Bill Snow really went above and beyond the call of duty by spending as much time on the telephone with me to help determine what products I needed for my go-kart racing application. Without his extensive knowledge, it would have been difficult for me to know what to order and in what quantities. He even spent time answering some go-kart engine break-in questions I had.Once we determined the products and quantities I needed, since the shop is not local to me and Im unable to go to the store in person, he spent even more time working out what my best option was for getting the products to me via the least expensive method. In the end, after everything was tallied, the extra homework Bill did ended up saving me about $70 and the shipping ended up being free!I will certainly call Bill again the next time I need more oil. You cant beat his customer service!
