Before James even came to our home he was rude on the phone before arriving. He was very rude/arrogant upon arrival.He wouldnt listen to many of the questions that we were wanting answered and was very dismissive of the few he did listen to. We will not be moving forward with WW because of this cool cool guy of a sales rep.

We have gotten 5 windows from window world. Good price. Great quality.

The sales guy was rude, basically stated people like me could not afford the price of his windows. He basically was VERY judgemental.

The gentleman from Window World James Carter that came out to my home has to be one of the most rudest people I have ever dealt with. He refused to answer questions and would not answer any of my questions. He said I could Figure it out myself by looking at the paperwork! Are you serious? No thank you if you dont have time for your customers or cant make time why schedule appointments to only be rude to them. I would never ever recommend this company for anything. I went with another company and I will say I am so extremely happy with Champion I would refer everyone. I even decided to do my entire home!!! Go with Champion Windows everyone!!!!! You wont be sorry. Very professional.

I am so happy with my new windows! Shane, Pedro and Phil were conscientious, efficient and very polite. The windows are affordable and look great!

The estimator that came to the house and began by asking what I want, as he could see I already have replacement windows. He rattled off styles and prices so fast no one could have followed him. He announced he didnt need to see my windows or measure them as that wasnt his job. When I asked to see literature on the windows showing styles, and prices for the different types of windows he said hed go out to the car and get the papers on their cheapest window. I called the company to request a different estimator and could only get an answering machine, left multiple messages and never got a response back. If this is what their public contact is like I can imagine working with this company.

I had a great experience with Window World. The estimator was very professional and explained things very thoroughly. He answered all of my questions. There was no pressure on me to buy the same day. I believe Bryce was my salesmans name. The installers were quick and cleaned up their mess. The windows look great.

The sales guy was a little unorganized and seemed fine in a hurry. Was very nice though And did answer all my question. Will update when we have our window put in

Be prepared to wait two months for an estimate and then have them nickel and dime you on installation.

Would not recommend. The installers dont know what they are doing. Its been over a year and still trying to getting fixed

Dave came out for an estimate. He did know city codes for egress windows and refused to look them up and confirm. He was arrogant and rude.We went to another supplier who knew the codes and were very pleased.It pays to do your homework before doing business with anyone.

Used window world 4 years ago were very pleasedWell....just got off the phone with an employee of theirs and was treated so RUDELY!!!I asked to see a door in the show room but their hours are 8-5 Monday-FridayAsked to see on a Saturday since we workGot Major attitude!!!!!Will not use now!!!Must be new owners or management!!What happened to customer service????So sad, I was going to make a major purchase!!!!

After calling them for over a month leaving messages, the person who finally answered the phone didnt have a clue! she told me to call Dan who answered the phone uh hello after asking if they really do sell $189. windows, he said yes and no question answered waste of time..

Great experience from start to finish. I called and spoke with karie at the office who was very helpful and got me set up with their salesman dan. Dan then came out and gave me a detailed estimate. I ordered 8 windows that included wraps. The price was extremely competitive and I really liked the lifetime and transferrable warranty that window world offers. After about a month, the installers came out and worked all day to get the job done. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend window world.
