Im just a residential customer and have purchased from them over the years. They are always knowledgeable and professional and friendly to the small customer as well as the big. This particular time we only needed a $12 item, but they were professional like it was a high-ticket item. We live 70 miles from Wichita in a small town and the representative found the least expensive way to ship it to me (it was free shipping), and shipped it the same day. I cant say enough good about this company. Highly recommended.I just found out through looking at these reviews that they sell appliances. Guess where Ill be purchasing my next appliances.

My dad told me about this place so I knew it was good. They went above and beyond. I went in for a heating element and they made sure that I knew that it might not necessarily be what I needed . Then they told me how to test everything and printed off a diagram . Which I wouldnt if been able to do without. . Fast, friendly, better priced .

I went in there with little information and April was able to guide me to what we thought I needed. April also shared with me that if the part I was going to try didn’t work, that the only other part that might work has been discontinued. Then April told me that they have new appliances for sale at a budget conscious price. Smart of April because if the part I bought didn’t work, I would have returned it, then bought a new range. Since I didn’t know they sold appliances, had she not mentioned it, I would have gone elsewhere to buy. The part worked so I didn’t need to buy a new range, but if I did, I would have bought it from April.Washer Specialties is a hidden gem in Wichita, and I hope more people buy there. I know I will point anyone I meet in their direction.Thanks April, and great job capturing my attention.

I want to thank the team working on Saturday 1/9/21. We were without heat and working on a furnace blower fan issue. The individual I worked with was patient and informative helping me through the issues. The exact parts needed were not in stock but they helped me temporarily solve the issue by providing me with a solution. I had a sudden break on my heater last night and had to rush to washer specialties at the last minute. I had called and let them know that I was on my way from a town south of Wichita and that I was hurrying. They were nice enough to keep the doors open for me a couple minutes past their closing time so I could get my part. Thanks to their generosity, my family was able to stay in our warm home last night. I cannot thank them enough.

Denise has been the one to help me whenever Ive called. She is nice, patient, knowledgeable and gets what I need, right everytime. As someone who purchased a house (which is full of kids) and had their dryer go out, this place is a godsend. Like I said, Denise is great, but all of the employees are like her. I have been to Washer Specialties several times over the years, mostly for a filter for my furnace. They have always been friendly, helpful and professional. Once I showed up 15 minutes after store had closed, and they were just locking the door with last customer leaving, and they went ahead and let me enter and buy the furnace filter. (Good thing, too, as it was the weekend and furnace had shut off because of the old filter.) They were kind and professional, as usual. Excellent company and people!

Im not very experienced with furnace stuff. I called them that lady was extremely helpful and understanding of my lack of knowledge. She helped walk me through getting all the way things I needed. I drove to the store easy to find. Dustin help check me out got everything I needed advise me on a couple items that I would need an along with it. Help explain some of the wiring that was on the motor. Very nice understanding cordial give it 5 stars all around. Thank you guys for your help and gals 🤗

This place seems to have just about any appliance part I have ever needed with the exception of one brand that I dont recall now. Prices are very reasonable and sometimes better than online. Staff is typically fast and helpful. Wouldnt hesitate recommending this place to others.

Best Parts Place Ever

Our washer stopped working and this place had the part we needed in stock. PLUS!, it was cheaper to get it here than order through Amazon! Cassidy was super helpful to my husband over the phone and they even brought it out to me at my car so I didn’t have to go inside with my baby!

I called about a simple dryer part. The part is very low priced. They were very nice and pleasant. They gave me the part number and I will be in Friday to pick it up. This a type of place I will do business with again.

They have always been helpful whenever I have been in there. The last visit I was hoping to warranty out a part that was defective after the first month. Wonderful customer service and excellent prices! My dryer stopped heating and I knew nothing about repairing it. I called another parts place first and not only were they not helpful but their prices were almost twice as much! Had the part that I needed to fix my home A/C. Called a few other places in town and they where double to triple the price for the same part. Walked in to the shop and was helped at the counter with in a few minutes. They had quite a few customers. They grab the part I needed and I was on my way out the door. This will be my go to place for all of my D.I.Y home fix it parts.

The staff at Washers has been helping me for years! They are great w/ helping me find the parts I need to fix my aging appliances.

My AC went out on our home on a Saturday. I phoned them to see if they had the fan motor I needed. They did but they were closing up within just a few minutes. These folks were kind enough to stay open for a bit, after they closed. Once i got there they could not have been more courteous. They allowed my family the ability to stay cool and away from the dangerous heat.

We bought a new house, and the appliances needed some parts. My father in law recommended you guys because youve always carried what he needed. Leaving today, empty handed, also tried to do a return for a hot water thermocouple which was denied. The thermocouple was still packaged and unused, as it was clearly the wrong part. I didnt have my receipt, but the card used for purchase only a few days prior wasnt good enough. This is the third time I have been to washer specialties for them to either sell me the wrong part or have them tell me they can have it, one week from next Tuesday. How about I order it online with expedited shipping for less money? My dryer thermistor will be here in two days. I dont think we will miss each other, Washer Specialties.
