Im very cheap and had gotten a few quotes on fixing my garage door during the summer. I refused to pay. INow it is getting cold and I dont want to be manually opening and closing a garage door. I decided to check around and called Reddi. The lady was so nice and said they could have someone out today. Mike came out and analyzed the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes or less. He was super nice we talked for 15 more minutes. He helped to educate me on garage maintenance and oiled my door. I am super satisfied. Im back to putting my autistic grandson safely in the car from our warm garage.

I needed some service on my garage door this summer after a gear & sprocket broke. From the time I called the office to make a service request until Tim came to my house was less than 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me a repair cost, and completed the job within 30 minutes. After he finished he did a thorough check of the proper door operation and realized there was some cables that needed tightening, he promptly took care of it and then lubed everything for a quieter open/close. Im very pleased to recommend Reddi.

Dave Furlong has been out to my house 4 times over the last year and a half to help me out with my A/C. Every time was after hours and he always was willing to put the time in to fix it. He was never in a hurry to move on he always made sure I was satisfied. Dave went over our new unit explaining what we should use while explaining all options we had. David Albaugh, came out the next afternoon after I called in for a Service Problem.. He called ahead to verify I would be home, which I appreciate. David quickly surveyed my concerns with my big Shop Door and went right to work. David explained to me what the problems were with my overhead door and showed me. In no time David adjusted my Overhead door to make it operate as smooth as glass. He was very friendly to work with and knowledgeable about repairing the door. Before leaving, David cleaned up and made sure there were not any other concerns before leaving.

I called Reddi Overhead Door, they offered same day service because of a cancellation. We had a great ginger show up, Craig Dugan. He was thorough, quick and said we just had a couple of loose connections. He put on a wireless keypad, lubricated the doors and even helped me set my wifes wireless remote for her car. JOB WELL DONE.

I called Reddi on Monday because of a leaking toilet. A plumber came to my home on Tuesday and assessed the problem. The same plumber, Zach, came out on Thursday and fixed the problem. Zach was a very polite and knowledgeable person. I am very pleased with Reddi.

Very quick, same day service. Craig was out within a couple hours of my first call. He replaced both torsion springs (one had broken and he asked if Id like both replaced before starting work), adjusted the chain, and lubed the rollers and pulleys. Excellent service, very quickly completed, and all done at a fair price. I will use them again in the future.

Our spring broke last night and we were able to get it fixed this afternoon and with awesome service. David communicated with us, explained everything in detail, was upfront and prompt with his service. He had it all fixed within 25 minutes and was so kind and friendly the whole time. Top level service at a great price. My Reddi technician had the new motor and track/chain installed in under an hour. He also took the time to program the HomeLink buttons in our cars, and set us up with the myQ app which allows FedEx deliveries to be placed securely in our garage instead of on our porch. Would not hesitate to recommend or call upon the future. Oh- and last but not least, he took care of the claim details with our home warranty company, saving us from the hassle!

My garage door broke on the weekend. The spring broke in half. Not allowing it to open the door. I called at about 6:30 pm at night. They came by at 7 pm and were done changing out the springs by 7:13 pm. Best experience They really know their stuff. I would highly recommend.

Both of my overhead torsion springs were broken and my truck was stuck in the garage. Even though it was Saturday night, Reddi sent a guy out right away. He looked at it and said it would take about 20 minutes. In less than 20 minutes he was done. The bill was very reasonable with no extra weekend charge and the door works great now. Awesome service!

Brandon B came out and fixed our circuit board that was going out on our garage door opener. He fixed it quickly and then made sure everything else looked to be in good working order before he left. We will definitely use them again should they need arise.

From our initial contact with Nick, his follow up, timing and scheduling to final product was flawless. Very good customer service and the technicians that installed two doors for us were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We almost bought our own doors to install but opted to have Overhead door install them. Glad we didnt. Way, way better quality doors than box store doors sell for very similar pricing, metal on both sides of the doors, heavy and insulated. Highly recommend Overhead door!

I’d like to give a HUGE thank you to Dave Albaugh at Reddi Overhead Door. He was full of knowledge and provided prompt same day service. The torsion springs I ordered at the specifications of an online company were the wrong size. With a quick glance of the old, broken ones he was able to diagnose the mistake and quickly remedy the situation with the correct size. He also provided tips for other services that I am interested in. The garage door is operating like new again.

I called Reddi approximately 4:15 pm and by 5:15 pm Mike was here to fix my garage door. On one side it was off the track at the top and on the other side it was off the track on the bottom and one of the cables was all tangled up. There was no way I could close the garage door even by hand. I really needed it fixed so it could be closed overnight. Thanks Mike for a great job and a speedy fix. I would recommend Reddi Overhead to anyone needing their garage door repaired.

This past Saturday, our garage door quit working properly. Was a slight annoyance for a couple days. I had heard great things about Overhead Door, and my father recommended them. However, we had to check with our home warranty company first, so I couldnt check with them initially. Thankfully, the warranty company uses them! I was not disappointed when the technician arrived. Zack was excellent! He knew his stuff, explained the options, and was extremely efficient when installing. I also greatly appreciated his attitude, personality, and customer relation skills. This is always a huge aspect for me when dealing with any company. So big props to Zach and his service!!! He was never pushy nor did he act inconvenienced by any questions I had, or simply due to the service call. I will definitely keep using him when needed and refer everyone to Overhead Door!

Price was very reasonable and it was obvious that the work had been done the right way. Be sure you get this company as the names can get confusing. I accidentally had two companies show up for a bid on my moms doors because the names were similar...Reddis bid was 25% cheaper with better specs on doors and units. Could not be happier!

The girl that answered the phone & the one that made the appointment were friendly & professional. They scheduled the appointment for a time that was convenience for me. The service tech was professional & friendly. He said if the problem happened again he would come back for free. I highly recommend.

I had a broken torsion spring which made my door inoperable and called them on a Sunday. I got their answering service and was told I would have someone call first thing on Monday. On Monday morning I still hadn’t received a call back, so I called again (8:30). Once again I received their answering service and was told I would have somebody call be right back. I finally got tired of waiting, so I called another company and they came out within an hour and had it replaced in 30 minutes. I FINALLY got a call back one week later about it....REALLY?!!

We have used Overhead Doors twice in the last year. Once for a fix and the second time for a new installation. Very happy with both experiences and will definitely use them again in the future.

Be aware that this company only offers a 30 day warranty on their work. That may be typical for garage door companies, though. My lock assembly broke 8 months after installation, and I had to pay full price to have it replaced. Not only that, but when the second installer came out to fix the lock, he admitted that the first tech hadnt done a good job.
