My 91 year old Mom has been wearing hearing aids for years, but had to go back 90 miles every time she had a problem which was frequently. Since moving to Goddard in assisted living, we decided to get new hearing aids & chose the Heating Group due to the convenience to her living facility. We have been very happy since we have gotten them properly tuned and have learned that my Mom builds wax up quickly and needs it removed about every 3 months. The previous facility never mentioned that issue. We are quite satisfied and are thankful for the appointment reminders.

We liked the black and gray office décor. Bailey was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and could answer all of our questions. She showed us how to operate and adjust the hearing aids and was easy to understand.We do not even know we have them on and getting use to them and changing batteries has been easy. The remote control is very handy and makes it easy to adjust the volume.The free batteries and adjustments are appreciated and we are very satisfied with the whole procedure. I am writing this review on behalf of my Mother, Mary Lou, who does not have a computer. Mom was very pleased with the process of determining her need for a hearing aid and evaluation of a set prior to purchase. She found the price competitive. She has met with Bailey for a follow-up adjustment. Bailey and the staff have been very enjoyable to work with and very responsive to Moms questions and concerns. Too date she is satisfied.

I called and gotten a appointment was for July 6th I believe but they were great.had a cancellation so called .I went in next day.will have my new hearing aids within two weeks.i had broken mine.and dont hear well at all without them.so I sure appreciated getting in so soon.thank you much.and they also were helpful to repair the one ear piece so I could hear somewhat better than nothing at all.very grateful.they are very kind there too.

The support staff are very professional and courteous. The 800 series is a perfect fit for my profile. The quality and performance of this unit are beyond compare. The tonal quality and range sensitivities are exceptional. I am a first-time appliance user so the trial period allowed me to familiarize myself to the process environment. I would be happy to refer anyone to the HG appliances and support staff.

Ive been looking for a place in Wichita that focuses on customer service and will genuinely listen to people! I wont name locations, but many places in Wichita really dont listen. I have had my Moxi hearing aids for a while now I can tell they work great I hear better in all cases especially when watching TV Irma told the voice would be clear and easy to hear I was having trouble understanding the voices about 50% of the time. now every thing is great.THANKS IRMA

I visited multiple Hearing Aid business, all they seemed to be interested in was getting my money and getting me out of their store. My 93 year old mother was having difficulty communicating with friends, family, and the world in general because of her hearing loss. On the recommendation of a friend we came to the Hearing Group. My mother was very skeptical but agreed to a hearing test. After the test she learned she could test out the hearing aids on a trial run. She was very pleased with the results. She is now part of conversations again and hearing better than she has in years. Bailey and Candace at the West location are very knowledgeable and helpful with adjustments, cleanings, questions, etc. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend HG to others.

I am Jay Welchel. Ive been using Hearing Group in Moore, Ok for approximately one year. The employees there go out of their way to be sure you are comfortable and that you dont leave until your reason for coming there has been accurately addressed and resolved. I would (and do) recommend this hearing aid store to anyone who needs new aids or repair of current ones.

Mom wasnt quite sure whether she wanted hearing aids, but we could tell at times she struggled to hear us and she ran the TV louder than normal. When her sister told her about her good experience at the Hearing Group, she decided to go and at least have her hearing tested. Bailey was very kind, patient, a good listener and explained things well. Their process gave Mom a chance to try hearing aids out in her normal everyday situations. At that point, you can give the loaners back and walk away or proceed. We really appreciated the lack of pressure. From the first time Mom tried on a programmed loaner pair, I was pretty much in awe at how much better Mom was hearing me when I used my normal voice level in various environments. We also were impressed how well Bailey and Heather treated existing customers who came in while we were there. The end result is with her new hearing aids, Mom says she is enjoying hearing things she was missing before.
