Our salesman, Lance, was very personable. He took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. They got our windows in two weeks ahead of schedule too!Scott and Alec installed our windows and they were super efficient, professional and considerate. We made sure to have everything out of their way but they laid a blanket down, cleaned up their supplies, didnt bring in any dirt and they never woke my sleeping baby!!! The biggest shock was that we werent waiting around all day. They gave us a 4 hour window when we got a quote, Scott called us 15 minutes in advance and they had our two windows installed in two hours! We are very impressed and would recommend them to people looking for new windows!

I setup an appointment for an estimate over 3 weeks ago at 9am, received multiple reminders by email, and come to the day and time nobody shows up with no response. I called the business multiple times which was open from 10am - 2pm that day. I called Lowes back to check their availability to install my Pella windows.

Well, unfortunately, I was unable to do business with them. I have a Pella garage door (purchased/installed less than a year ago) that I want to have matched for the addition we just put on. Called these folks asking to have someone out to draw up the papers and make sure we got the same door. They told me they didnt do that, to call Lowes. I called Lowes, was told they dont carry the Pella garage doors, call Pella. 🙇

My sales associate LANCE was such a pleasure to work with when replacing my 40 year old Pella door/windows. LANCE took the time to answers all my questions, showed me numerous options/prices, and demonstrated in detail the quality of Pella. I’m a great grandmother and have encountered numerous sales associates in my lifetime, most don’t care about the product they sell or YOU. I found my experience with LANCE to be OUTSTANDING. He has a passion for Pella and above all for making YOU as a customer satisfied with your purchase which is rare these days. LANCE was also my, ”Go To Guy” during the entire process which put me at ease knowing he was watching over any and all aspects of my installation. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new PELLA door/windows. I cant hear the train at night anymore with my triple pane glass and sleep like a baby.

Austin Moots was great to work with. He made the daunting task of replacing numerous windows in my home manageable. Communicating with him on various details with the windows was always simple. He managed the insurance details with great success.Awesome Austin is your Pella man!

Todd, our salesman was also fantastic, he was on time, as with the install crew. He answered all our questions and if he did know he called and got the answer. I had beautiful Pella windows on my home but no screens and had no idea where or how to order them. Judy Cox assisted me at Pella and she walked me through the identification and ordering process. She was amazing! The screens arrived and were so easy to install. I highly recommend these windows and the exceptional service from this company.

We bought 4 windows & a sliding door including installation. We were completely satisfied with every step of the process. The installation was perfect as far as I can tell. They even managed to leave the Canna bed just in front of one of the windows intact.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jamie Calloway! The overall quality of the product is excellent. Jamie was very quick to respond to my requests for pricing and offered different options for my material needs. His level of product knowledge is very impressive, he is a delight to speak to and maintained the utmost professionalism when I started to hound him about delivery dates. With that being said he went above and beyond and managed to deliver the materials I ordered several weeks earlier than expected. He exceeded my expectations by also showing up day of delivery to help with unloading since he knew I was short on man power.

The service I received from Pella Windows was excellent! Jake had the problem fixed in no time. He made sure everything worked and that I knew how to open the plate glass window correctly. I got several bids from various companies for the eleven new windows I needed on my 70-year old home. Pella’s price was very competitive, and I determined their quality was the best. The installation was professional, timely, and precision sealing every crack to give me the best utility savings. They went far and beyond my expectations, replacing any outside sill that had started to rot. Every bit of wood and old caulking on the outside was covered with their beautiful trim. I really like Pella products, having bought several exterior doors in the past I decided to purchase windows for my garage. Initial visit with Derrick Pruett, sales person, was informative but communication after I provided down payment was lousy including a call from Zack at 5pm the day before installation stating install would be delayed. The installation also was lack luster. I detailed these frustrations in a letter included with my final and prompt payment...all Ive heard are crickets. You might consider another source for your Pella products.Update to previous review, Pella installers came back and corrected the problem with the installation and Pella did a nice job of service recovery. Pella promise to use this occurrence to correct some of their processes and procedures...hopefully that will make the after purchase experience of a great product better.

They did not have enough of some metal part on the bottom of the window. They did not tell me. Then when I hired someone to check the work and seal up the house for the winter. They told me that they would not because it was not installed correctly. I called three times and three promises to fix and no fix 7 months later. An upset disabled American Veteran.

Received 2 misdirected calls from someone named Zach explaining how they botched someone’s install scheduled for the next day (and then again that day). Had to call twice to ask them to stop calling me. If calling the wrong person, failing to correct the misdial, failing on a scheduled install, and waiting until the last minute to correct are the norm, it is not a great testimony of service.

I have had nothing but good experiences and great service form my local Pella representative.

I found out about Bill almost 25 years ago and he was described to me as the “Dean of Windows”, by my then boss. Through the years I have had the pleasure of working with him on lots of window and door installations. Things just go right when he is on the job. I like working with Bill.
