They do not honor the 1 year guarantee. 2 stars because one tree lived.I bought two Shumard oaks, called/emailed with concerns about the trees (within the one year policy). They came out and said nothing was wrong even though both trees leaves had wilting leaves. They said everything was normal.I was still concerned and hired a local company to try and rehabilitate the trees. The company did great but one tree still died due to it being to far gone from it being distressed.

I love, love, love tree top! The service, the quality, & the beauty that’s all around there! I love walking through and looking at all the beautiful things. But when I’m looking for things in particular, I get overwhelmed & I get frustrated (nothing that they’ve done, just the way I handle things). So I called last week to see if I could give a list and come pick up. They agreed & took my long list, but the experience was SO much more! I got a call from Paula pretty quickly.. and asked what colors, & what were the reasons I wanted the items I wanted. The next morning she called and let me know of 3 items she had to find replacements for. They all turned out perfectly! Paula has 16 years of experience and is an incredible asset to the Tree Top family! Thank you Paula, you made my Spring!!

Nursery will not honor warranty. We bought 2 trees, one has been struggling and gave up on us so we came in to ask. While they explained their *new* warranty, we understood that someone explained it to us wrong at the time of purchase. But as soon as my husband walked out to view another plant, the women at the register began chastising him for not having a receipt and complaining that the warranty was only for 6 months regardless of what we were told. They were commenting about how irritating it was that people dont have their receipts. Their unprofessionalism in explaining the warranty and their behavior when they thought we were out of earshot made me never want to be a repeat customer.

I love this place but I should have known better than to go late on a Saturday morning. Weekdays are better if you prefer one on one service. I am not saying the service is bad on a weekend but the folks are SWAMPED, the secret is out, best nursery in Wichita

We went there because one of our box shrubs died. They paged a sales person to the front, her name was Paula. She was absolutely perfect! She was very informative, great with our kids, and just the sweetest person ever. She helped us pick out the perfect plant to replace our shrub with, which was an Annabel Hydrangea. We will definitely be back. They have so much stuff there lol!

Really nice, functional and informative website. My experience in the store was great. We just lost a mature front yard tree in last weekends storms, so we headed to Tree Top to investigate potential replacements. We were greeted immediately and connected with the right person to answer questions. Anna was happy to stop her task and take us out to the tree lot and show us around. The golf cart was a helpful and unexpected treat. She asked lots of questions about sizing and what we really wanted out of our next tree. She was mindful of our budget, even making sure we new about an upcoming sale before we made a purchase. Ill try to post an update once we have the planting crew out in September.

I went to this nursery to compare prices from another nursery that is on Woodlawn. For the same trees and plants, the prices at Treetop were $10 more and greater than the other nursery. Also, the amount of dying and poor quality plants was sad. You can find the same quality plants with better prices at Home Depot and other nurseries. Ive been to Hillside at least six times now and havent purchased anything due to this. I always find better plants elsewhere for a better price. The only saving grace is the staff is friendly.

We have always thought Tree Top was top notch, for the last few years we would never shop anywhere else. Three months ago we needed to replace some shubs, and spoke with a very nice sales lady. All In all we walked out of there with over $700 of shrubs, present day after what we feel like getting the run around, all of our new shrubs are dying. Spoke with a manager, which I would consider very unprofessional, and we are deciding to cut our losses and replace all of our dead/dying shrubs elsewhere. I would not reccomend Tree Top to anyone from here on out, and apologize to anyone that I have recommended Tree Top to.

I am immune suppressed and Tree Too has gone out of their way to keep me safe. My plants are always of the highest quality and stunning. I cant thank them enough for giving me a happiness in these difficult times.

Tree Tops sticker prices are a little on the high side on the plants themselves compared to other local garden centers, but prices on other stuff is competitive. There are a couple of ways you can actually make the prices here better than anywhere else in town though: firstly, they have frequent and deep discount sales. Also, If you buy their annual discount t-shirt you get an discount all year long. In our case its always worth it.Ive found their staff to be the most pleasant and knowledgeable around. Ive been here a lot and never had a negative experience in any way.

Thank you Tree Top for making it right for our trees! We appreciate it!We bought six evergreen trees and had them planted by tree top. We went to tree top because of they are local and offered a warranty. A week later the one in the middle died. We called tree top and they sent one of their workers out who verified that it was dead. I went in to pick out my new tree and they told me we had to wait and be approved by the company they use to feed and fertilize the trees. Long story short we did everything we are supposed to and have not heard anything yet. There are way too many hoops to jump through! Very misleading!

My neighborhood homeowners association uses Treetop for moving and sprinklers. 2 weeks ago they came to my house for sprinkler startup. The tech said 2 rotors were not turning and a surface drip line has a 2 shovel nicks in it. Their estimate was $88.98 for parts for the repair. This price is the “discount” for our association. They couldn’t come to repair until well into June so I watched a utube, went to Lowe’s & bought the 3 parts myself. One rotor that they declared broken was fine & just need it’s filter cleaned. The second rotor cost right at $11 and the little plugin connectors for the shovel nicks was right at $2. The utube described a shoveless repair for the rotors!!! No mud & no disrupted grass. Repairs & settings took me about 30 minutes. I have never touched one of these rotors before! Consider that Treetops labor was to be An additional $165 . Through this I discovered that I had 3 other rotors that the tech never even found ( yes they were sticking up all the time ....not pop ups). Do yourself a favor and watch the utube! Don’t believe you are getting any kind of special parts discount either!

The staff (Sherri, Bert, Tisha, Ron, Mark, Paula, Gary, Melette) are ready and willing to answer all of my questions. Tree Top stocks exceptional quality of plants and trees. And, they have the products I use to keep my plants and lawn looking healthy. Walk inside and there are many delightful items for your home and/or garden. I highly recommend using Tree Top for all of your outdoor needs!

These folks have a very large selection and are very helpful in your plant selections. I have many trees and shrubs in my yard that I have purchased from them through the years. The staff is great - especially Paula and Cindy! Even when I am not in the market to purchase anything, I still enjoy stopping by to just look around. Thumbs up!

Great place with a good selection of plants. Purchased veggie plants and was thrilled with their varieties of Heirlooms! The only plants that I left there still needing were peppers. They didn’t have many, however I plan to check back to see if they get more varieties.

Great place, went in looking for a nice fruit tree and they helped me find a really nice fruit cocktail tree with multiple kinds of edible fruit. Very friendly staff .. they got a golf cart (I have a pacemaker so it was very nice to ride in the golf cart rather than walk on a hot day) took me out to the fruit trees, they have a great selection to choose from.

The staff was so knowledgeable! I found exactly what I wanted, and MORE! This was my first visit, but I cant wait to go back. Take all of my $$$!

Spent a lot of money to buy a particular tree from them. Over $500 in fact. Almost 5 years later this tree has never turned orange or any other colors in the fall. It just goes from green to brown like most of the other less expensive maple treesI called them and was basically told sorry about your luck. Yeah still. No maple blaze this year either.....

I really liked the selection and variety of most of the plants available except for the succulents. They never have anything unique or different, just the stuff you can easily find at Wal Mart or Home Depot for a lower price. There was also an employee who asked me three or four times if I needed help with something. It was the same employee, and I felt like they werent leaving me alone to look. I would rather be asked once, maybe twice if I need anything. Being asked four times was rather excessive.

NOTE UPDATE 7/20/20~ So I called this company last August to do my 5 year rebuild on my back flow on my irrigation system as per the city code. 1st,, the guy was supposed to call me so I could be here when he came,, that didnt happen. 2nd,, I TOLD HIM TO DO THE REBUILD AND SHUT MY SYSTEM BACK OFF LIKE IT WAS BECAUSE I DONT USE IT RIGHT NOW.!!! SO THAT DIDNT GET DONE AS PER THE WORK ORDER OR MY INSTRUCTIONS WHICH RESULTED IN A 10000 GALLON WATER USAGE FOR 1 MONTH BILLING PERIOD WHICH IS MORE THAN I USE IN OVER A YEAR. Last year the manager said he would work with me. This year they would not even return my call and basically just blew the whole thing off hence this nice review. I tore down my old review completely... you guys did not make this right. You did not even attempt to work anything out with Me and I will not recommening your company to anyone on the whole world of Google MAPS. You Really blew it. I love to support local businesses and I dont know what else to say. I do not recommend Reddi Industries either. At this point time I would recommend Ryan lawn.👎👎👎👎👎

Unimpressed with the customer service here. Previous homeowners used Tree Top to winterize and open their sprinkler system...since weve moved in it has been nothing but headaches and inconveniences dealing with this company. Its the busy time of the year for them, we get it and have tried to keep that in mind, but dont waste peoples time by not calling them back or not showing up when you say you will. Everyone is busy. Good riddens.

Weve purchased several trees, shrubs, and flowers from Tree Top. They do a particularly nice job on tree installation, making sure to check with the customer so that they are oriented just right. They also clean up afterwards and their flowers and shrubs are the best looking in the area.
