We chose Artistic Marble & Granite for our kitchen and bathroom countertops on our new build. Charissa was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. I think the pricing is fair and the quality seems excellent. The install crews were GREAT - very knowledgeable and courteous. One downside is timing of install - two different install days we were told given a morning time slot and they arrived much later in the day (4:30-6:30pm arrival vs. 8am-12pm slot). I contacted the company with a separate issue and they were quick to respond with a solution.

Countertop was cut to perfect size from most beautiful part of slab. Installers were on time, professional, cheerful, and very detail oriented. Also did great job of protecting floor & cleaning up. Highly recommend!

I worked with Jaimee on our house, and he was a God send. I went into this process knowing nothing, and he helped me understand different materials, spent a lot of time with me while I looked at samples, and answered every question I had. He was responsive, patient, and very professional. I will always recommend Jaimee and Artistic Marble and Granite to anyone I know.

AM&G provided a template after coming out and measuring our countertops and I requested to have the overhang dimension be changed from their arbitrarily assigned 1-1/2 to 1-1/8. Template was updated but dimensions didnt add up and they missed correcting a dimension for my island. Template updated but another dimension found 1/4 inch off. At that point AM&G requested I pay $150 for them to come out and re-measure my cabinets. I asked why I was being asked to pay $150 as the dimensions were their dimensions not mine. Response was pay upfront for the re-measure or they would be happy to refund my money. I would have liked to have worked something out but was given no other options. I took option 2. Im out 3 weeks working with AM&G with kitchen torn apart waiting for countertops and there wont be an Easter dinner at my house. But hey, you have to stand on principles right?

Multiple countertops replaced as part of a whole house remodel. Artistic Marble provided me with GORGEOUS granite countertops for the huge kitchen, very large master bath, and the basement rec room/bar area. Jaimee was fantastic to work with, I was notified of the progress with the templating (Jason, also excellent) to the cutting process and finally the installation (Shane and his team, also outstanding). The price was surprisingly competitive and I really dont think I could have found more beautiful enhancements for my home than at Artistic Marble. Kudos to Artistic Marble. I kinda wish I had another project for them as it really has been a quality experience.

I spent months researching different types of countertops and colors and talking to experts who left me frustrated and confused. Jamiee, at Artistic Marble & Granite, provided advice and guidance on the perfect countertop for my home and patiently answered all my questions in a no-pressure sales environment. Once I made my choice and was ready to move forward on the project, the measurement and quote took only days to complete and installation happened soon, thereafter. The experienced installers, Robert and Jordan, arrived ahead of schedule and were both professional and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure my countertops were installed with the utmost care and expertise and left my kitchen in pristine condition. While working on the project, they were even conscientious enough to close all doors to ensure our dogs did not escape into the neighborhood. I was very impressed and plan on using them again for future bathroom projects!

We had a great experience with Charissa who was patient and thorough in helping us work through our selections. Eventually she guided us to a very nice quartz option for the kitchen, bathrooms, and the basement wet bar. The installers were equally good and the final result is uniformly beautiful throughout the house.

We had a great experience. We found some beautiful marble, then were told what to expect during the installation. The installers showed up right when they said they would, kept the kitchen as neat as could be expected, and finished on time. The folks at Artistic Marble & Granite did an incredible job with our kitchen counter tops. They helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for and still stay in budget. Install was very professional and they stayed late to get everything installed (which meant a lot to used since we were living the the house at the time without a functioning Kitchen).
