Good store but this location is closing down as of this week 7-10-21 its been around a long time it will be missed

Love this location... A little disappointed on today’s visit... No regular size tomatoes... 😏😏 I’m sure they just ran out... I hated going to a different store lol

Gonna miss this store. Very convenient of a store other than having to pay for bags.

This store is the only full grocery with fresh produce in the 67214 zip code. The staff are friendly courteous and helpful. Save-A-Lot gives back to the community by providing food boxes during holidays and dominating to neighborhood associations community events.

Staff was rude the moment I pretty much walked in the door today. The cashier gave me an attitude that aired on the premise he would prefer I shop somewhere else. Wow! I will never go to this store ever again

Its okay for a local neighborhood grocery store except for the problem they seem to have with restocking items on a regular basis. Always seem to be out of Bread and Milk. If its a Major Holiday good luck finding anything you need due to being sold out and not restocking for few weeks.

Very disrespectful clerk told or her teller I was an ashore and treated me wrong. Short black male graying hair. Dont recommend this store!

They dont have a very good selection of anything. They are usually out of most things

The meat, vegetables and frozen foods are mostly a great buy.

They need to have people clean the store more often

Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Wheelchair access, public transportation in front of store. Prices vary depending on the items. House brands are best if youre not brand conscious spirit

Save-A-Lot is a budget friendly store for most items. Fresh produce and nice meat selection. Save A Lot is a quick shopping spot where you can run in and out. I noticed you now must bring your own bags or purchase from them which reminds me of another store. Not sure if they are turning onto them or just no longer providing bags.

Today is the first day of their sales add and they do not have half the stuff on the add in stock hmmm. Ive been back twice, no eggs no milk I mean who does the ordering??? They are gonna end up like the 2 other Save-A-Lots out of business and dont even need to wonder why

Nice and clean, the only chain store in the area. Had what I needed, but some items were priced higher than other stores. The cashiers are nice, friendly, and patient. It is a neighborhood store, culturally diverse and where you always see people you know.

Clean store. I always find what I need. But I feel like its a race based store. A few times that I have been there, several black workers dont even have the common decency to say hi or even communicate. Then again Im white so what do I expect.

As far as convenience goes it is great but the prices do not save you a lot.

Needed meats for freezing and went to see if there were any pork on sale. They had smoked hocks and turkey tails and I got that. That was about all I got there. Thanks for having good pork sales. Ms Virginia Garrett

I had not been in the store for a month or so. I was pleasantly surprised. The store was so clean and rearranged nicely. Very nice.

The cashier was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well stocked.

They need more variety but over all the store is clean and well organized. Excellent customer service and I actually found some unexpected food selections and some really good low to mid brand items.Ethnic foods available.

Affordable prices but they dont have a large selection of different items. Lacking variety and not the best place to get everything you might need.

The cashiers were polite. They were out of all milk. I got in line and saw a guy coming from the office. I asked him if he had any in the back. He said yeah you have to come get it though. I feel they should keep things stalked or he could have brought me some as opposed to me getting out of line and spending more time.

I was looking for pigtails and turkey neck I use pigtail to ball my collard greens and they had everything that I was looking for

Nice and clean. Love the fact, I found fresh collards 🙂

I had a good experience when visited the store.

This store is a little dirty, and disorganized. Its not uncommon for there to be partially unloaded pallets hanging in the aisles, with no one attending them. However, there are a few items they carry that are cheaper than anywhere else.

I have been getting groceries here for years. I love the quality of there food at a reasonable price. I have moved out of the area but go to the other one on Pawnee but still stop in from time to time a good neighborhood store.

Very convenient for just stopping in and grabbing a few things here and there and they usually have pretty good deals on their meat but I wouldnt do the bulk of my shopping here because they have a very limited selection of merchandise.

Great place to shop...not to many name brand items,but they do have a great variety of meat,and I get all my can goods there.Plus,the lil lady that always checks us out is so helpful,and always friendly...My family,and I have enjoyed our visits so far...thanks Save-a-lot!!!

This is one of the stores of yesteryear.. With the concept of bagging your own groceries as a way to save... not filling it.. and didnt see the savings equaling the labor

This store has alot of great bargains.The only thing is theres only a few brand names items.I have to say the older lady that is a cashier there is super AWESOME!!!Shes very nice,and she doesnt mind doing he job....

The food thats so there has gotten super expensive until a lot of people now shops at Wal-Mart or the Sams club store for better deals.

The store looks great but I think its rude when you trying to check out and the cashier is talking to another worker there and ignoring you. I had to wait for him to get done fussing about someone to another worker.

Friendly staff, they will even pay the bill for your groceries if you fall short. Love the people an this type of treatment you wont find anywhere else:)

Save-a-lot is good for what it is. Its a cheaper alternative to dillons and walmart. Selection is decent they have most common items and prices are pretty cheap generally. Quality is good. I would compare it to an aldis but quality not quite of aldis on some stuff but prices are about same. They always have good sales on items like soda and snacks andMeat and essentials. Thier meat is either decent or non exsistant depending on what day you go. Not going to find big fat juicy steaks or the better hamburger ground chuck or family pack of chicken breasts like you would walmart but for what they have its good and good price. I like thier brand of potato chips a lot and fairly cheap. They have funny named cheap soda like dr. Pop or mountain holler (holla?) Thats not that good and even dillons soda is better which im not much of a fan of dillons soda either. Selection is kinda multi cutural they have a lot of hispanic and mexican foods and cater to the black community some because of where its at on 13th and grove. (Not a bad thing just an observation). Its a popular store because its the only grocery store for miles around in any direction so things do sell out sometimes like meat or last week it was eggs. I shop here every day or other day and the staff is pleasant but there are long lines when only 1 of the 3 lanes are open. Also you have to bag your own stuff like aldis. Overall I have enjoyed going to save a lot for years now and its pretty good and its built a good community in the area around it. For some like myself its only option for groceries we have.

I like sav a lot for there cheap produce. You have to like generic food to shop there they have off brand but some of is really good.I especially like there chunky choclate chip cookie there real good try them out and say hey to Angela Daniels she my fam.
