the best in class the other donuts are clawingly sweet. This over the top sweetness takes away from any other flavor of the ingredients or toppings added. Away from this the service is always fantastic and the facilities are well kept. Be certain that you dont forget your pocket book as these donuts are not a cheap date.

Great donuts always a good variety but never have the red velvet donut. Thats a disappointment to me.

Drop my husband off at the airport for a long deployment at 4:45am and drove the extra 15 minutes to pick up donuts for the kids as a surprise. Went through the drive-through three times to ring the bell and no one ever came to the window.

Very poor customer service for such an expensive place to go. The menu must be extremely old because my half of the menu is available anymore to customers. And and the end We did not end up with what we ordered for $27 definitely not worth it. Will not go back. Take me 45 minutes round trip definitely not worth it

Dont be fooled by the gorgeous photos of the large custom donuts. I placed and paid for an order ahead of time a day before. Drove up to the drive through since the order was already paid for to pick up, sat there for 10 minutes,, tried calling twice to tell them I was in the drive through so I wouldnt have to take my daughter in and out of the car, no one answered. Drove around again and sat there another 5 minutes, no one ever came to the drive through window. Parked and went in where the staff was packing donuts and waited to be acknowledged. They couldnt find the order, they couldnt give me any info other then the owner would be in later and I could try back then. Had to leave to drop off for preschool so I left and waited until 8:30AM to call and spoke to the owner. The reason they couldnt find my order is because it was NEVER MADE. They also claimed they couldnt make it because the decorator is the only person who could write on the donuts and she wasnt in. I said this was unacceptable and owner said she would figure something out and call back. An hour later someone (Not the owner) said they got it done and I could come and pick up. When I got there this is what I got, the owners had already left so no discount or refund was offered nor did the owner ever call to apologize or follow up after the initial call. I ordered a monster donut with WHITE frosting and red writing, the picture speaks for itself on what I actually got. Will not be using them again and will not be recommending to anyone. I am disappointed in the extreme lack of customer service and the final product I was given.

Wonderful service and a very tasty chocolate long John, the Apple fritters are 1 ft by 1 ft. WOW. Very clean place and greated promotly.

Very unhappy. I had my boyfriend drive me quite a ways because I was really needed a donut and a latte. The store was completely shut down even though Google says your always open. So much for a 24 hr shop. Those places seem to be going extinct.

Some of the best donuts in Wichita. We couldnt decide what we wanted. The workers were very helpful. So much to chose from! Wish they had the Nitro shot for there coffee more often though. If youve never had actual cotton candy on a doubt you need to try theirs.

I used to LOVE taking my grandkids to Hurts Donut. The last 3 time we have gotten-the donuts that the kids wanted were not available. On the menu, but not available. We got cake donuts -as that was all they had The other choices were not availableIf and when we ever go back it will be back I hope they have learned of our trouble and step up the effort to have donuts.

My daughter likes them but theses donuts have a nasty taste to them. Maybe it is old grease, dirty, ovens or pans. I dont know but they left me feeling sick to my stomach.

This place is simply amazing!! We just went through drive thru and when they were not able to accept my google pay they have us our donuts completely free!! My kiddos and I were so thankful and their kindness is a breathe of fresh air in an all too often selfish world!! Plus, donuts are amazing too!!!!

COVID spreaders. While waiting in line i saw an employee enter through the side employees only door not wearing a mask. Cashier didnt have her mask properly secured to her face (her nose was hanging out). Its a thin piece of cloth so it shouldnt be that hard to wear properly, so im guessing she just didnt care enough to fasten it to her face. Were still in a pandemic but i guess they dont care about spreading COVID. They have Monster Energy Drinks on their menu, but if you ask for one, the cashier will give you a puzzled look and tell you they have none. If you order a certain donut, theyll tell you that theyre out (happened to me more than once). I just left without getting anything.

The donuts are great, staff needs to do better at cleaning the store inside. With COVID, I would think theyd do better at disinfecting the area. Very disappointed in the store. The staff was in the back chit-chat. We were the only ones there too. Would given higher rating was it for the staff and cleanliness of the store.

Its just a really good donut shop, without the prentention of some of the other local options for donuts. They have a huge selection of donuts, and are open 24/7, though availability is touch-and-go for a lot of the more specialty flavors. Their regular glazed yeast donuts are huge, and their cake donuts are piled with toppings. Other than a Krispy Kreme when the hot light is on (which isnt so much a donut as hot, glazed air), I struggle to see why youd need to go anywhere else.

Service was friendly, doughnuts were okay, kinda pricey.

Dounts are available 24/7. If you like apple fritters theirs is bigger than you face, it was a two day treat for me. Lots of theme dounts also, its like having cake for breakfast or any time of day really.

Didnt have most of the donuts we wanted. Still gave 3 stars because it was midnite when we passed through.

Everything that I that we ordered in our box of donuts they didnt have and the specific what I wanted was the big one and I didnt get it they didnt they they said they had it but it wasnt in the box and I was wrong and the strawberry when I had to take it out of mushy

Cant help but think that the large & crazy pastry selection here would make this a kidss favorite donut place. For us ... we are not wild about paying for such deluxe versions; with exception, we really did enjoy the huge, huge apple fritter thats price per pound was cheaper than Dillons.

Good place, very dark though. I work early mornings and decided to give this place a try since I heard alot about them! The drive thru is very dark and it was hard to tell if they were open or not. Not trying to be too picky but the drive thru only has a menu with their selections before you actually order. Say how would a first timer (like me) be able to remember what kind of doughnuts they wanted, if say they wanted to take multiple to co workers and such? It would be nice to have a smaller version of the menu in the order window as well. Luckily I just took a photo of it on my phone and used that. The doughnuts are great though! 10/10 I would recommend.

The best place around for donuts! Canaan helped me out and was so kind. I had been looking for a specific donut for my sister’s birthday and NO OTHER place had them. At Hurts I just had to explain what I wanted and they made them fresh for me right then. It had to have taken five minutes or less! Will definitely go back here for all my donut needs.

If you go there, you are there for the bacon donut. Anything else is dry and tried covering up with sugary confections. Oh, you gotta have your order ready by the time you get to the register because the person helping you doesnt have time to wait for you.
