Great store took a gun in to sell and told them I was looking to buy another firearm. They took really good care of me and helped me find a firearm that I liked. Matt was really fun and professional to deal with. Great group of guys and great business will definitely be doing business with Matt and his team again! Solid service. Ive been coming in this pawn shop for a while now. The staff always know exactly what theyre talking about with all of their products. Customer service is A+ always willing to work with you.

Bad business. Bought a brand new amp took it to best buy and right side of amp didnt work. Contacted them about it, he said call manufacturer instead of trying to at least swap it out for the same style. Basically your screwed if its new and defective from the factory. No refunds and sale is final. Stay away from.there electronics.

I use to enjoy shopping there. I have bought speakers, mixing boards, numerous guns and rifles and had loans from them, but the last two times I have been in the new employees are rude and the older employees act like they dont want to be there. This is the last time I will try to do business with them. The money I have spent with them will spend just as good at other Pawn Shops in Wichita.

There just ARE NOT better people to do business with. Period. Great owners, good employees and fantastic opportunities and deals! For guns, tools, electronics and even jewelry we have bought it all from them and know this is for sure the only stop if you want to make a deal.

Very rude, no respect for customers. i wouldnt spend a cent with these guys for their attitude. i was treated with a nasty attitude during the check out for an impact battery. i told the guy to give me my money back and left. why would i give you my money for you BS service and overpriced stuff and they dont give any warranty. once you leave the store there is no return or anything. i went somewhere else and i was treated with respect and they provide warranty for their stuff. DO NOT SHOP HERE BEFORE YOU REGRET IT.

These guys are rip offs. Unrealistic sense of value, low ball offers. Terrible service from a senseless and immature staff. I wouldnt even give em one star honestly. Just go to AOK. Because these guys will just offer you dirt. Not sure how they stay in business.

Bought lots of cool stuff there over the years. everyone there was great and everything was cool there until recently when some new worker there (guy in his late 40s probably) was over the top rude/insulting. will check back in a year or so when hes hopefully not working there

I bought an amp from there I asked the guy if it was raw power 550 watt amp and come to find out it was only pushing 150 watt so i just got took for $107 I used to love coming to buy audio from there but not no more

I called them before I went up there. They told me to bring my item and theyd look at it. I WALKED there only to hear that they dont take the item I had even though they said over the phone that they would look at it. Why tell me to come in if you know youre not gonna take the item? Not happy with their services

Mr. Pawn one of my go too place for things, outstanding customer service and reasonable prices also and the inventory is good to. Im a returning customer for over 5yrs and they have always done me good for years now and to come keep up the good work fellas.

Not very knowledgeable on firearms. 90% of their weapons look like they found them laying in the mud. Welded bolts and missing parts and still want 95% of new price

There needs to be a less than one star option. This place is extremely shady. If youre looking for something look somewhere else.These guys are the most unhelpful scavengers. My friend bought her son a trumpet that cant be used and now they wont make it right. Was told when she took it for a tune up that it was unsalvageable and needs more work than its worth. How do you sleep at night knowing that you totally screwed over an unknowing mother trying to give her son something special. What a douche move!

Just a heads up 3 of these reviews with 1 stars obviously came from one purchase 2 months ago. (trumpet). Dont know what transpired but ethan, john and the lady (cant remember name) were not happy. I dont think it is fair to destroy a persons/business reputation over 1 transaction. When I took business law in school rule # 1 was caveat emptor (let the buyer beware). I have personally been burnt by good christian folks because I guess God comes 2nd to making a buck.

Service is great. Bought my first stainless steel 45ACP 1911 here. Like a brand new gun. couple hundred less then it would have been new. Came with case n all originals pieces.Helped me ordor a new gun from aero precision no problems. Had to be shipped to FFL.Lots of grown up toys. Lots of good tools. Lots of subs n amps. Give it a shot.

Both Shawn and Troy are very knowledgable of product and inventory. They are friendly and fast. The store has been around for quite a while and is still pumping out business. Big up.

A man was shot here earlier today. I came back to the scene for my job to try to speak to someone at the shop and was approached by an angry man that ran from across the street threatening to call the police on me if I didnt get off his property. As I start putting my equipment in the car he pulls out his phone and starts recording me? Literally bullying me, for no real reason. We can all understand what its like to have a bad day but this guy just simply has no respect for people in general. I would never give an owner that treats people that way, any business. I wish there was something less then 1 star.

Cant give deals on products. When they have good amount of room to still make money off of it. So basicly they are greedy. One of the employees acted like it was a bother to grab an item out of glass case. Give you weird looks when you ask for something behind the counter . I usually dont dislike a place but they were rude so I would only recommend if you come here your basicly buying overpriced items very rarely will go down on price. I have seen better pawn shops

Paid $389 for a gun forgot it was there NOTE was not a pawn was a purchase, was not at 90 days yet and they told me they get to keep my money no working it out already sold merchandise! They wouldnt even offer a store credit! They are a complete rip off DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I also bought a gun with a rewelded bolt for $289 from them and do you think they would buy it back ummmmm NOPE. In response to yours I spent over $2000 in one day ALONE! I only found out about the bolt a few days ago and will bring you proof of weld and documentation of my surprise. You took advantage of a girl that didnt know better and should be a bit more grateful for the customers you have because this was not handled well at all when one employee says it is ok and the next was EXTREMELY unprofessional if it wasnt you. Btw thanks for sharing information on dates just goes to show that heaven forbid I was late and got NOTHING! If it was just 10% down for regular layaway I understand forfeiture but this was almost half down!

NEWS FLASH: Just because you are a reporter does not mean you can come on someone elses property without permission! When I asked her to leave she acted like I was in the wrong. She said its not my fault youre having a bad day., And I didnt shoot the guy. Very sympathetic to me someone actually involved In the story LOL. Just typical entitlement mentality so Im not surprised by her lack of respect for private property. Just a young reporter looking for the latest gossip and brownie points from her boss, willing to run roughshod over the rights of everyone actually involved in the story for her on personal gain. Dey is super nice to me. Dey once gave me £22 because the $15 wasnt available for grabs. So typically I git a lone on a phone iPhone 6 s plus to be certain. For like one hundrit dollairs but because of this they wouldnt because it was the midnight hour. Dark was coming to soon. So I went elsewhere and then she said she was going somewhere else but they couldnt get off from my phone. They great.
