They were out of plasma rifles in 40 watt range.100% straight shooters, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They will teach you the right way, the first time, to be a safe, proficient and responsible shooter/gun owner. Also how to not get ripped off by bad actors looking to take advantage of people.I’ve always had good experiences here, the coffee and laughs are always fresh at this hidden gem.Bottom line: From transfers, shopping, training, gunsmithing or group therapy on the range, this really is the only place you need to go.

I respect Knapp Weaponry and the traditional feel of the family operated business. They are extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I just bought a weapon in Massachusetts, and they handled all of the transfer paperwork. it was a breeze! In short, it is a great place to do business.

The girl there fixed a gun I bought from a individual that had a problem I didnt know about. She was very knowledgeable about the gun and fixed it while I waited and no charge.

I took a firearm into Knapp to trouble shoot my issue,John (the gun smith) was very enthusiastic and helpful. He ordered the parts that day and 2 days later called me back to install the parts and resolve my issue. I was shocked to hear from him in such a short period of time.He told me to bring my gun in when ever worked for me, I was there 30 minutes later and he was working on it shortly after walking through the door.Customer service really stood out to me.All the staff were personable and friendly, and they didnt price gouge me!Based upon my first experience with them I will most certainly be a returning customer.

Its a small independent shop, that offers individual knowledgeable service. They have a knowledgable gunsmith. Nice 3 bay firing range for handguns. They do allow rifles but its a short range, 15 yards I think. Perfect store.

Great small indoor range to practice out to ten yards. Knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices on firearms they have in stock. If they dont have it, they can get it fairly quickly.

After being told by another gunsmith that my Savage shotgun could not be fixed I brought it here for a second opinion. The lady at the counter looked at it and said sure it was fixable. Within a week they had it fixed and at a reasonable price. She was very helpful in explaining what she did to fix it. I would definitely go back if I had other gunsmithing needs.

Good price for the shooting range. Its a short one but fine for handguns. Nice family run place.

Took one of my wifes sporting clay guns there to try them out on repairs we needed on her Beretta. First they told me 2 weeks, and was 5 weeks before they even called to tell me parts needed. Then picked up and found the fore end cap not replaced and scratches all over what did look like a brand new barrel before. Not happy and will not use again! As well will make sure our shooting group knows about this and not to use!! Friendly people yes, quality craftsmanship is a no!!

Best place to shoot indoors for me. You dont have salespeople, you have knowledge and great customer service. Out of all of the gun stores around town, this is the place I go for information, questions, shooting, and having parts put on my guns.You wont have a thousand guns, you also dont have the person trying to sell a 500 S&W to a first time shooter.

Knapp Weaponry is a quaint little store with great prices and does transfers for a flat rate $20. Outstanding!I had my first dealings with Knapp when I ordered a weapon online and received it through them.I am originally from out-of-state and am only here due to work (active duty military).I guess these guys dont deal with many military members because I was given a pretty hard time when attempting to make the transfer.The overweight woman working behind the counter was a little unpleasant. (kind of snippy and hostile)Lets just say she should not be working in any job that deals with people, especially customers.However, the man (who i assume is Mr. Knapp) was very kind and helpful.To my brothers and sisters in service - be warned - it might be like pulling teeth to purchase a weapon at this store.

Even if they dont have direct access to something Im looking for theyre still eager to help even if it means buying from another source and transferring items in. Because of that they have won all my future acquisition business.

I had my H&K professionally cleaned here. Once I got my weapon back, it took me 90 minutes and a huge handful of cutips to get it back to an acceptable level. Picture having your most favorite gun simply given a CLP shower. Then wiped off and given back to you. And then being charged $35. I am a retired military member of 25 years. Trust me when I say...this place tought me one thing.Nobody will ever clean my guns for me again. Especially this guy...

Just wanted to say how I appreciate the timely manner in which they fixed my firearm.Spoke to an Eastside firearms dealer and was told two weeks. I called Knapp and they didnt over promise. They simply said lets us take a look.45 min later and the gun was functioning.Will also say they had some fantastic price points on the Glocks they had in stock.
