I placed an order with this place for some shirts. They worked with me at every level of the process. Very professional and excellent work ethic. Will go back and will recommend to others.

Horrible, i went in there trying to get a hoodie done, the lady got everything written down and told me she would email me later confirming everything, i never recieved a time estimate or price estimate, after 2 weeks(what they say is there standard time) i emailed them about it and they gave me a price and date estimate, well they didnt get it done by the date provided and it cost more than the price the said. When i went a week after they were supposed to have it done it still wasnt done and was forced to wait so he could do it right there, then once i got home i checked the hoodie AND IT WASNT EVEN THE RIGHT DESIGN! Then once i went back to get a refund i was conveniently told they werent able to do my design 3 WEEKS after they said they could! Absolutely abysmal customer service. Do not go here.

Have tried several attempts to contact through email and the website. No response, apparently my business isnt good enough for them

Talk to the guy there and he was very conceited telling me that he was going to charge me $25 for a rush fee and that the normal is two weeks turnaround when I know someone who went there and pay $10 for a shirt to get done and they got it back the same day without a rush fee.
