I was shopping for a Wilson Combat EDC X9 and after looking at them on GunBroker, I decided to buy from Wichita Gun Club. I made this decision because the owner is an active member of the website 1911 Addicts and he has been selling there for sometime. Jesss price included shipping and there was no fee for using a credit card. I paid him on a Monday morning, had my LGS email him their FFL and later the same day I got a email saying the gun had shipped and I had a tracking number. The gun was here in Oregon Thursday morning! I highly recommend them because you dont have to worry about scammers or poor service.

I had contacted the manager a few months back looking for a CZ Bren and I was told they didnt have any in stock but they offered to take down my information and said they would let me know if they got one. I was very excited when the manager called me back to let me know he had one arrive and was willing to have it shipped for me. The purchase process was easy as they emailed me a link for the purchase and I had the Bren two day later. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase process, the customer service, and the rifle I got.

I purchased a Guncrafter No Name .45 in hard chrome. I had never owned a GI and was very interested, but was waiting to see if other guns would be listed for sale out of the same group of used guns. While I waited, the GI I was looking at sold. I was a little frustrated at myself and the situation. Ryan @ WGC sent me a private message explaining the miscommunication, though he owed me nothing at all, had not slighted me in any way and we had never even conversed prior. I was very impressed by the simple and honest communication. 20 minutes later the buyer backed out and my GI was available again and I jumped before someone else could. I am thoroughly impressed with the direct, open and honest communications I received from Ryan. I was out of town for a few days and finally picked it up two days ago. Im over the moon. This will not be my last GI and based on this experience it will not be my last dealing with WGC. Thank you so much. Got my first gun here. Was a really pleasant experience. They were knowledgeable about all their products. Probably sold me more than I needed as far as the gun quality but to be honest that was more my fault than them. They actually had 9mm ammo at the time which was nice. Their price was only 10-20 higher than Cabellas after I looked but honestly Cabellas didnt have ammo so what you going to do.

After searching for a new old stock rifle that I had been wanting to purchase, and not being willing to pay the opening bid, + taxes + exorbitant shipping charges + credit card surcharges etc. etc. common on auction sites I began searching on-line for a brick & mortar dealer who might per chance have one in stock. No such luck. Google may be your friend but that doesnt necessarily mean its in any hurry to help you find what youre looking for. After days of being directed to dealers who had listed what I was looking for and being led down the road to the infamous Out Of Stock and Notify When Available dead ends so prevalent in the business, I stumbled across the Wichita Gun Clubs listing for what I was looking for and was shaken from my Googling stupor by the words One In Stock. And for far less than the other dealers wanted for something they didnt even have. I immediately threw it in my virtual cart. With full knowledge that it would still be available to other interested parties until paid for, along with the fact that the one available rifle was hanging on the wall of a gun store hundreds of miles away on Black Friday, I immediately called the phone number listed hoping to speak to somebody other than voice mail or an answering machine who could prove to me that I wasnt dreaming. I was pleasantly surprised by This is Jess. How may I help you? Shaken back into reality I managed to find the clarity to ask whether they really still had it available. Just a minute. Ill check.....yes we still have it available. I was convinced that something had to be wrong with this deal, and having perused through some of their on-line listings I was aware that they carried some older, used, somewhat specialized and collectable rifles and it suddenly dawned on me that the listing hadnt indicated that the gun was new. As my heart sank I just had to ask. Was this gun new? Just a minute. Ill check the tag.....Yep, its new. I informed Jess that I was going to push the button and complete the purchase and hung up the phone. I hit the Pay button and waited for the inevitable add on fees and excess shipping charges to suddenly appear.....but they didnt. I completed the purchase at the phenomenal listed price and a very minimal shipping charge with no room for margin. I know. Im in the shipping business. No hidden fees. No mumbo jumbo. Just a straightforward honest deal. A few days later, after a holiday weekend I received the call from my local FFL that they had received my purchase and it was ready to pick up. I asked to look at some holsters and the guy said we dont have any in stock...as I look to my left and see area with 2 dozen holsters hanging on the wall... then I asked about a clip and again his answer was very short and rude. I was only in this store for about 2 min and it was clear that he wasnt interested in helping me or even wanted me in there... terrible customer service.

I just made my fourth online purchase, three of which were surplus rifles in outstanding condition that were all priced very reasonably. The first was a Wilson Combat EDC-X9 that was a ridiculously fair price. I’ve never been happier with a retailer in this industry as I have been with these guys, to be honest. Their customer service is fantastic, their inventory is always full of cool stuff, and the people all seem so friendly. If they get to know you as a customer, then you’ll REALLY be pleasantly surprised at the Customer Service! This is the way businesses used to be run back in the day.I can’t wait to swing by one day and actually shake some hands and look around the brick and mortar shop. That will be a great day! Came in two days ago to buy a handgun for home defense, not knowing anything about firearms. I have bought two guns here and both went perfect and at a great price. One was a glock that I got on there blue label program and saved a lot of money. I didnt know anything about it till they told me. The best thing though was I took a new gun in that I didnt buy there to have the front site moved over. They did it why I waited and didnt charge me.
