This Ace is a good old-fashioned hardware store. The staff consistently knows their stuff unlike many in big-box stores. Pretty much anything you need for home repair/improvement is sold here, as well as a wide range of grilling and gardening equipment and supplies.

Ace is a friendly old-fashioned hardware store. I love this location because I can walk there with my dog. Dogs are welcome inside the store, and the staff are very friendly to us. The dog toys and treats are in the back of the store, so we walk the aisles a little before checking out. The friendly cashier always offers a treat for my pup when we check out.ONE MORE THING, when you have keys cut at Ace, they always work. Ive never had trouble with a key from here!

This is a nice neighborhood hardware store that certainly has what you need. Staff is friendly and ready to help. A bit more for items but the nearest Lowes or Home depot is over 5 miles. I recommend if you dont want to spend the extra time and money on gas.

Stopped in for light bulbs. They had what we were looking for. Employees were nice and helpful. The store was nice, neat, and clean. All good review.

There was one guy in a vest who was a little testy. They had a great deal on wasp spray. Theres a tall grey haired man there whos really helpful and knowledgeable.

I went in searching for fittings & couplers for my pool. Doug went above and beyond trying to help me because it was very odd sizes. He never gave up and 30 - 45 minutes later, I had what I needed. Greatly thankful he was there to help me!! Thanks again Doug!!!

Always helpful and curtious always wnjoy my trips to this stores location. Never have to wait to long in a check out line.

Seem to be under construction or rearranging everything quite often. Not enough staff to assist customers. I had to go elsewhere because they were out of stock or didnt carry items that other hardware stores typically have. They did have a nice selection of plants and flowers.

Just went to buy a specific tool. They had plenty to choose from. Id have rated it 5 stars but I had to track down a employee to come unlock the tool case to get the item I needed.

The store didnt have what I was looking for. I was looking for a plumbing part I had gotten at a different Ace earlier that week.

They dont price match and their prices are twice as high as Home Depot.

Manager was an A hole asked if I could get a car key cut. Said he does not do cars and did not know if they did Hondas. If store Manager does not know who would?

Has most of what you need for small DIY projects. Be prepared to pay a little more than some other places. They also carry a selection of unusual and hard to find parts. Most of the floor staff arent too knowledgeable.

Salesman was real helpful & was able to get the item/items I was after.

Ordered an RV outlet on line. Got email that it arrived at store. Next day stopped in store was told it was mixed in somewhere with inventory, and for me to leave phone for call when found. I called next day and mgr said it had been found. I asked for Sunday hours to pickup. Sunday afternoon, it took 20 mins to find and bring to cash registers. Not sure ACE is ready for online orders. Part was good deal and arrived quickly. Staff was helpful, but it took along time and several trips for one 6$ part.

Everything was easy for me to find, an check out was speedy an efficient.

Help with all my questions

I cant say that I had the best experience at this particular Ace Hardware. My objective was to get two panes of glass 23 in X 23 in and I also needed to get a re-keying kit. I researched online and it said that Ace Hardware had this particular re-keying kit by quick lock. But the employee talk to me like I did not know what I knew, that was intimidating also I only got one of the glass window panes that I had ordered. Where the heck was the helpful hardware man?

Easy to navigate, there is parking. Nice people, friendly associates. There is key making, seasonal items, painting supplies including paint. They also have misc household items, and supplies for plumbing, building, garden tools and other hardware. I would recommend this store to the public.

Helpful friendly, neighborhood hardware store typical hardware store. Limited selection of plumbing, electrical, locks, lawn care, rope, paint, nuts and bolts etc. May not always have in stock what youd find at bigger stores or specialty places.

The prices are pretty high. Everytime we need to go to a hardware store we always seem to go to Ace Hardware and 9 times out of 10 we end up going to a different hardware store either because of the prices or because they dont have what were looking for.

I like this for one off stuff. You can go buy just one bolt, one washer and one nut.Works well for me.Then they have everything a standard hardware store would have.Friendly service too.

One of the managers told me that he was too busy right now to come over and help you dont tell customers that. I wouldnt go in there for anything but to have a key made.

Always have what Im looking for, the folks are nice without being pushy and while the prices are a little higher than say internet price, it has to be worth something to keep it in stock all the time waiting for me to show up right? I like that no one is bothering me but if I ask I can get help finding something and questions asked.

This location is so awesome. Ive never met a staff person here that wasnt kind and helpful. Today a gentleman (a manager I believe) helped to amuse my daughter while I shopped and helped me load heavy cinder blocks into the back of my messy truck. No point in going to any other location. :)

They tried tricking us into buying a whole new gas house cause they didnt want to help us find couples/ adaptors, and close at 6
