Had a hose fitting that was seriously leaking under pressure, found out I was missing an O-ring in the fitting. Stopped by Alkota, and the nice gentleman took me into the shop, installed an O-ring into the fitting, and told me to have a great day! I took my pressure washer in for repair (due to my negligence) at the end of the day. I expected to drop it off, but the guys pulled it off the trailer and immediately went to work on it. Half an hour later it was running like new and went back on my trailer. Excellent customer service and excellent repair work. The guys are very knowledgeable and also took the time to answer all my random questions about the details of my pressure washer.
