Excellent customer service. Walked in the door and was welcomed immediately. Ask for directions to motorcycle tie downs and was accompanied right to a great selection. Several different levels of strength to choose from. Very pleased with the service and choices.

There was a good selection of products and the prices were fair. The staff was helpful and suggested a couple of items that we bought! I will come back!!!

The nice lady that always helps us did it again! She always goes above and beyond to help but also giving good information without overspending. In fact, she tries to save us money. She does this for us every single time we go there. I am ashamed that I dont recall her name, but if you shop there, you will know her. My son and I walked out of there and he said that lady needs a raise!!!!

This was probably the best experience I could have hoped for being a first time buyer of motorcycle gear. Not only was the staff more than helpful they were very knowledgeable in what they have and how to get the most for the price. They even stayed after hours to ensure a proper fit and that I understood my options available. They helped in setting up all three helmets for Bluetooth connectivity for each of us individually, will definitely be doing more business in the future with a company who put the customers satisfaction first

I have been riding for 8 years and throughout that time have found cycle gear to be very affordable for quality products. There is always a staff member there that is super knowledgeable and great to discuss options for gear. I think 3 or 4 years ago I got into long distance riding. The lady was very helpful and patient with me. I must have tried on about every jacket twice and some pants and gloves to ensure they were comfortable.

Remington was very helpful with answers to my questions. He was very knowledgeable of the products (clothing/parts) while being professional and understanding of me owning a new to me Suzuki SV650.

Cycle Gear is starting to feel like home. They take the time to know their customers and take care of me from the moment I walk through the door.

The salesperson was tied up with a customer that would not shut up. After looking through jackets for 10 minutes I had to rudely interrupt and ask to be waited on. The salesperson was then very helpful and I was happy with the jacket he recommended. He recommended that I look at a vendor that sold smart phone tracking and maps, but I forgot to take the flyer with me. The name started and ended with R.

Employees helped me find a helmet that fit good and did a few fitment checks. Also recommended multiple options for gloves. Easy-going and friendly staff. Enjoyed shopping here.

Had a good assortment of battery chargers/maintainers and the one I liked wad even on sale. Whats not to like. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable answering my questions.

Customer service is king, the gang is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile and their passion for motorcycles comes through. They treat customers as they would want to be treated.

The two most dangerous places for me: Best Buy & Cycle Gear. CG has a great variety of motorcycle accouterments and everything is very well presented. The employees are also very knowledgeable of their products in particular and all things motorcycle in general. I highly recommend this place.

Staff were attentive without stalking. One staff member guided me right away to the merchandise I was looking for and found my size for me. Moments later, another staff member courteously checked on me. Another answered my questions about helmet fitting. Good care and attention without lurking.

I went in with one item to get. The salesperson took me right to where the item(s) were. We briefly spoke the pros and cons. The salesperson was quite knowledgeable. I made my purchase, and was out within 7 minutes.Great atmosphere. If I was inclined to browse I felt welcome to do so.But I was in a bit of a hurry.It just felt good to Not having to deal with pushy salespeople.

The customer service is excellent here. If an associate is not busy with other customers they are ready to be honest, helpful and resourceful. And when the product is not at hand they dont turn you away they jump on their computers and work their best to find the product your looking for. The location is a little tight and i wish they had longer hours for those who also work till 5. I would like to see more female clothing options but its a great store.

We went to the store to try on helmets. LESLIE was outstanding! The place was very busy and she found a way to serve us and all the other customers in a way that made us feel we were the only customers in the store. Her knowledge of the products and attention to the details of our needs helped us to make the right decision. Since we live 90 miles away, I had to call back to order our helmets. She found helmets for us in other CG stores and they will arrive soon. Highly recommend the store.

Pretty bad. They ruined my day twice. I intend to have my tire mounted and balanced, and continue to work on my bike, as I called and they told me they could have it done in 20 minutes. But I got there and they told me Id have to come back the next day, because they wouldnt get to it the day I came in. So that threw a wrench in my plans, but I moved on, and I re-planned my day, working on another project. An hour and a half later they called me and told me to come get it after I had set up and just started another project. So I ended up with two half started unfinished projects, and nothing really done at the end of the day. Ill never take a tire to cycle gear again. Thats for sure. I havent even checked the mount or balance yet, since so much of my day was wasted. I wouldnt be surprised If they messed that up too. at least they got the tire on the rim I guess? But I couldve done that with hand tools in an hour, I just wanted to give my back a break.

Very good service helped me find what I was looking for. Also went above & beyond because went to leave & my battery died. They helped me get started again by using a jump start emergence kit. This is a go to store for all your motorcycle needs.

I see now that a lot of people say this but I am just getting started with motorcycles and hopefully riding soon. The employees were helpful and understanding. Even had some businesses to suggest to help me get my bike ready for it first ride. Thanks a bunch to you all at Cycle Gear.

Lots of product but the staff are too busy talking on the phones to help the customers who want to give them money. When that phone rings they drop everything to get it. Dont count on the helping you if you go in.

I was good service helped me out well only thing I can say is I didnt get everything that should come with my product but called the next day and they are making it right just dont want to have to make the hour drive 🙃

The guy that helped me was very professional, and very patient letting me try on different helmets. Eventually he pointed to a larger size then I normally wear, and found a good looking hjc helmet that both felt great and looked good, but also was 100.00 cheaper than I’d expected to spend. Thanks!

Wanted a Commander 3 tire, got online and reserved it to be picked up within 2 days.. which they had in stock. Got emails showing they was holding the tire for me and ready to be picked up... Get down there and someone sold the tire even though it was reserved for me. They ended up selling me a different tire which I needed for the same price even though I dont use that brand. . Needed tire to get installed before vacation or else I would have waited.. VERY dissatisfied on that transaction.
