Personally this company has always been great to work with, Ive never once had a issue with them. They will sit down and talk things through with you if you have any questions, most helpful. Theyre always busy, while thats hard to fit into scheduling, that shows their status with all the local shops.

Beware your airconditioner machine will come back empty on Freon and the hoses will be nowhere found. I am in the service industry and I take criticism everyday and I do what it takes to satisfy a reasonable customer. If one of my techs has overlooked something, I fix it. I feel in like a tech has overlooked something in the services provided by this company. If you want to upsell something, dont make it forced like having to buy hoses you cant find. Just deliver on the services you dearly charge for.
